Martina (1/5): A COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE EXPERIENCE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE - Nothing Do not ever stay at this apartment as I believe it doesn't actually exist. I made a booking and paid for it and the address on the booking is a medical centre in Puerto Banus and not an apartment. I should have known when I tried to contact the apartment a few days before my arrival about my check in time and got no reply. I contacted booking.com by telephone after I had spent 4 hours looking for the apartment with both the help of a taxi driver and the police and each time the medical centre was the location. Then at 10.30pm on the day I had been trying to locate the apartment my booking was cancelled. This was the worst experience ever as I was stranded at night time in an unfamiliar place with my family. DO NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT EVER.
