• Giulia (8/5): Appartamento bellissimo con un problema strutturale - L’appartamento è molto bello e spazioso: un salotto, una sala da pranzo, la camera da letto grande, la cucina che dà sullo spazio esterno, bagno nuovo con doccia eccezionale. Molto ben riscaldato (eccezion fatta per un calorifero che non funzionava) e funzionale. Parcheggio accanto alla casa. Check-in e out in autonomia, proprietario reperibile per necessità e super gentile. Il problema è che è sotto un altro appartamento e si sente tutto. E tutto significa che ogni passo sopra la camera da letto rimbomba nelle pareti e scricchiola addirittura il pavimento di sopra. Non è questione di educazione o meno di quelli sopra, si sente anche solo se cammini. E se vuoi riposare il pomeriggio o la mattina fino a tardi, se ci sono ospiti sopra, è impossibile. Noi siamo stati fortunati: ci sono stati ospiti solo i primi due giorni, gli altri due fortunatamente era vuoto. L’appartamento è stupendo, ma tenete presente anche questo, soprattutto se avete orari “anomali” di sonno.

• Bruce (10/5): One of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at - One of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at. Big kitchen with all amenities; 2 comfortable single beds and a surprisingly comfortable sofa bed. Entire 5 room Airbnb had been updated, everything seemed new. Couple nice amenities: 1x parking spot next to Airbnb, street parking within 50m not an issue; washer and dryer dedicated to Airbnb; lots of stuff one just doesn’t think of: salt, pepper; dishwasher pods, etc…. Strong Wi-Fi. Just super impressed.
• Daniele (9/5): - Comodo per andare alla festa della birra e il parcheggio privato dell'appartamento. La macchinetta del caffè con alcune cialde disponibili. Per visitare Stoccarda non è proprio comodissimo, bisogna andare a prendere il treno in macchina, io andavo a Sommerrain dove è disponibile un parcheggio gratuito.

• Thomas (9/5): Schön eingerichtete Wohnung mit allem was man benötigt. - Die Wohnung war auf aktuellem technischen Stand. Alles war neu und gepflegt. Die Dämmung zur Wohnung darüber war schlecht, Man hat jeden Schritt gehört und. Da die Wohnung direkt an einer Hauptstraße war konnte man auch kein Fenster auf lassen oder die Rollläden oben lassen. Des weiteren gibt es nur einen Parkplatz direkt neben dem Haus. Es gibt Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nebenstraße aber gerade wenn man viel Gepäck hat, muß man so mehrmals laufen und es ist unangenehm.

• Kovaļova (8/5): - Расположения удобное, Апартаменты обалденные. Так как мы бронировали на 6 человек - постельного белья было только на пятерых, вилки хватает на 4 человека. Мы отмечали что нам нужна парковка, но увы была занята.

• Katja (10/5): - Fantastische Ferienwohnung mit perfekter Lage für den Cannstatter Wasen Wir haben zu zweit ein paar Tage in dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung in Fellbach verbracht, um den Cannstatter Wasen zu besuchen, und waren rundum begeistert. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt – die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist hervorragend, sodass man in kürzester Zeit in Stuttgart und direkt auf dem Festgelände ist. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man sich für einen entspannten Aufenthalt wünscht. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt! Auch die kleine Auswahl an Kaffee- und Teesorten war ein toller Bonus. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen. Klare Empfehlung!
• Aleksandra (9/5): - Tout neuf, frais, clair, litterie très confortable, bonne réactivité de l'agence, cuisine très bien équipée, café gratuit (merci), parking privé gratuit, en bref parfait pour la saison. -il n'y a pas vraiment de terrasse, contrairement à l'appartement du dessus. En été, il ne serait pas vraiment possible de s'installer correctement pour manger dehors. L'aménagement de l'endroit pourrait sans grands frais être rendu plus sympathique, c'est vraiment triste. Ceci ne nous a toutefois pas gêné vu la météo fraîche. -l'isolation phonique du plancher du premier étage est très insuffisante. Chaque pas des personnes y marchant est amplifié et produit de puissantes vibrations du plafond et des murs. C'est très désagréable quand les gens se lèvent tôt le matin ou bougent tard le soir. Une couche d'isolation devrait être installée.

• Nadine (7/5): Schöner Kurztrip - Die Nähe zum Zentrum ist sehr gut. Bushaltestellen sind direkt gegenüber.Die Ausstattung ist vollkommen in Ordnung. Ein Parkplatz ist direkt neben dem Haus ( muss angemeldet sein; ist etwas beengt). Die Sauberkeit kann noch etwas optimiert werden. Da die Unterkunft direkt an einer stark befahrenen Strasse liegt , ist es gerade im Sommer ,recht laut.
