• Giorgia (9/5): - Tutto: posizione pulizia comodità dei letti bagni con doccia il profumo di pulito di ogni ambiente la gentilezza e la disponibilità del proprietario. Unica pecca la scala a chiocciola non adatta a persone con difficoltà che conducono alle stanze da letto e quest'ultime senza finestre e luce naturale comunque nulla di cui preoccuparsi si dorme benissimo.
• Roxanne (4/5): I would not stay here again. - Easy to find with an Uber or Taxi driver dropping us off. Clean upon arrival. Though the owner was inflexible about checking in early, they did communicate via the Booking.com messaging. They never gave me their name though - so it felt strange not knowing who I was communicating with. They did send a picture of the front door which helped finding the unit. It did sleep 1 couple and 2 adults. - No regular fridge with freezer. Only a mini/dorm style fridge -Zero amenities - no sugar, coffee, coffee maker did not work. No spices or anything to get started with in the morning. - No windows - the windows were covered with a film. There is a street light on outside of the door - bright all night. -Very loud - there are dumpsters across the street so in the morning the loud garbage trucks came to clear them each morning - There may be an elevator next door - but from the bedrooms - it sounded like Big Foot was walking around - The basement was where the bedrooms were. Zero windows and very claustrophobic. By night 2 - it started to smell downstairs - maybe from the lack of air flow. The stairs are not for the elderly or children. - 15 minute walk to the nearest Metro station. For tourists - every sight seeing spot was 30-40 minutes to talk to the Metro and then to take it to your destination.

• Elisa (10/5): Perfecto - El apartamento es tal cual aparece en la fotos. Estuvimos muy cómodos. La ubicación para lo que nosotros necesitábamos era perfecta y la persona encargada del alojamiento siempre estaba atenta. Por decir algo, habría agradecido alguna cápsula de café para la cafetera.

• Béatrice (6/5): Agréable - Appartement très fonctionnel, équipé de tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Nous aurions aimé savoir que les chambre étaient en sous bassement sans fenêtre et avec un escalier en colimaçon très peu pratique pour les personnes à mobilité réduite. Aucune lumière naturelle dans les chambres et beaucoup d humidité qui s atténuait grâce à un très bon équipement Le froid qui passait en dessous de la porte d entrée

• Delia (7/5): - La zona tranquila, buena ubicación cerca de la Calle Alcalá y de la Calle Goya y cerca del metro de la plaza Manuel Becerra. No me gustó que en ningún lado se informa de que las habitaciones están situadas en un sótano sin luz natural ni ventilación cuyo acceso para personas mayores no es fácil y, me llama la atención que ningún usuario lo haya advertido en su comentario.
• KAMILA (10/5): - We recently stayed in a lovely apartment in Madrid for a week, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that cleanliness was a top priority; the space was spotless and well-maintained. The modern style of the rooms made for a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing environment, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. One of the highlights was its convenient location. Although close to metro and bus stops, we preferred to walk, as it allowed us to soak in the vibrant atmosphere of the city. Being so close to various attractions and a multitude of restaurants made dining out easy and enjoyable. Madrid itself is a beautiful city filled with charm and energy. This apartment was the ideal base for our adventures, allowing us to experience everything the city has to offer. Overall, this stay exceeded our expectations, and I would definitely return!
• Barrera Urgilés (10/5): Cómodo y céntrico - La ubicación estaba genial, conectada a muchas líneas de transporte. No hay ventanas en el piso de abajo
• Irene (10/5): Cómoda y tranquila - Era acogedor pero a la vez espacioso, las habitaciones preciosas y las camas super cómodas. A 4 minutos andando del Movistar Arena (lo cual lo hace ideal para conciertos) y cerca de muchos lugares turísticos de Madrid, además la cocina está muy bien equipada y todo muy nuevo, sin lugar a duda si vuelvo a Madrid será aqui!!!! El anfitrión super atento, nos facilitó todo lo que necesitamos y la entrada fue fácil y rápida , no podemos estar más contentas😄👌

• Deseda (9/5): Centric, comfortable and clean! ❤️🙏 - Very well equipped and clean. Great bathrooms! The beds and pillows are so comfortable!!!!! Very good value. The stairs to the rooms were uncomfortable, so be aware in case you are travelling with people with limited mobility. However, it is not a dealbreaker.
• Joana (10/5): Safe, comfortable , accessible - we liked the location , it was close to a Metro station and a love place for a walk ( a bit of a long walk around retiro area - but we wanted to walk so that was perfect ) Perhaps the fact that the front door leads right into the street , so there wasn’t an outside area to chill , but that was okay . We wouldn’t not stay again just because of that .
• Philippe (8/5): Overall, good apartment and very well equipped - Great location Spacious apartment Very well equipped Clean and tidy The 2 bedrooms and bathroom are in the basement. There is therefore no window and no natural light. It did not impact me as i was outside the apartment on business meetings nearly all the time, but it could be annoying for people who stay during the day.
