• Carmen (8/5): Wir würden wiederkommen . - Sehr gute Lage, ausreichend Platz in der Wohnung mit allem, was man so braucht. Es ist etwas hellhörig zur Straße, aber das ist auch sehr spanisch.Man muss die Fenster wegen der Tauben geschlossen halten bzw. aufpassen. Eine allgemeine Plage.

• Anuj (1/5): - The location is very central in the old city. Many sightseeing locations are a stone's throw away and easily reached. The apartment itself is very roomy and has a nice terrace to relax. The apartment stays quite cool which would be really great in summer but we were there in early spring. The apartment itself did not live up to expectations and was very disappointing. The bathroom stank with a pretty strong smell of decay, probably from the sink in the shower. There was a plastic platform placed on top of the sink on which you have to stand and shower. It was unhygienic so we wore flipflops in the bathroom and shower. Some of the utensils and dishes were not clean and had been just lying in the cupboards. The beds were also very uncomfortable. It was also quite noisy while we were there due to an ongoing film festival but that's not on the apartment owner. Worst of all, there was some infestation of some kind there because we found mites crawling on the kitchen countertop. I'm now down with a bacterial infection which given the timing most likely was contracted in Spain. Overall this was a thorough disappointment and absolutely not worth the money. If I were in a worse state, I would have sued.

• Harrie (6/5): - Het was er koud elektriche verwarming wat er stond was stuk. Hebben in de avond met de oven open gezten. Het was in december met kerst. We hebben het genomen omdat de ligging perfect was.midden in het oude centrum. Maar telkens 58 trappen op was zwaar. Voor 70 jaar oud.
• Stefanie (7/5): - Die Wohnung hat eine hervorragende Lage und ist gut geschnitten. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar und da die Wohnung am Rand der Altstadt liegt ist es nicht so laut wie mittendrin. Der Check in war problemlos und sogar frühzeitig möglich. Schöne Gastronomie direkt um die Ecke, ebenso 2 Supermärkte und die Bushaltestelle. Die eigentlich schöne Terrasse ist nur eingeschränkt nutzbar da die Küchenabluft des Restaurants nebenan Gerüche verursacht. Die Küche hat eine Grundausstattung, die gerade fürs Frühstück reicht, sie könnte etwas umfangreicher sein. Der defekte Toaster wurde umgehend ersetzt, ebenfalls wurde unser Wunsch nach Trockentüchern erfüllt.

• Tannie (7/5): Geweldige locatie - De lokatie 100 punten. Aan Plaza de la Merced plein met heerlijke restaurantjes. Supermarkt om de hoek, binnen paar minuten sta je in centrum van Malaga. Strand en haven 15 tot 20 minuten lopen via tunneltje. Het personeel en de ontvangst, het contact voor aankomst, de wasmachine, het terras, airco. Echt helemaal prima. In de douche liep t water niet weg. Was even zoeken om natte badkamer te voorkomen. Douche aan en uit zetten helpt klein beetje en snel douchen. De toiletborstel was echt heel heel heel vies. En het bed en matras zijn wat ons betreft aan vervanging toe.
• Caroline (7/5): Leuk en goed gelegen appartement maar moet wat beter onderhouden worden. - locatie, ruim appartement. Enkele elektrische toestellen die niet werkten, onvoldoende warm water, matras die naar het midden rolt, en vooral geen reactie van de host als je dit meedeelt.

• Simone (7/5): Just a couple of improvements and it'll be among the best - Position can't be better than this, in the center but not noisy and crowded, amazing. Very nice little terrace to enjoy a drink after a long day. Cozy and with all the necessary. No lift but there's nothing you can do about it of course so it's ok. For sure the bed could be bigger actually and also two harder pillows. A bigger television maybe if you really need to stay inside on late evenings, but in Malaga you are suppose to enjoy the life.

• Jori (1/5): Otherwise OK, but can’t recommend due to cockroache problem - Good location, nice roof terrace, upstairs AC VERY GOOD! Otherwise OK, but there were cockroaches in the bathroom. Disgusting, can’t recommend. I believe the owner tried to do some kind of poisoning, but it didn’t help. Also: toaster didn’t work. Tv remote controller didn’t work (one battery was missing). Freezer completely frozen, unusable. Downstairs AC ages old, needs a quick renewal. Couldn’t locate a smoke detector anywhere from the apartment. Upstairs ceiling fan makes a screeking noise, can’t be used during night.
• Saskia (9/5): Alles war super. - Sehr zentrale Lage. Bis zum Strand sind es ca. 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Altstadt ist quasi direkt vor der Tür mit vielen Restaurants und Bars.
• Alison (7/5): Malaga is such an interesting beautiful place, people very friendly. Really enjoyable week - Good location, quite central and popular attractions were easily accessed. Plenty of storage space. Very well equipped with everything possibly needed. Bed very comfortable and great air con. Lovely sun trap terrace. Unaware of 58 spiral steps up to apartment, not suitable for some people especially having to carry heavy suitcase. Apartment needs freshen up, lick of paint and some deep cleaning would be good, it was quite dusty. Freezer door needs repaired and freezer defrosted.
• Sharron (10/5): A gem in Malaga! - Fabulous, bright, quirky attic apartment with lovely terrace. Wonderful location just off Plaza de la Merced, less than 10 minutes walk from the centre of Malaga. Amazing restaurant Arrebato next door. Lots of steps as usual in Spanish cities but these are bright, modern and safe, beautiful marble with a stainless steel handrail, and they smell delightful due to the diffusers on the landings. Only one set of keys and as we were a group of 3 a second set would have been useful.
• Fiona (8/5): Handy Flat for stay in Malaga - Great appartment between Theatro Cervantes and the Mercede. So handy for central Malaga.Very quiet.With the added bonus of a patio. This is a fifth floor flat with no lift. Patio in evening spoiled a bit by the smell from the extractor fan from the rest down stairs

• Goran (10/5): Well-located apartment with a charming terrace, offering an authentic Spanish neighborhood. - The location is excellent—right in the heart of the vibrant city of Malaga. The big terrace is a peaceful retreat, perfect for relaxation. While it doesn't offer a city view, it's surrounded by charming old buildings, allowing you to soak in the authentic spirit of a true Spanish neighborhood. The apartment itself is cozy, with a unique loft-style bedroom in the gallery. It’s well-equipped with two air conditioners, and the Wi-Fi works flawlessly. The kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There’s a Maskom supermarket conveniently nearby, making it easy to stock up on essentials. I had a wonderful stay and will definitely return the next time I’m in Malaga.

Great location, brilliant apartment. - Perfect location, 50 paces from the historic Plaza de la Merced square, which is beautiful and full of great bars and restaurants, and cross over the road from there and you are in the wonderful old town. The apartment is all you could ask for, spacious, delightfully decorated with a big kitchen area and the marvellous bonus of a terrace. The owners were incredibly helpful, allowing us to check in early and offering us tips to make the most out of our visit. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Nothing!
