• Brian (9/5): Suited me fine as a solo guest looking for peace and quiet, would stay here again. - I liked the complex design with its Pueblo Blanco vibe, the amount of greenery, the washing machine in the property, the large patio area and the quiet calm atmosphere. The management company who I communicated with by WhatsApp were prompt with their replies even on "only use in emergencies" weekends. The one problem I had when the battery went dead in the electronic lock on the apartment door was quickly resolved by 'the owner' (nice youngish Spanish guy) arriving in 2 minutes. While the videos and instructions on accessing the property were useful and comprehensive I struggled with finding and then opening the key lockbox due to arriving after dark but eventually managed with the aid of the flashlight on my phone. Being older and not having perfect eyesight certainly contributed to my difficulty.

The Blue Sands Apartment is located in the village of Playa Roca, a two-minute walk from the public pool and a 15-minute walk along the promenade to Bastian Beach. The apartment is small, but has everything you need. The kitchen is fully equipped. Everything is clean and fresh. No complaints whatsoever. Some of our requests were fulfilled promptly and with the highest quality.
• Sonia Esther (6/5): - Lo más que nos ha gustado,ha sido la tranquilidad y ubicación y que tenía aire acondicionado y como no los chicos del Bar piscinas un encanto y el servicio y comida excelente. Y tanto Alba como Fátima muy atentas y amables a la hora de explicarnos como llegar Piscina lejos del apartamento,que tengas que aparcar fuera del complejo y tengas que dar varios viajes para descargar el equipaje y la compra al apartamento, ya que es un trayecto largo de donde estan los aparcamientos hasta la casa,que alquiles para 1 semana y que solo te dejen dos toallas para dos personas y no hayan dejado repuesto de sábanas. Y que Booking.com me de la opción de elegir hora de entrada y que no se pueda acceder al apartamento hasta las 16:00H y a la hora de salida tengas que salir a las 11:00 de la mañana

• Ana (9/5): Genial - El apartamento está genial para una pareja, muy bien equipado para lo pequeño que es. Me gustó el detalle de dejarnos toallas para la playa. Me hubiera gustado que hubiera habido bolsas de basura, ya que había que sacarla diariamente y no había en el apartamento. La puerta es una cristalera y tenías que estar poniendo la cortina negra todo el rato si querías intimidad, y la luz de la cocina/salón no es que alumbrara lo suficiente..

• rgimenezm (9/5): - La situación es muy buena para hacer turismo por la isla. El apartamento es muy chiquitín, la habitación grande y la cama cómoda. La cocina equipada con todo y el baño también. El sofá cama era más incómodo pero al ser para un niño estuvo bien. Te dejan toallas para la piscina y la urbanización muy tranquila y agradable. El apartamento es muy práctico para dos adultos y un niño, para tres adultos lo veo justo. La comunicación con la persona que lo gestiona de 10.
• Raquel (5/5): - La piscina, y la ubicación porque desde allí estábamos cerca de todo lo que queríamos ver. La cocina está bien equipada para lo pequeña que es. La casa no estaba limpia, el suelo estaba bastante sucio. Ni las camas , almohadas y sofás, no eran cómodas. Hemos estado 6 días y ya pesaba el no descansar bien.
• Linda (9/5): Time in the sun - Lovely apartment in great area which is about a 5-10 mins walk along main road 2 plenty shops bars+restaurants.Apartment is ground level very clean with all the basic requirements plus many extras+great shower +very spacious terrace with own sunbeds +table+chairs where we enjoyed our morning coffee+read as its a little 🌞trap. There is also great pool area few minutes away +bottom gate takes you on2 fab walkway along the front about 15mins 2 lots bars+restaurants Nothing
• Regina (10/5): Great apartment - Beautiful apartment in quiet complex. Very private with access to promenade. The apartment is small but spotless and modern. Has everything you need and is near local supermarket. Perfect for two people. It has a big private terrace that gets the sun all day. I would highly recommend. All contact with the management was friendly and highly efficient. Self check in is very convenient.

• Olivier (8/5): Brand new apartment 15-minute walk to the center of Costa Teguise - The brand new apartment and kitchenware. Access to the apartment is facilitated by a video and collection of the keys is well explained in a Whatsapp message. The owner and the agency are very responsive. A few more utensils would have been appreciated in the kitchen (e.g. bowls, pans). There is a large terrace, so two sun loungers and an umbrella would have been great!
