Es werden diverse E-Mails, Nachrichten, Links, Videos und schließlich eine spezielle App bereitgestellt, um Zugang zum Appartement zu erhalten. Ich buche im Laufe eines Jahres zahlreiche Appartements. Andere Anbieter sind sich bewusst, dass effiziente Kommunikation ein wesentliches Qualitätskriterium darstellt.

Maria (10/5): - Everything was perfect. The apartment is beautiful, clean, and full of light, located in a great neighborhood — quiet, yet within walking distance of the main attractions. There are also many lovely places nearby to go for an aperitivo or lunch. The host was very attentive and helpful. Highly recommended!

Heidemarie (10/5): Könnte nicht besser sein. - Sehr schön, sauber, ruhig und gute Lage. Das einzige was verbessert werden könnte, ist die Kücheneinrichtung. Es fehlt eines, z.B. Wasserkocher, Weingläser, kleine Löffel.
