• Duncan (8/5): It's a nice clean big modern house with garage close to airport, beach, shopping centres and restaur - The property was spacious for a family of four. It was convenient to the beach and airport. There are plenty of place to eat around the area and places to shop. It's a good spot if you are looking for a place away from the city. Trimmer Pde is a busy street. You will get a lot of noise from the street. It does quiet down after 11pm and busy in the morning. The flooring on second floor isn't concrete so you will hear kids footsteps upstairs. The master is downstairs bit of a distance from kids rooms upstairs. Maybe not ideal for family with very young children as i find I had to run up and down for my 4 year old a few times a night.

She had this to say: Host Huan was incredibly hospitable and helpful to all four of us during our stay at Modern House. MH is close to Queen Elizabeth Hospital and QEH was where my critically ill niece had to attend. Took days of road travel to reach Adelaide. Huan was there to greet us and had prepared fresh delicious food that even my niece -on a very restricted diet for medical reasons -was able to eat. Huan treated us like we were family. She showed positive concern for the wellbeing of all of us. Staying in beautiful Moderna House with all its facilities was a marvellous support for all of us.
• Lelanie (10/5): Ideal location for the Airport - We loved the home feel and luxury amenities. Huan was very quick to respond to our last minute booking. The house is halfway between the beach and city. The garden needs more maintaining to elevate this property.
• Shaynee (10/5): Exceptional - The space was large and roomy all of the rooms were clean and neat the bathrooms and water pressure were amazing Had an issue with the door but eventually got it sorted It being a 10 minute walk from a train stop was super useful i parked my car in the garage and it didn't move till check out. Myself and friends would 100% stay here again more so for a longer stay then a weekend. But till the same it was amazing and I believe it was definitely a bargain for what we paid.
