• Alison (1/5): I would never book with these hosts again. - The bathrooms were clean. While it was not in the neighborhood we booked, it ended up still being convenient to work. We did not like anything else. I would not recommend anyone book with these hosts. It was not until 9:30pm on the night of our stay, after they required a bank transfer $300 security deposit, that we were told they would be putting us in a different flat than what we booked in London Bridge, in an entirely different part of the city in Greenwich, While the reasoning they gave me is because someone had a medical emergency, which I completely understand can happen, we had been in touch since 3pm that day and there was no reason they could not tell us sooner. After promising that someone would be there to provide a key (how it is 2025 and they have not figured out a better system than a person handing off keys), when we arrived at 10;30 on a Sunday night, no one was there as they "thought we were not coming" and we had to wait 30 min for someone to arrive. Once someone arrived, they told us they would not be able to provide the keys because I had voiced my frustration with the events that had occurred thus far, calling me abusive. I raised my voice as the person I was working with was not being transparent. It was very clear that this is how they operate. Once forcing me to promise that I would not write a poor review, they allowed us in the apartment, and once in we were led to an apartment that, except for the bathrooms, was dirty. One of those places where you are not sure the sheets are clean, stains on the carpets and walls. The basic necessities that they promised would be in the flat were not there. When we asked if this was the same rate as the apartment we booked we were told it was "more expensive" without any proof of opportunity to confirm. When we asked the next day if we were able to move to the original booking on the assumption that the health emergency had ended, no one ever responded. It took nearly two weeks to receive our security deposit back.
• Aliyahaticotea (9/5): We had an excellent time staying here as our base for seeing the sights and spending some quality ti - The location was excellent for seeing the sights on the south/east of the city. The apartment was very clean and had every needed. It was in a quiet spot minutes from the Thames and many nice bars/restaurants.
