The owner asked for an additional $50 deposit by credit card, which was not refunded. I initially agreed on $120 for 3 nights, but ended up paying $220. In the end, it felt like a scam.

• Alvin (1/5): Not recommeded at all. Scam deposit money - Totally dont like. Scam deposit money Paid 200 for security deposit. Then after i checkout , asked when refund. Been told wait till 8- 10pm. When i check in , you want me pay immidiately, when i check out you pay me back immidiateltly la. Wait till 9 ++pm then told me, not paying my 200 back because found 2ciggrate bud at the outdoor compressor room. Never check or call to ask. Straight confiscate my money and refuse to return it. Defintely not reccomeding this host. Who knows what other fault they might use to forfeit your deposit. Totally bad type of host!!

A mall as well made the property itself very convenient. Good water pressure shower, spacious unit and good wifi. A water filter in the unit, ready for drinking, equipped with washing machine as well. Water stains mark on the bathroom glass panel. Pillows weren't that comfortable. Tables were squeaky. These are the small little things that can still be improved.

• Ann (10/5): During this trip we left somthing important in the room, and after communicate with the owner they are willing to post b - The room is clean and location is strategic enough for us to go to the place we want. Besides the room is located above the mall and its easy to get daily used and have meal at the the restaurant below. The unit located higher level and have better view of the city. The owner is very helpful and easy to communicate with and check in and checked out procedure is details enough to do self check in.

• June (10/5): Worth it. - 5-10 mins walk to mrt station,easier to go other shopping mall. Eko cheras mall also nice to walk, variety restoran and shop. got smart TV, big windows view. Security and cleaner friendly. Only upstairs bathroom can take shower. Access card only one, want to separate go out little bit hard during and between friends trip.
