Eugene (10/5): A good place for long or short term stays. - The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, knives and utensils. Nothing of significance.
Eugene (10/5): - We stayed for 7 days and liked the place and extended our stay for another 21 days.

Cain (10/5): Well worth the stay - -Great view! -Amazing access to tons of restaurants right outside the building. -Two malls very close by. -Close to MRT Green line station and really easy to get there via covered walkway. -Very well-equipped kitchen with rice cooker, plenty of pots and pans, utensils, toaster, and even oils, condiments and coffee. -Washer worked great with detergent provided and some other cleaning supplies. -Internet was 5G rather than DSL or fiber, and as a result at times the speed dropped significantly though not that frequently.
