• Sebge77 (1/5): Déception à 1500 CAD - Tout si on y était pas aller durant la saison d'été. En été, mieux vaut passer votre chemin. Pourquoi ? Simple : depuis deux ans, la Gaspésie est frappée par la sécheresse et le domaine, non raccordé au réseau, dépend uniquement d’une nappe phréatique. Détail amusant, mais cela n’apparaît nulle part dans la description de l'hôtel ! Deux semaines avant notre arrivée, le gérant nous informe que l’eau est une denrée précieuse et nous demande d’adopter une pratique de bon sens : couper l’eau pendant que nous nous savonons ou que nous nous brossons les dents. Jusque-là, pas de souci, nous adhérons ! Mais comme cela ne suffit pas, nous recevons un petit SMS pendant notre séjour pour nous demander carrément d’éviter de nous doucher, car le niveau d’eau est trop bas. Et là, nous réalisons : nous venons de dépenser 1'500 CAD pour trois nuits de "Camping de luxe"… pour qu’on nous explique que le confort promis n’existe pas, et que cela fait partie de "l’expérience". Si nous insistons pour nous laver, on nous conseille gentiment d’aller au camping voisin. Eh bien non, en fait, nous n’en avons pas envie : nous avons payé 1'500 CAD ! Et si nous protestons, on nous fait bien comprendre que le problème, c’est NOUS et le changement climatique, et pas le manque d’anticipation du gérant. Parce qu’évidemment, quand on vend du "Luxe", on n’anticipe pas. Prévoir une citerne de réserve d'eau? Trop simple et surtout trop coûteux. Limiter le nombre de clients en été pour garantir un minimum de confort aux autres ? Pourquoi faire et surtout pas rentable ? Mieux vaut louer à pleine capacité et culpabiliser ceux qui espèrent simplement pouvoir se doucher après une longue journée de randonnée sans recevoir de reproches moralisateurs. Dans notre cas, le gérant nous a proposé d’écourter notre séjour contre le remboursement de la dernière nuit, chose que nous avons accepté. Et là, nouvelle épopée : une dizaine de SMS pour récupérer ce qui nous revenait de droit.
• Hervé (5/5): - Bien équipées, les bulles sont dans un bel environnement arboré et à quelques minutes du centre-ville. Terrasse en bois très agréable. Cette expérience de camping de luxe reste toutefois mitigée, les inconvénients du camping restant présents : isolation phonique nulle et on peut s'entrainer à reconnaitre les chants des oiseaux à partir de 4h du matin... Isolation thermique nulle qui, pour le côté luxe, oblige un fonctionnement continu du module clim/chauffage lui aussi bruyant. Sans parler des restrictions d'eau, le modèle ne semble finalement pas très écologique. Bref, séjour sympathique à Percé mais fatiguant en raison de 2 nuits très courtes.
