• Tetiana (6/5): "Esta muy bien para una familia grande!" - Me ha gustado que había mucho espacio, hay aire acondicionado casi en todas las habitaciones, y 2 ventiladores, era limpio, la ubicación esta muy buena para la gente que le gusta los bares y restaurantes. Habían muchas cosas que estaban estropeadas, la plancha para hacer sándwiches también, tostadora no funcionaba, el lavabo del baño pequeño estaba atascado, hemos visto 2 cucarachas y no había ningun producto para echarlos. La puerta de la entrada no se cerraba sin llave. Faltaba cosas basicas como gel de ducha, pastillas para lavavajillas, cosas de limpieza, fairy, sal, pimienta. Me querían cobrar el check in aunque iba a llegar a la hora de check in como pone 15:00-18:00.

• Coccia (3/5): - Posizione Appena siamo entrati abbiamo trovato uno scarafaggio, in oltre dovete sapere che se prenotate per 6 persone uno dovrà dormire sul divano senza lenzuola con i cuscini del divano completamente sporchi, anche la terrazza è molto sporca. In oltre non rispondono hai messaggi su booking
• Raphael (1/5): Terrible Experience - Do Not Recommend - I had an incredibly disappointing stay at this property. Our experience started on a terrible note when we were unable to collect the keys on arrival because the designated keybox, which was inconveniently far from the residence, was locked. We spent hours stranded on the street in the middle of the night, with no clear instructions and no support from the property manager. We had no choice but to book a last-minute hotel, incurring additional expenses... The issues didn't end there. Once we finally managed to access the apartment, we discovered a host of problems: -The shower was leaking -The toilet did not flush properly, which was extremely inconvenient. -The glass door had been forced and did not close securely, leaving the apartment feeling unsafe. -The bedroom door could not be closed when the bed was open, making it impossible to have any privacy. Overall, this property is severely overpriced for the poor quality and lack of basic amenities. The entire experience, from the disastrous check-in process to the numerous maintenance issues, was frustrating and stressful. I strongly advise against booking this place—it's simply not worth the money.
• Toby (9/5): Very nice. Big apartment, comfortable and new in all the right places. - Really nice apartment. Some areas definitely a bit dated like the furniture and fitted cupboards, but that's fine, its a rental. The kitchen and bathrooms were new, the beds very comfy and the outside terrace large and great to chill out in. Everything we needed. Good location, Barcelona is a pretty spread out city, but really easy metro and bus access from the apartment so you can walk or get transport anywhere. No complaints, met every expectation

• Vibhu (1/5): BEWARE! UNSAFE, FILTHY, NO PRIVACY - WE DID NOT STAY A NIGHT. BOOKED ANOTHER HOTEL RIGHT AWAY. - Nothing. Did not stay here even a single night. This property is a shit hole - NOT AT ALL like its description on the website. Unsafe surrounding are like a slum, the property itself is totally run down: Cracked walls, peeling lead based paint, torn couch, NO privacy from neighbors (they can look into the apt. & even climb into it very easily). VERY UNSAFE, look out of window into other SLUM LIKE apartments, piss/urine on stairs and just outside the main apartmentdoors, NO ELEVATOR - climb to 2nd/3rd floor. When we had to leave the apt. to the new hotel I booked we could NOT get Uber or taxi, they would not come to this area to pick us up - we had to walk (5 of us including 3 kids) several blocked with multiple pieces of luggage to get a cab. I could upload only 4 pictures due to restrictions from booking.com but have many more pictures to share. For more information and pictures please email: Samkik00700@gmail.com So far have got only a partial refund from this property but I have enough pictures and evidence (pictures) to take booking.com to small claims court for this and additional expenses due to their incompetence for allowing this site on their website and for not adequately assisting us when we called them the same day. They are equally culperable.
