Guest Reviews
- Yvonne (8/5): - Location and facilities Light in front of the ground level lift didn’t work. Can’t lock the unit from inside to prevent outside access.
- Jeannie (8/5): -

- Melissa (8/5): Comfortable and enjoyable stay. - Location of the accomodation and the ease in which to come and go from the site. The place was really clean and tidy. I really would have liked block out blinds in the living room.
- Catherine (10/5): We really enjoyed our stay. Great location near train station and close to all amenities. Loved the apartment. Would lov - Clean, comfortable, modern, spacious Nothing
- Kyaw Phyo (8/5): Good facility and affordable price - Very good location and feel like safety
- Iskandar (10/5): Great and amazing location - It's the heart of Newtown. You can't be anywhere else. The pillows a little bit too hard
- Jamie (1/5): All round bad experience - Close to Enmore road, but even so, probably too close and noisy The Fridge didn't work, the Aircon didn't work, the TV didn't work. There were other issues too but the main one was that right outside is a pedestrian crossing that would make noise all through the day and night, even with earplugs in I struggled to get a good night's sleep. There are much better and more affordable places to stay in Sydney
- Yvonne (10/5): What a charming apartment in such a fantastic location! The only little drawback is that it can get quite noisy around h - Great location! Extremely noisy.
- Yvonne (10/5): Very enjoyable experience. - The apartment is absolutely charming and perfectly located! I absolutely loved everything about the property! The location is fantastic, right in the heart of all the bars, restaurants, and shops. The only small drawback is that it can get a bit noisy at night, but hey, that's just part of the lively location. I'd suggest using earplugs to make sure you get a good night's sleep.
- xuduo69 (9/5): - 生活用具齐全,交通便利。 无
- Lisa (8/5): Great modern apartment, good location. - Great location for local ammenities and walking distance to Carriage works. If you’re a light sleeper the location is noisy with local bars and restaurants open until late.
- Teresa (2/5): Noisy - . The apartment is large and has good facilities. In the daytime, it is a great place to be. Nightlife! The location was dreadful with noise pollution every night. One night, there was screaming outside for hours. Another night, a very noisy refuse truck collected rubbish from the apartment at 3am! Its on a busy junction and even wearing loops, the noise affected our sleep. Avoid if you value your sleep.

- Catherine (8/5): We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it - It was very comfortable and clean and in a good location It was quite noisy outside the apartment on both the Friday and Saturday evenings
- Yvonne (9/5): We liked the great location the clean and a spacious unit, unfortunately because Tien air-conditioner unit and the all a - Location, cleanliness, good unit space, and staff keen to help. The TV and air-conditioner in the living room didn’t work during the whole 5 days.
- Isabella (6/5): Convenient location, but street noise is terrible and they can see you shower! - It was a quick walk from Newtown station and there were many buses that stopped along King St. It’s right behind the main road and next to a cafe. The view is nice from the windows. The laundry machine is the reason why we chose this place. Bedsheets and towels had black stains on them, apartment was dusty and not thoroughly cleaned. The shower tiles had lots of grime. IF YOURE ON THE FURST FLOOR PEOPLE CAN SEE YOU SHOWERING WHEN ITS SUNNY. THEY CAN SEE YOUR SILHOUETTE AND SKIN COLOR THROUGH THE WINDOWS!!!!! We didn’t know this until the last day. Showering at night is your safest option. Also the shower water from the higher floors drips down past your window onto the street. Street noise is horrendous. It’s not just vehicle sounds but you can hear every conversation of people passing by under you like they’re in the room next door. There’s a lot of drunk people that pass the building and they will scream. If you stay through the weekend you’ll be kept up until 2am by the live band that is playing in the pub up the street.
- Lin (9/5): -
- Stephen (6/5): - Location and size of the property was good.
Kitchen facilities and second toilet in the laundry room was also a good thing. The reverse cycle airconditioner , specifically the heating did not work.
- Haitian (8/5): Very good - Good facilitate, very clean room, and nice location. A little bit noisy due to the traffic downstairs.
- Pauline (10/5): Exceptional - Great location. Spacious and clean. Everything you needed was there.
- Mathew (7/5): Good - location broken shower
- Stephanie (10/5): King street apartment - Spacious and great facilities. Close to all Sydney has to offer. Train station a walk away. Supermarket. Great dining options. Easy check in and out. Double bed. Could have been a queen size.
- Kate (10/5): Excellent location, walking distance to lots of public transfer options and the pazazz of King St - Excellent communication and instructions. A couple of minor issues that were addressed promptly and professionally.
Very comfortable and spacious. Can get a bit stuffy, especially because it was raining quite a bit. I needed to have the ac on a lot of the time. Very exposed to the street below. Parking was tricky because I have a disability and having to park a long way up Wilson St, meant many trips back and forth when I was checking-in and checking-out (especially in the rain).
- Pam (10/5): Fabulous sun filled apartment. Location was brilliant, facilities perfect. Very happy indeed! - Our stay was freaking BRILLIANT! We LOVED the apartment! Great location, lots of sun all day, full (and fully equipped - like TWO pairs of scissors) kitchen, two bathrooms, laundry, short walk to a great supermarket, ten steps from King street. Right on Erskinville Road. We WILL be back! Thank you!
- Rhonda (10/5): We love Sydney and Newtown has a great vibe. - Great location Nothing
- Gary (6/5): - Very noisy area
- Daniel (8/5): Nice and modern apartment close to Sydney University - Modern and well-maintained property. Very close to Sydney University. Fully equipped apartment, clean and confortable good bed. Can be noisy at night as it has a big window to the street, but not at all a limiting factor to sleep.
Air condition filters on both bedroom and living room need maintenance and proper cleaning.
- Robert (4/5): nice place but. - Look this place is great but just be aware there are no staff onsite available when things go wrong. I couldn't access my apartment and despite 100 'sorrys' from the nice lady in the phone i was told that the 'escalation' team were not avaible to assist.
2 hours shivering in a hallway later i discovered they had left me the wrong key in the lockbox and the key to the alternate apt (which ALSO) didn't work wa so actually the correct key. Oh..also the internet didn't work
Mistakes happen but if you business model is saving money on onsite staff, double check everything! And for headers sake, make sure your 'escalation' team is available.
To add insult to injury, i just got a gushing 'thanks for salting with us' with ZERO mention of the issues i had faced. This mob is great at the slick marketing, they just get to get thier OPS in order.
- Jane (9/5): Superb -
- William (5/5): Passable - Nice, new, clean apartment Location, Extremely loud, especially on the weekends
- Vincent (10/5): Loft style apartment in bustling Newtown - The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was equipped with everything you could think of and was located close to shops, restaurants and bars. The train station was close by and there were buses to get around Sydney. Of course due to the location it’s a bound to be a bit noisy.
- Michele (8/5): Nice modern apartment in the heart of Newtown. - Loved the location in terms of being in the thick of Newtown and close to the train and buses, but at the same time the noise from the street travelled through and I had two nights of bad sleep.
But good facilities overall, really nice interiors. Comfy bed. I loved the Peloton gear and app. See above point about location and noise. I thought the bathroom was a bit small and the shower too close to the toilet and water often was going everywhere. The bathroom floor got wet after a shower. (But would dry overnight).
The toilet bowl in the laundry toilet hadn't been fully scrubbed.
