• Simon (8/5): Cosy location and great access. Perfect for a stay in the city - Location is great for train and bus. Host was great, easy to contact and incredibly helpful with anything we needed A bit noisy from the street

• Peter (3/5): Average rooms just about right or 2 day.s. - not much right location No TV, bed extremely small and hard,windows don't work broken latches .a bit tacky all, around cluttered up with lots of tools. very ,very noisy building into the night. also only told when I was travelling there Ion the da had to show passport etc for verification!! After I paid they also added on a £50 cleaning bill!!

• Poppy (5/5): Good flat, unprofessionally run. - Cute little flat, comfy bed, great location Listing is incorrect, it isn’t a person free lockbox check in between 3-10, this needs changing on the listing. No communication before our stay, after we reached out to find out details for check in on the day we were met with blunt replies stating not to check in late (we advised a 5/6pm check in) to which we were called up to try and rush our day in London. It was far from the friendly stress free welcome you would usually expect from such a property, especially at this price! Once we arrived at the property we waited for 10 minutes for a young lad to come and let us in. He was brilliant, very friendly and polite, more than what can be said for the owner… If you’re staying for more than a night or two you’ll need to buy washing up liquid and sponges along with dish towels and some oven mitts.
• Gene (5/5): An average stay. Needs improvement - Property was tired but reasonably clean. On arrival, shower not draining properly and shower plug was dirty and full of hair, toilet seat very wobbly, one glass only on arrival and no tea towels, sponge for cleaning dishes filthy, corkscrew broken, alarm for hot water system started beeping on second to last night possibly due to old batteries

• Sara (9/5): Superb - The structure was exactly as shown in the pictures, location very easy to find and we'll taken care of. Clean and tidy, all facilities functioning and as described. Easy check in and check out, I needed to check in later than expected and I was accommodated very easily by the hosts. Highly reccomended The only thing missing was the baurdeyer mentioned in the list of facilities available, but no biggie.
• Chris (1/5): Awful - Nothing Boiler broken and no hot water of heating. I have a complaint in and am waiting for my money back
• Lauren (1/5): Bad - As booking.com is aware, I was unable to stay in the property at all. Terrible experience and unsatisfactory customer service. My request to be refunded on night one when it was discovered the property did not meet the standards described in the listing, has been completely ignored. I will be taking this matter further.
