• MANUEL (10/5): A pocos metros de la playa apartamento de lujo - Ubicación a 30 metros de la playa. Apartamento nuevo y muy bien decorado. Muy cerca de restaurantes y al lado de un supermercado. La limpieza y el anfitrión excelentes.
• Sebnem (7/5): Was okay in overall, if you ignore the small annoyances which might not a problem for everyone - Great location and clean apartment, was a good value for the money spent. Kitchen and shower had everything you need. Owner was very quick to respond and easy to communicate. We asked for a cleaning on third day and it was done nicely. It is a central location but wasnt too noisy when we were there. It wasnt a hotel but an apartment so it came with its advantages and disadvantages. Some advertised amenities were not functional (washing machine and safe wasnt working and we were told after we arrived). Basic supplies were insufficient for a 5-night stay such as toilet rolls or coffee. There is some building maintenance issues going on for months (water leak at the building entrance causing slippery path) and unreliable lift access (you need to use one from ground to first floor as it was an old building but that extra lift wasn’t always functional, the main lift was working okay but narrow and sensors are a bit down on the door and couldn’t work as you might expect as it is an old style lift) and these affected comfort and safety a bit.

You can walk everywhere, it is very close from shops, groceries, pharmacies, restaurants ans bars but it is also very quiet. I was traveling alone and felt very safe and cosy. I enjoyed the view on the beach from the window !

• Frank (7/5): - Great location with modern decor throughout. Lovely lighting throughout the apartment . The kitchen area could do with more space for food preparation. The microwave takes up too much room. Also, some cleaning spongeswould have been useful for wash up.
• Nazari (6/5): - Die Waschmaschine war defekt. u. Ich würde empfehlen, die Unterkunft zunächst nicht für mehr als drei Tage zu buchen. Vor Ort kann man sich dann umsehen und die gleiche Unterkunft möglicherweise zu einem günstigeren Preis erneut buchen.

• Sofia (9/5): Lovely apartment at the beachfront - The location is great - just near the beach and 15-20 mins walk from the city centre. This apartment has everything you need - well equipped kitchen, good hairdryer, washing machine, 2 air cons, TV (with Netflix etc.), iron, safe, Sonos speaker. I really enjoyed my stay! Nothing really… the only thing was - the walls are really thin so I could hear my neighbours talking till after midnight. It affected my sleep a bit but it’s nothing to do with the apartment itself.
• Elena (8/5): Very good - Location is 10 out of 10! Sea view is also a good and nice bonus! Good TV, all the other facilities. Everything is very convenient. Couldn't find a remote control for the TV, but it appeared to be in the coach :D Appartment is way smaller than it seem in the photo, but it's fine ;) also did not quite get why the door code was necessary. I was simply aksed to call 30 mins prior to arrival and then a cleaning lady just met us, let inside the building, showed a room and passed keys. Never used the door code in fact ;

Location was EXTREMELY good. - The location was ideal. 5 minutes walk from Malagueta Beach. 1 minute walk from Carrefour Express ( a midsize Supermarket offering everything you need) and 10 minutes walk from La Canasta, a breakfast place that offers GREAT breakfast items. The best breakfasts we had on our 15 day trip to Spain in December 2024 that covered Seville, Cordoba, Granada, Malaga and Ronda was by far, at La Canasta in Malaga. Old Town Malaga ( the Cathedral and the Barrio Old Town) is 30 minutes walk away from XPCE) You don't need buses or taxis to get there - just walk. Also, skip the Hop on Hop Off bus tour that the City of Malaga offers. It is overpriced at 25.00 euros per person, and 80% of what is worth seeing in Malaga is withing walking distance of Malagueta Beach. Instead take a boat trip that takes you around the Malaga coast, usually priced at 15.00 euros, but we got a discounted price of 11.00 euros per person. The Boat trip is worth it. Getting into the property was a little sticky. I would recommend that the property owner or his staff meet renters in person to hand over the keys, First, this allows a quick entrance to the property, but after that, a live person can explain how everything - meaning, the clothes washer, the electrically operated blinds, the clothes drying rack that is stored in locations that are out of sight (below the bed, in our case) works. Also, we needed tea bags, because we are tea drinkers, not coffee drinkers. Also, a printed pamphlet that lists all close by conveniences - grocery stores, breakfast places, lunch and dinner places, city buses to sightseeing locations would help a lot.

• Smith (10/5): Fantastic newly refurbished flat just a few metres from the beach - We were the first guests after the renovation of this spectacular flat. Everything was very clean, nicely decorated and with quality furniture. Large SmartTV, high speed internet and two air conditioners that cooled a lot. The bed was very comfortable and the host was very friendly and quick to answer our questions. The distance to the beach is 30 metres. Unbeatable place. We will be back for sure. Everything was perfect!
