• Darren (9/5): Had a lovely stay and would stay again. - The property was clean and modern with a very adequate balcony.There were plenty of kitchen appliances and a large fridge if you like cooking in.The Bed and soda both comfortable. Nothing.

• Sorina Roxana (10/5): Excelent! - Everything was great! Very clean apartament and fully equiped, with direct acces on the beach. The apartament is located in the best area of Marbella, in a very nice complex. Natalia was great, willing to help all the time and we had a very good communication. I totally recomand this apartament for your vacation!

Oh and a huge to screen. An absolutely beautiful place. Not a criticism but would have liked a firmer pillow

• Remo (9/5): We had a great stay, close to beaches, Our hosts Natalia and Vera both were so accommodating. Great! - Great Proximity to the beach and pool. Lovely apartment everything was well designed and maintained. Plenty of storage! Large fridge and shower, all appliances were great! Great size balcony for outdoor dining and a lovely sun trap for private use! Great proximity to the beach with a few choices of very nice restaurants within a short walk either side of the complex. Beaches were lovey, with easy access. Easy to navigate around we had no trouble with getting taxi’s all very reasonable. Short drive to Marbella, old town Marbella is well worth a visit, beautiful church and plenty of nice bars and restaurants to eat! Recommend “The Farm” restaurant in Marbella as on certain week nights they have a Flamenco dance night! Plenty of nice venues all locally situated to the apartment! “Beach house” on the beach is a nice relaxing venue within 15min walk along the beach! Complex has choice of five pools to use! The apartment was very relaxing and comfortable with everything you need. We will most certainly be re visiting and look forward to our next stay! Hosts were incredible, helpful and friendly! Thanks again for making it so great! Slightly obscured views from the balcony due to a very large structure that serves no purpose but part of the overall complex charm and design. Would be great to have onsite Bar/Cafe facilities for refreshments? The complex is very large and would easily accommodate a small shop, pool bar and restaurant! The closest shop was 15 min walk to the nearest supermarket and cafe’s for supplies, nothing to taxing but carrying shopping back for family if you haven’t transport was challenging in the heat around busy roads with family. Good idea for little handheld trolly to use for shopping if going by foot? To many people constantly selling goods! It did become annoying at times trying to relax or when eating out.

• Nigel (9/5): Very pleasant out of season break. - Very quiet although probably not so in the height of season. Large balcony for a studio apartment with evening sun. Restaurants and local shops within easy walking distance. We walked into Marbella along the beach (about 4 miles) but need to watch one short section at high tide. Only minor criticism was the lack of instructions for the oven etc.
• Hendrik (9/5): One of the best accommodations for a workation I could image - The internet connection was exceptionally good. Almost every commodity one could need during the stay was present. Frying oil and baling paper would be 10/10. None of the pools have been in operation. The faucet for cleaning the feet after visiting the beach was dry.

• Jack (8/5): Perfect spot for a couple looking for a relaxed few days in the Sun! Would absolutely recommend - Romana Playa was perfect for the holiday we wanted - which was a chill holiday where we had access to all we needed. Trips into Marbella and Costa Del Sol on either side made us realise what a gem we had, as the beaches there were absolutely rammed and quite commercialised, while the stretch of beach two minutes from the property was perfect! There was a minor blip after our first night when we found quite a few ants in the apartment and in/around the bed. But the host responded quickly, coming in whilst we were out and providing fresh sheets and spraying any killer and we had no further issue. The apartment was really clean so this was quite unexpected!

• Judith (10/5): Superb apartment, a short distance from beach. Great balcony to relax in the sun! - Apartment was modern, clean and really really really well equipped, everything was brand new… and had a superb large balcony which got the sun all afternoon and evening which made for the nicest dinners alfresco as the sun went down. The oven and induction hob were excellent, the apartment also had a new full Size fridge and freezer, washing machine, sandwich maker, dish washer, ironing board, iron, hair dryer… oh and did I mention a Nespresso coffee machine! Plenty of storage also; which is usually lacking. The host also had left lots of wee things to start us off, some Little coffee capsules, washing up liquid, sponges, drying clothes, toilet rolls, dish washer tablet, first aid box, ear buds, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel etc . Oh and I should add, we had a hire car, which was brilliant as we could travel up and down the coast to sight see and do different walking routes. We were able to park on site every night and felt that the car was very safe and away from the side streets to avoid getting dents! No complaints. There are a few steps up and down from beach or carpark up to Apartment . So maybe something to consider if travelling with someone with mobility issues. Other than that… super apartment and we hope to go back. So well equipped.
• James (9/5): Superb - Fantastic location and only a stone throw away from the gorgeous beach and its chirinquitos. There is an abundance of cafe's , restaurants, bars, supermarkets golf,tennis and sports facilities and all other amenities in the trendy community of Elviria a few minutes walk also. Apartment needs a safe. And sunloungers. Apart from that can't fault.

• Beata (10/5): Just another perfect holiday in beautiful Marbella!!! - The location is absolutely perfect and beautiful. The apartment is new (recently renovated) and the area and the related pools are extraordinary. Very close to the beach ( From the residential complex you reach the beach directly. The area is quiet and without party noises. I must mention that Vera (the host) was very kind and nice to us. She will promptly help you with anything you need! It was a great holiday and we want to come back asap. We highly recommend this location. It is a 10 stars location!!! Nothing to complain!
