• Doyle (9/5): Great spot & very good value. - Location was amazing. Lovely apartment with small balcony overlooking busy street & plaza with lovely shutter doors to block off noise at night. Step outside of front door to cafes, bars & the stunning Teatro Romano. 10 minute stroll to port through the park. 5 minute stroll into the historic centre. Sound of air-conditioning unit immediately outside our bedroom window was an issue for me as a light sleeper and someone who likes window slightly open for fresh air.

If staying longer than 2 night's would bring more towels for showers etc as not enough towels provided for longer stay.

Parking is available right across from the apartment, and you receive a card for access. I think I’ll definitely come back. It’s true that you have to pick up the key at a different location than the apartment, but if you provide your car’s registration number in advance, you can easily drive into resident-only streets without any issues. Bravo. After check-out, there’s no need to go anywhere to return the keys — you can simply leave them on-site. Gracias.

• Marian (9/5): Prettig verblijf gehad.4 nachten. - Centrale ligging . Alles is aanwezig om een paar dagen te verblijven, als je niet wil koken. Mooi ruim appartement voor 2 personen. Veel restaurants rondom het appartement. Bijna geen geluid van buiten hoorbaar. Genoeg te zin Malaga. De sleutel ergens ophalen. Ongeveer 10 minuten lopen. Verder goed geregeld.
• FABIEN (10/5): Très bel appartement richement équipé et bien placé. Belle décoration. - Bel appartement, bien équipé et joliment décoré. Très bel emplacement. Pratique à côté du parking 2 entourages de porte très abîmés, le premier avec l’eau de la douche, le second se décollait de la porte d’entrée. Dommage que la maintenance ne soit pas faite dans un si bel appartement.
• Sonia (10/5): Wir kommen gerne wieder! - Uns hat ausserdem gefallen, dass die Unterkunft sauber und gut ausgestattet war, ein Babybett vorhanden war und die Lage zentral war – nur etwa 15 Gehminuten zum Strand, und alles Nötige war in der Nähe. Schade war nur, dass sich die Rezeption – also die Schlüsselabholung und -abgabe – an einem anderen Ort befand als das Apartment, etwa 15 Gehminuten entfernt. Mit Koffer und Baby war das spät am Abend etwas umständlich.

• Yawen (9/5): Super Aufenthalt! - Sehr nette Personal. Wir sind wegen Flugverspätung erst um 02:00 angekommen und die Rezeption ist sogar offen. Die Wohnung liegt direkt an Rand von Fussgängerzone. Parkhaus ist direkt vor der Tür, ist sehr geräumig (25€/24h)

The only annoying thing is in order to gain access to the apartment you've to collect the keys in a different location about 15/20 mins away. With young kids it's a tad annoying a collection box outside would be much more convenient. You also must drop the keys back to this location when checking out again my only negative. Having to collect and drop back the apartment keys to a different location.

The apartment accommodated 4 people comfortably and was a great size. The staff were very attentive and responded immediately to any questions. There were a few maintenance issues that we made them aware of. They did not affect our stay as they were aesthetic only.

El parking está a 100 metros y se entra con una tarjeta que provee el anfitrión . Las indicaciones son buenas . Las llaves hay que pasarlas a buscar por la oficina y devolverlas en el mismo sitio . Shops, cafes, bars, etc. Having to collect keys from the office a good 10/15 minutes walk away from the apartment. It wasn’t stated when I booked on here or I may have looked at another alternative apartment. However, the staff in the office were lovely.

• Tara (8/5): Great stay Central location - We Really liked the central location. The apartment was clean and had everything you needed. The bed was comfortable. The shower was spacious and the water was lovely and warm. Plenty of extra bedding and towels available too. The smell of sewage as you walked in the front entrance, it was very strong and at times could be smelt in our 2nd floor apartment. Also the windows in the bedroom let a lot of noise in... Which meant we didn't sleep well the first night, we had to buy ear plugs, which did help for a comfortable night's sleep after that.. the windows may need replacing??

Keittiössä on kaikki tarvittavat välineet ja huoneistossa makuuhuone erikseen. Tuntui ihan kuin olisi ollut kotona. Rakennus ulkoapäin aivan upea vanha ja hyvin hoidetun näköinen. Rakennuksessa on myös hissi. Huoneistossa on vähän huono äänieristys naapureihin. Keskeisen sijainnin takia myös kadulta saattaa kuulua ääniä. Asunto ei sovi henkilölle, joka on tottunut nukkumaan täydessä hiljaisuudessa.

• Sonja (8/5): Super Unterkunft für Städtetrip- alles fussläufig zu erreichen - Modernes Mobilar, super Lage, freundliches Personal. Wir sind schon um 10.30 angekommen und konnten App. gleich beziehen. Professionelle Abwicklung. Die Gardinen sind so fest an der Stange, dass man sie nicht öffnen kann. Die Ausstattung mit Geschirr-alles 4x- finden wir etwas dürftig, verleitet dazu, den Geschirrspüler dauernd zu benutzen. Eine Anleitung zur Bedienung der Heizung wäre hilfreich. Unser Appartement (2) hat im Schlafzimmer Blick auf einen Schacht mit Rohren. Das App. Nr 3 das wir vorletztes Mal hatten, ist heller mit besserem Blick.

Il check in si fa in un ufficio a 700 metri dall’appartamento (non molto comodo ). Staff non proprio gentilissimo : al momento del check in stavo spiegando che il link del check in online non funzionava bene, nonostante avessi inserito tutti i dati corretti a loro risultavano sbagliati. Risposta “tutto il mondo lo fa “. E non sono stata minimamente aiutata.

• Jorge (5/5): Apartamento bonito pero ruidoso. - El alojamiento tiene todo lo que necesitas. Está muy bien equipado. 2 habitaciones con baño, un sofá cama en el salón, cocina equipada, smart TV y hasta una mini terraza que da a un patio interior. Al lado tienes la plaza de la merced, el teatro romano y el famoso bar el Pimpi. Lo primero que no me gustó es el método antiguo que tienen. Te hacen ir a un lugar a recoger las llaves, lugar que NO está cerca y te tienes que pegar una buena caminata. Deberían de tener ingreso autónomo por código pero no, las llaves las tienes que ir a recoger si o si. Luego al estar en frente de la Plaza de la Merced lugar de encuentro de jóvenes fiesteros por las noches es bastante complicado dormir ya que las peleas, borracheras y gritos son constantes... Nuestro apartamento estaba en la primera planta y las ventanas daban a una calle principal muy transitada, debajo una parada de taxi y al otro lado una calle peatonal bastante transitada por lo cual los ruidos eran TODO el día pero más molestos por las noches. Al llegar te hacen un cobro extra de 150€ que te lo informan hasta después que haces la reserva y más de 24hrs después de haber dejado el lugar no se me ha ingresado, cosa que me parece un abuso. Al final de la estancia el vuelo nos lo cambiaron para la noche y necesitábamos quedarnos 5 horas. Cosa que nos dejaron estar solo 3 horas pagando 30€ de más, hasta ahí todo bien, pero necesitábamos estar 2 horas más, hablé para pagar 50€ y me dieron que no, que si quería estar 2 horas tenía que pagar la noche completa. Que si quería dejara la maletas donde se recoger las llaves. Me llegaron a escribir al WhatsApp reclamando que no había pagado los 30€ cuando en el mensaje en Booking me decían que me envíaban un enlace pero me especificada donde, pensé que lo enviaban por Booking, pero no, era por enlace externo que llegó al email. Email del cual no estoy al pendiente sino me dicen que me lo envían por ese medio. En fin! Prefiero un hotel que esté tipo de alojamientos sin personalidad que administran empresas en lugar de personas particulares.
