Alina (4/5): Abandoned villa - We liked that the villa was spacious with an outdoor seating area and sun lounges. Clean bedding. This property was neither properly prepared nor maintained, and does not meet acceptable standards. From arrival, it was immediately clear that the property had not been cleaned or checked prior to our stay. There were visible spider webs throughout the house, and even the front entrance area was poorly maintained, with overgrown weeds giving the impression that no preparation had been done before guests arrived. Neglected garden and visible litter. The swimming pool — a key feature of this property — was in an unacceptable condition upon arrival and remains so. It is dirty, filled with debris such as flower petals, and appears to have no proper filtration system functioning. Despite being informed that the pool is cleaned twice weekly, its current state clearly contradicts this. A major concern is the breach of privacy. During our stay, without any prior notice or permission, two men entered the private garden area to clean the pool. This is entirely unacceptable. This unannounced entry represents a serious violation of privacy and a failure in basic guest protection. There are also serious safety concerns. A closet door in the bedroom was improperly installed and suddenly collapsed onto the floor, nearly hitting my sister. This could have resulted in serious injury and reflects extremely poor maintenance standards. Additionally, the Wi-Fi is unreliable and extremely slow, functioning only in limited areas of the house and not at all in outdoor spaces such as the terrace or near the pool. This is unacceptable, especially as one of the guests relies on internet access for work and was unable to continue working due to the poor connection. There are also functional shortcomings that make the stay uncomfortable and not suitable for the price paid. There are no mirrors in the bedrooms, and there are no electrical sockets in the bathroom, making it impractical to carry out basic daily routines such as drying or styling hair.
