Guests are obliged by Italian law to follow the rules regarding rubbish collection and recycling. The schedule is different for each city, and guests can find written instructions on the property.
Guests are obliged by Italian law to provide identification and pay the city tax before check-in. ALTIDO will not provide access if the online check-in form is not completed or the city tax is not paid.
The condominium (central) heating will work on a schedule, as imposed by Italian law, and heating cannot be adjusted. The schedule will operate as follows: 6 AM to 9 AM, 12 PM to 2 PM, and 8 PM to 11 PM.
The highest temperature allowed by Italian law for the residential sector is 19 degrees Celsius for all thermostats, both central and autonomous heating.
Please do not use more than one appliance at once. Otherwise, you may experience power outages. If this happens, guests will need to reset the fuse box. Please do not use more than one appliance at once.
Please note that if the type of check-in of the property you have booked is "Greeter", there will be extra Late Check-in Fees (note that late check-in has surcharges, payable via card/payment link before your arrival:) for check-in after 7 pm.

- Deborah (9/5): Superb - Excellent facility, clear instructions, helpful staff, keys easily accessible and overall an ejoyable time. No dimming curtains, definitely see through. Street lights might interfere with sleep.

Ok location From the check in time , when we checked the water in the shower, power of the water wasn’t good, from that moment until check out date , that problem wasn’t solved, even last night water cut. They said everyday that maintenance team will come and fix it , but nobody showed up. They don’t care about there guests who choose their accommodation. Communication with them was hard, only by email, no what’s up and nothing. We stayed there 3 nights, with no water , not clean apartment. Becouse of they don’t care there guests, I Don’t recommend to book this apartment.
- Jacek (9/5): Superb - The apartment is big and well-equipped. It is a high and bright apartment where you can feel the space. It has a well-equipped bathroom, efficient air conditioning, and EFFICIENT CENTRAL HEATING. Very fast WiFi !!! 600Mbit sending and receiving:) Lots of TV channels. Efficient oven and electric kitchen. Lots of pots and pans. Comfortable bed in the bedroom (what can not be said about the folding bed in the guest room). Very good and quick contact with the staff. A large refrigerator. Lots of wardrobes in the bedroom (unfortunately, not a single one in the guest room, and there is nowhere to hang your jacket when you enter the apartment). Very quiet neighborhood. Basically, you do not see foreigners. It seems very safe even at night. Close distance to the metro station "Porta Romana" and the M3 yellow line connecting directly to the Central Station (alternative direct connection by tram #9). Nearby 2 supermarkets (PAM and smaller Unes). Lots of local restaurants nearby as well as chain stores (such as McDonalds and Spontini). You'll get to the Duomo with tram 24 and the stop is on the street next door (Metro M3 will also take you there). Similarly, you'll get to Navigli by tram 9. Downstairs a nice local cafe El Barettin managed by an Italian marriage. We recommend the apartment with a clear conscience. NOTE The following comments are only guidelines for hosts. They do not diminish the overall rating of the apartment. There is NO space in the kitchen to prepare a meal. There is no countertop. There is a countertop/mobile board that can be placed over the sink or stove, but then you take those items out of use. There is no dish dryer. With a family of 3, there is nowhere to dry dishes after eating. Lack of toaster, and a coat rack Toilet paper ran out during the 4-day stay. Request the hosts to store a larger supply in the bathroom. There are no paper kitchen towels in the equipment. At least tea or coffee was missing as a welcome. As if anyone arrived late in the evening frozen, they would have a surprise. A welcome bottle of water would also have been welcome. There is little flexibility in the check-in and check-out process. As we were at the apartment 40 minutes earlier and asked if we could come in, I got the impression that the refusal sent was "ready-template" (that they needed time to prepare the apartment) and no one checked if the apartment was ready. The agreement that is signed (even before arrival) includes, among other things, responsibility for lost items. However, the agreement does not specify how much of what is in the apartment. I don't know - how would it look to enforce such an agreement after the end of the stay? There is a lack of instructions for the apartment heating controller. This is required, as at night the temperature drops to 2 degrees Celsius outside. The apartment is windy. There are leaky windows and front doors. Especially through the door, cold air from outside comes in (especially when the fan in the hood is turned on). The wooden ceiling makes it very audible to the neighbors upstairs. ONLY FIRST opening the door via the internet can be inconvenient for people who do not have a smartphone or internet access (they are from outside the union, do not have a sim card, or there is an internet problem).
