• Xinyao (7/5): New minimal apartment that can sleep up to 5 - Clean. True to photos. Has one queen and single bed in the room and a sofa bed in the living room, beds are comfortable of reasonable quality. Filtered water machine and clear kitchen setup, thank you. Toilet was super clean too. Walking distance from Aeon. Has shops under the block that is convenient and a lot of food selection in the area. Comes with netflix. More positive overall. Very clear communication on collection of keys and entry into apartment. Love the little nook for eating, ie extension of kitchen into a small bar. New place, no concern of pests or mould. Noise from expressway at night can affect light sleepers. TV is too low to watch comfortably for the neck. Sofa can only be setup if the carpet is rolled to the side. Induction stove though safe doesn't allow proper cooking.

• David Ho (8/5): Good for a couple who needs only a one-nigjt stay. - Good location, close to shopping mall and eateries. Home well-equipped. Host was responsive. Bed was very squeaky and therefore disturbing to our sleep when our spouse or onself has to turn. Traffic noise outside can be heard. Hope the owner will install a shower curtain as the washroom will become wet after a shower
• Nor Azhar Abdul Rahman (9/5): - Nice location, easy access. The unit was immaculate. 1. No Washing machine as advertised. 2. The bidet was leaking 3. The Mirror in the toilet was cracked. 4. The Air conditioning in the bedroom was not cold as per the set temperature. The information above has been passed to the person in charge.
• Peng (10/5): Great value for such a nice apartment next to a major shopping center. - The apartment is centrally located in one of Johor Bahru's best shopping district. The place is very clean, well equipped and all amenities are provided. Communications with the host was top notch. We needed additional kitchen utensils and bowls, the host was quick to response and provided what we needed immediately. Overall, the stay was a good one. Easy walking distance to everything and a comfy stay.

The unit was next to a main road so expect loud bike noises throughout the night. Overhead Card sensor for car park gantry does not work well. Have to alight from the car just to scan the card.

• Kiang Teck (9/5): Had a great stay at there. Please keep up the same standard. Will be back again. - Great location. Within walking distance to AEON. Lots of eateries around with places for massage. Nice bakery just directly below the apartment. Location not listed on the map.
