Sabrina Rothe (5/5): - The Building amenities are good. Big Pool, Playroom, Reading room, Gym. Unfortunately, communication is only possible through a management company. We received messages from Zira, but the customer service was poor. Since we extended our stay but had to switch apartments, we had to check out at 11:00 AM and couldn't check in until 3:00 PM. This left us for four hours without a key card. There is no place to store luggage, and without a card, you cannot use the elevator or access any doors in the building. We were stuck there with children, and the customer service showed no interest in finding a solution. Furthermore, the apartment was poorly equipped—no trash bags and no toilet paper.
Sabrina Rothe (6/5): Okay - Great location, a large pool, and the playroom and gym are also good. There is even a reading room for working. However, all of these are building amenities and not necessarily part of the apartment itself. The apartment was superficially clean, bright, and had a beautiful view. We previously stayed in a different apartment in this building, and compared to that one, this one felt a bit more thoughtfully decorated. However, a renovation is needed: the lamps are crooked, and the wallpaper is peeling off. The dryer doesn't work, and the kitchen could be better equipped—there were no glasses and only two mugs. Basic essentials like toilet paper and trash bags were missing, so we had to buy them ourselves, along with laundry detergent. We left the remaining supplies behind so at least the next guests can benefit from them.

Overal schimmel in de badkamer. Meubilair enorm verouderd. Geen spiegel op de badkamer. 2 toiletrollen gekregen voor 10 nachten. Ik werd door de verhuurder op geen enkele manier geholpen.
JIHYUN JO (7/5): - 일단 경비원들이 많이 있어서 안심을 할수있었습니다 위치도 괸찮고 모두가 친절해서 좋아요 숙소에 바퀴벌레 좀 있고 식기도구가 너무 없어요 전자렌지도 없고 주방칼도 없어서 내가삿고.. 국자,뒤집개 등등 냄비도 없고 주방의 기본적인 것도 없어서 실망이고 처음 도착시 방에 생수라도 있어야 하는게 아닌가? 없어서 당황함.... 멀리서 오는 손님인데 먹는물이 없는게 맞는건지? 실망임 밤엔 위험해서 주변에 물 구매하기 쉽지않음 다른 호텔 숙소는 최소 1.5리터 물 한두개는 있음...

TERENCE (5/5): - The room is a perfect fit for 6 people. If u want to stay with more people, u need to request a single bed. The house is so clean . In this house, we have two washrooms, and the heater functions well . Washing machine works . In the first room beside the toilet, there is a fan that has light on it, so if we switched it on, the light will be on as well, so we can't use a fan in that room . If we have any problem at night in that house there is no one will come to service because they said the operating hours 9 am to 6pm so if anything happens after that u can't ask them to come .

There was even something that looks like a used towel in the dry kitchen. There were also overdue breads in one of the kitchen cabinets There was also no toiletries like shampoo, body wash, tooth brush provided. There is also something looks like rubbish at the bottom of the fridge... And I dunno is this standard or not. But the contact person asked us to pay RM200 as deposit before releasing check in instructions.

Mohd (8/5): Very good - Procedure for check in are very convenient and simple. at initial you need to be registered at security counter and pleased bring along together your driving license for Malaysian or Passport for Foreigners. After that you may proceed to locker room for the key. Parking lot are spacious. This condominium very closed to the Mosque known Masjid Alam Shah just 100 meter from your accomodations. you can listen Quran recite. Across the street in front of your accomodation there are 7 eleven and KK Mart. The accomodations very peaceful. All basic amminities have been provided by the host and we'll functioning. for initial you need to prepared RM 200 as a security deposit to transfer via online banking to the host. it's not mention earlier in terms and conditions, but it returnable don't worries. For Check Out procedure it's quite trivial or bit petty due to time consolidation because time for Check Out are 11 am. Besides that you have to take pictures all rooms in tidy condition same as you check in, no dirt on bedsheets and towels, picture of bedsheets for each room, picture of living room and kitchen. All this procedure you need to arrange and send host via WhatsApp during Check Out at 11 am. Your security deposit will returnable after 3.00 pm when you comply with check out terms and conditions and ground checking by the host.

Jan (1/5): Bad service. No hospitality extended - Nothing at all. I did not check in as I discovered that although I book for 4 person. Found out only 1 single bed and 1 double bed. I immediately wanted another bigger room but they just stick the no refund policy even if I made and cancel reservation in less of 2 hours and 1 hour before check in time. They came with excuse that the staff have not yet send the extra bed. But you should instead advertise this room as sleep 3 and not 4. I don't think these people should be in a hospitality trade . Only interested in making money no suggestions of alternative accommodation, just say fully booked. Cannot refund.

The remote controls were in bad condition. Please change and buy a good ones. not cheap one! 6. Tv channels are bad. and not HD for Netflix. 7. The wardrobe are like hostel wardrobe. not suitable for airbnb like this. People pay expensive but hot a house like a single man house with bad decoration and furniture. 8.
