Porte d'entrée vitrée serte avec grille pour sécuriser mais moins isolant pour lumière et bruit de passants et voitures. (Embêtante si 4 personnes car canapé lit juste à l'entrée).

• PAULA (5/5): No repetiríamos - La ubicación. Es una bajera con piso subterráneo con una humedad insoportable. Te dejan activado un deshumificador que en cuanto lo apagas, subes al 90% de humedad. Las paredes de abajo, estaban abombadas de la humedad y pintura saltada, las esquinas con moho y el lavabo a punto de caerse. El sofá cama de vergüenza. Han dormido fatal nuestros hijos, con una separación a la altura de la cama que hacía que las noches fueran un desastre. Las fotos parece que todo lo soportan, pero vaya engaño. No lo recomendamos para visitar Madrid una familia de 4 personas.

Muy cómodo no es: en la habitación doble del piso inferior hay un sonido constante de un motor (que no supimos localizar), realmente molesto. La sábana bajera del sofá de la planta principal, es demasiado pequeño :/ La descripción es quizás confusa ya que tiene dos aseos (wc) pero solo la habitació doble inferior cuenta con ducha, no son: "2 bathrooms with a bath and free toiletries"

• Freitas (10/5): - Alojamento com excelente localização. Não precisamos de carro para nada, visitamos os pontos turísticos a pé. O metro está ali muito próximo, mas não necessitamos. Tem restaurantes e supermercados próximos do alojamento. Estacionamento na rua também próximo do alojamento. O apartamento estava limpo e tem tudo na cozinha para fazer as refeições, muito bem apetrechada. O quarto não tem muita privacidade se partilhar o alojamento com outras pessoas.

Presenti sia bagnoschiuma/shampoo e diversi cuscini a seconda dell’esigenza. Buona accoglienza e disponibilità. Rapporto qualità-prezzo davvero eccellente. Purtroppo data la presenza della doccia nel piano seminterrato è presente odore di umidità. Sopperito in parte dalla presenza di aspiratori e deumidificatore per ambienti.

We walked to most places and took the subway to a soccer game. The subway entrance is just around the corner. Very convenient and easy to navigate. Everything was wonderful!

• Laura (10/5): Excellent location off Calle Atocha and modern, fun apartment - Dreamy city apartment in easy walking distance to all of the places we enjoy in Madrid. The design of the apartment was amazing with a comfortable bed, rain shower and soaking tub downstairs and a perfectly sized living room area and kitchen upstairs. We would absolutely stay at this location again, whether we have a car or not. The WiFi was excellent and check in and out were easy. Nothing. Everything was great!
• Timothy (8/5): Very nice apartment - Spacious duplex with all facilities you need. Extra props to the awesome standalone bathtub. The very nice apartment is divided in kitchen and living room on the ground floor and the bed, shower and bathtub are one floor lower, like a cellar. Although this layout will be fresher for hot summer days, we missed a bit we couldn't open a window for fresh air on the cellar floor.
