Ariana (6/5): Walkable location and private - Location was great. Perfectly walkable to the city centre. Apartment was well equipped with a full kitchen and cooking utensils. Apartment had a strong damp smell, we had to buy a deodorizer to spray everyday to cancel it out. Shower was also mouldy. It was fairly off putting not know if it was just dirty or permanently in the grout. I would re-grout if it’s embedded. The rubbish and recycling instructions were confusing to us. We’ve never visited Florence or Italy before so weren’t sure where to dispose of everything. We figured it out but would recommend providing more information for international travellers.

Lucas (8/5): Great place, needs small improvements - Great place, great location, good apartment. Check-in was confusing. It should be simplified. The entrance of the place was pitch black in the evening, it made look creepy. For the rest is was great!
