• Daniel (6/5): Överlag okej. - Det va bra utgångsläge för utflykter i norra Los Angeles. Rent men lite slitet till det priset vi betalade. Lite dålig information när vi kom dit hur kodlåset funkade så jag fick ringa och det blev lite brist i kommunikationen men det löste sig till sist.

• Chad (7/5): The apartment was clean and spacious. Had plenty of room for 2 kids and 2 adults. - Easy to call the host and get the door code. An ac unit in the queen bed bedroom. An added bolt lock on the front door.
• May (2/5): Bad experience - Location, appliances and space. Unfortunately we found live cockroach in bathroom our first night. We asked for refund of one night and that property treated the apartment with anti roach pesticides immediately. Did not get refund of the night, we needed to go buy roach spray and baits ourselves as we had paid for 6 nights. Lost valuable vacation time looking for these products, fuel to get to and from store twice and in general a bad feeling that the apartment was not clean of bugs. On third day property paid for these products, and came to add anti roach creme. However, there are openings under the windows, around AC, under sinks in kitchen and bathroom, no tap on sink in bathroom so several opportunities for cockroaches to enter from outside. Old and damaged wood cabinets in bathroom and kitchen. Toilet cistern with hole. Steep stairs that need maintenance to enter apartment on second floor. Angry magpie bird attacked people at the entrance from street.
• Aaron (2/5): Very poor - Location was decent. Price would have been reasonable, but can't directly speak to this apartment because the property manager called me a day or two before I was scheduled to arrive and informed me that the apartment was not actually available despite having confirmed the reservation. Instead, she offered to switch me from the two bedroom to a studio in the same complex and promised a partial refund to cover a price difference. The refund didn't arrive prior to arrival. Despite multiple emails/texts /phone calls during and after the trip and several very polite exchanges with the PM in which she repeatedly promised to process the payment, the refund remains unpaid. Also, the apartment I did stay in could use some basic maintenance (like replacing the lid to the toilet and fixing the toilet flapper valve). Finally, I suspect there were bedbugs. But again, those were issues with the studio in the same complex. So, the two-bedroom may actually be wonderful.

• Gianni (8/5): Comfortable family stay. - The property was pretty decent. It was very spacious and private. Quiet neighborhood, close to the beach, and it was comfortable. There could be some upgrades to many things but overall it was nice being in an apartment instead of a Hotel room for a similar price.
