• Mary (10/5): Το studio είναι καταπληκτικό και η Νανά η πιο φιλόξενη οικοδέσποινα - Το studio είναι καταπληκτικό, εξαιρετικά διακοσμημένο, φωτεινό, πεντακάθαρο, με θέα θάλασσα ακόμα και μέσα από το σπίτι. Η Νανά είναι η πιο φιλόξενη οικοδέσποινα που θα μπορούσα να φανταστώ, διακριτική, εξυπηρετική και πολύ ζεστός άνθρωπος. Το ψυγείο είχε όλα τα απαραίτητα για πρωινό και σνακ. Στα συν ότι έχει και μηχανή espresso. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα και σίγουρα θα το ξαναεπισκεφτώ
• Konrad (10/5): - Amazing apartment. Everything was perfect. Very clean, beautiful smell of towels. Few minutes by walk to the sea. In the area there are everything shop, restaurant, pharmacy, bus and tram station. Host was very friendly and helpful. I recomend this palce for 1000%! :) NOTHING

Toplocatie: bus/tram enkele minuten van appartement Nana was supervriendelijk en we kregen veel info van restaurants e.d. Als we terugkomen naar athene dan komen wij hier zeker terug Als ik iets moet zeggen : hele kleine badkamer maar wij waren daar maar enkele dagen dus voor ons stoorde dit niet , het appartement is top
• Mario (10/5): Wunderschönes Apartment mit sehr guter Ausstattung. - Der Balkon ist fantastisch, wir haben jeden Morgen und Abend draußen verbracht. Wohn- und Schlafzimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles macht einen neuwertigen und modernen Eindruck. Die Küche ist vollwertig ausgestattet. Hier fehlt es an nichts. TRAM und Supermarkt sind in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Nana ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.

• Christine (10/5): Wonderful place in one of the most desired suburbs in Athens - I loved everything about my stay. The studio is beautifully decorated and designed. The host has thought of everything. The neighbourhood is safe and the building itself is very secure. The studio is on the top floor of the building and has a massive terrace, where I spent a great deal of time both in the early morning and late at night. It’s a 5 minute walk to Edem beach and a 3 minute walk to the tram line. There are plenty of shops nearby. I spent 10 nights as I visited family and friends and I was sad to say goodbye. Nothing

• Irene (10/5): Very nice stay in this beatiful apt. - The apartment was very well equiped. Everything you need and more was there. Even Coffee,tea, shampoo and more were provided. It was very clean and nicely decorated,it felt just like a home.The terac3 was spacious, in the front is the sea and if you look around the corner you can even see the Acropolis The beach is about 5 min.walk. Shops, the lovely harbour and restaurants are nearby too. Nana is the best hostess you can image and will provide you the best adresses in the neighbourhood.From Palaio Faliro it is easy to visit the highlights of Athens, and frankly, we were happy to come to this home after a visit to crowded Athens. I would stay here again
• Evgenios (10/5): Such a wonderful stay! - A very beautiful studio apartment with fantastic decor and outstanding views. Fridge and cupboards filled with breakfast treats, snacks, coffee. Very good Nespresso machine. Kitchenware, appliances, smart TV.. It felt like home! Nana has been an exceptional host, always there where we needed her. It is rare to be treated with such kindness and we are so grateful for it. We will definitely be back! Nothing at all, everything has been perfect!

• I.n (10/5): Wonderful stay in Sea View Luxury Studio Palaio Faliro. - Stayed in the apartment Sea View Luxury Studio Palaio Faliro from January 8 to January 11, 2025. The best impressions: hospitality, comfort, quality, price, location. Very cozy and stylish. Everything corresponds to the description of these apartments on Booking.com. I would like to separately thank Nana for her care and hospitality, for excellent communication, for a lot of useful information. Upon arrival, we felt like long-awaited guests who came to visit good friends. There is everything you need for relaxation and a feeling of a cozy home. Fruits, drinking water, tea, coffee, delicious olive oil, honey and other products were kindly provided by Nana for our use. From the spacious balcony on one side you can see the sea, and on the other, side, in the distance you can see the Acropolis. My request that the apartment be warm upon our arrival was fulfilled. I will be happy to come to the apartment Sea View Luxury Studio Palaio Faliro again. Thank you very much, Nana and Georgy! And see you soon!
• Vars (9/5): Superb - We are generally satisfied with the apartment. The hosts were friendly, they welcomed us very well. We found the apartment easily. There was coffee, tea, bottled water, etc. in the apartment, which is very nice. The hosts also allowed us to check in early and check out late. Quiet nice neighborhood. There was bakery, fruit and grocery store near the apartment. The beach can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. The bathroom was small, although it didn't bother us. It would be nice if they add washing machine, especially for long stays it can be helpful.

They had everything prepared for us, and we didn’t miss a thing. Additionally, they provided us with plenty of suggestions for fun activities and great restaurants in the area. • Sophie (9/5): Would really recommend, it did the job for us and we had a great stay! - We picked this place for a little beach Holiday. Edem beach is a 10 min walk down and has beds etc, the tram stop is also there to get to Alimos beach which is also nice, location really good & lots of places to eat around it. There is another tram stop about 5 mins away to get up to Plaka, we did this one night and took around 25 mins. A bakery is about 2 min walk away and super cheap. Enough supermarkets around us, it was exactly what we needed. The hosts were there to greet you and they sent lots of recommendations over which was a great help. I would defo stay here again, apartment was really clean, the facilities are great, the fridge was stocked with little bits that kept us going (the cherries were amazing!) the balcony is gorgeous. I stayed one night on my own as my sister got an earlier flight and I felt so safe as no one can get into the building with out key access. Honestly loved it and a gorgeous part of Greece! Maybe more options on the TV like netflix etc just for before bed or whilst getting ready but not a major issue!

• Belf1986 (10/5): Exceptional - Bright and cozy apartment a few hundred meters away from the beach and tram stop that could get you to the city center. Apartment had everything we needed and more and it felt like every detail was very well thought. Nana (the host) was incredibly helpful in showing notable places around and was very welcoming. Highly recommended.
