- Mia Rose (4/5): - The service was very poor. Had to ask 3 days on a row for someone to clean our room. We waited over 2 hours to get in to eat dinner and the resort was not nearly at capacity. The shower and toilet area in our room smelled like mold and no ventilation in the toilet area. The island and beach were pretty but overall the resort needs major improvement. Sophia at our breakfast was always friendly and helpful, as well as Thereshana who was the hostess at partition, she was extremely helpful and friendly

- Kenneth (4/5): - When we first arrived they asked if I wanted an upgrade which I agreed too, when I saw the room compared to the amount of money spent did not jive. Way way over priced. So we ended up back in the original room which was actually nicer than the upgrade. Few things I want to point out. If you want something don’t expect to get it, I asked for scissors second day there to be brought to room they never showed by the time my butler got back to me I didn’t need it anymore so front desk and room service don’t help at all, the coffee bar in the room was never refilled, I finally called because we had no more coffee, cups, or sugar in the room. After about 3 hours mini bar finally showed and only refilled coffee pods, we never got cups sugar or creamer so the pods were useless. The daily turnovers all they did was make the bed. They left all the dirty cups in the room didn’t vacuum or clean anything. To the point there were bugs in the room. Which again by the time Maintence showed up I already cleaned them. We paid extra for the preferred side of the resort becaue there aren’t alot of guests we don’t get bracelets so anyone at that resort can go to the preferred side and get better alochol choices and food and supposed to be better service but I didn’t see that. So I paid for an over priced room to get better service which I could of got basic room same service. Brought issues to manager attention at check out and based on response they did not care one bit. Go again? NO!!

- Nicole (6/5): - Secrets Baby Beach is beautiful, with stunning pools, gorgeous sunsets, and convenient beach access. The beach is public but calm and roped off, and attendants provide chairs, towels, and drinks. Although the resort is 20–30 minutes from the high-rise area, it wasn’t an issue for us—we found reasonable taxis and only went into town twice. We paid for a Preferred room with a full ocean view but got only a partial view, and the balcony “jacuzzi” fit one person. The room had no bathtub and no drawers, making storage for a nine-day stay inconvenient. Service was inconsistent. Our butler was largely inattentive, didn’t acknowledge our anniversary or birthday, and only occasionally helped with meals or schedules. Check-in was smooth, but Preferred Club perks felt unnecessary. Food was hit-or-miss. Breakfast was decent, Oceana underwhelming, South American restaurant flavorful but painfully slow, Japanese average, and Italian excellent. Drinks were weak and inconsistent, poolside bars often unattended, and pool activities poorly managed. Entertainment and nightlife were excellent—interactive shows, line dances, karaoke, and great music made evenings lively. Overall, Secrets Baby Beach has beautiful scenery, fun entertainment, and a relaxing beach vibe. But for luxury service, consistent food and drinks, attentive butler service, and true ocean views, it falls short. Final Verdict: Do not pay extra for the Preferred Club. It is not worth the money—skip it entirely.

The beach is public so it’s very very crowded. The rooms are gorgeous. We got a swim out. It was good, but not great. My last thoughts, was that there’s an oil refinery right next to the property. Bit of an eye sore.

- Saul (10/5): - I had my concerns prior to booking this property due to it being further away from most activities. However, after spending a week there I will say my wife and I had an AMAZING time. The property itself is impeccable, the staff are very friendly and will greet you anytime they walk by, the drinks are excellent and they do have top shelf I did see items like grey goose, Titos and hennessy to name a few. The food was fantastic, breakfast and lunch are buffet style and then for dinner you choose one of their restaurants, Tierra has amazing steaks but the others were good. As someone who has traveled to about 20 all inclusive, the food here was def top 3 in my books. The beach is pristine and only a 90 second walk, there is a trolley available for those not capable of walking that distance. They have two main pools, a quiet pool overlooking the beach and the other pool being a little more lively with a DJ playing music from the bar. The only downside, and it may not be a downside for everyone, was that the entertainment is limited. They do have pool side activities in the day time but night time activities are limited to a diff live band every night between 8-10 pm followed by Karaoke between 10-11 at their sportsbar/night club. After karaoke the DJ will play music until 1 am or so. I did rent a car at the airport so I did travel around the island and was amazed to see how many people were downtown. My wife and I were happy we chose this location as it was less crowded.

- Jacqueline (8/5): - We recently enjoyed a 7-night stay at this resort. It was our second Secrets property and our 12th all-inclusive vacation, and a few things really stood out in the best way: the wonderful staff (always friendly and accommodating), the easy access to stunning Baby Beach (absolutely amazing), and the delicious breakfast and lunch buffets with plenty of variety. The baked goods were also a real treat! On the flip side, we weren’t as impressed with the dinner menus. The options felt a bit limited, and we really wished there had been a buffet at dinner—especially since breakfast and lunch were so good. We also tried the Preferred Club upgrade but didn’t find it worth the extra cost. While it did offer an à la carte menu for breakfast and lunch, most of those dishes were available at the buffet anyway, and service was quite slow. Our room had an ocean-view balcony with a tub, but there was no privacy to comfortably use it. The Preferred Club lounge did have premium spirits, and snacks/treats. The preferred club also offered a smaller infinity pool separate but next to the main infinity pool, but using the pool bar meant either waiting for occasional service or getting out of the water to order. Overall, the staff, beach access, and daytime dining made the trip memorable, but dinner options and the Preferred Club didn’t quite live up to expectations.
- Alexander Francini (2/5): - My wife and I stayed for 3 nights to celebrate her birthday and it was a horrible experience! They were under staff which made everything be delay. Our check in took over an hour due to the fact that they gave us the wrong room (we wanted the room with the swim out pool and jacuzzi). No accommodation was made and I had to pay $1000 for the upgrade! I got us the “ Preferred club” which to be honest it was worst due to the fact that the “preferred club” area the jacuzzi was never warm or the jets weren’t on most of the time. The waiters were never attentive to us and most of the time we had to go to the bar to get our own drinks or go to the regular area to get assistance! We got a Butler with our room which was great but was always busy due to being under staff. Our room always got cleaned late even after asking our butler and front desk. The food always took forever to get to us in each restaurant and the food could have been better. I overly payed to make our experience phenomenal and it was a fail with this resort! We was never accommodate and it was very disappointing. Also to top it all off the taxi that I booked with them to take us to the airport was extremely rude! He made us get out of the taxi due to me asking him how much was the price and stating that I paid less for the private taxi that brought us from the airport to the hotel. We had to walk back to the hotel with our bags!

For a handicapped person you have to walk down a steep hill to get to the beach.Golf cart pick up is hit or miss. Beverages at the beach ie water or beer is hit or miss. Had no butler for three days. No one came to pick up our luggage at the end of our stay. Was a little disappointed with the Secrets experience. I expected everything to be seamless.

- Keith (8/5): - Our Stay at Secrets Baby Beach Aruba was overall a good relaxing experience. Although the resort has a few things they need to work out. The resort is newly opened so I was very understanding about that. However they need more entertainment and events for the guest. Also I was unaware that the Casino was closed and still under construction as I was looking forward to checking it out. The staff were great, very friendly, very accommodating and overall just good people. There was a woman named Tai she was awesome. She helped us make bracelets and her Energy was great. She also assisted with some of the entertainment. The establishment was beautiful. The food was really good. Resort food could be a hit or miss. But I enjoyed it. Rooms were attended to twice a day. The other downfall to my stay was the WiFi service. It wasn’t working on the last two days of my stay. Overall I would rate this Resort a 4 out of 5. And hope they fix some of the kinks they do have. I enjoyed my stay and felt relaxed.

We asked questions online and were just given an auto response to try to upsell us on our room. - seemed they were understaffed in some of the restaurants. Service was painfully slow on one particular evening. - we added an excursion through the Secrets site but due to the resort’s more remote location, we found out the excursion wasn’t available for the date/time we booked it for. Still trying to get a refund from the 3rd party vendor. Also be aware there is an extra transport fee b/c the resort is away from everything. - the casino wasn’t open but was never communicated to us upfront. Otherwise, the place is beautiful and when they work out the kinks and improve the communication it will be terrific. Food was excellent and the staff was terrific.

Room phone never worked. It was a challenge to reach the room service or operator. Room service late most of the time. Concierge employees most of the not showing customer service skills. .
- Norma (8/5): - The property was very nice, and clean. The location was very isolating which was good but to get to the other side it was very inconvenient and expensive. A shuttle would have been a nice option. As for the beach, I was very disappointed, although they provided chairs there was no option for an umbrella (because of wind) but they should provide a cabana since I had to pay to rent one from a local vendor. The beach is not on location just a short walk. So no bar service on the beach just water, beer and towels.

The breakfast/lunch buffet was great and so was the service there. However, the menu items offered in the specialty restaurants were limited. Rooms are clean and spacious. Not much going on as far as entertainment but we did enjoy our stay regardless.
- Eduardo (4/5): - Extremely Disappointing – Not Worth the Hype or Price We were genuinely excited to try out this new hotel after seeing all the advertising, but unfortunately, our experience was incredibly underwhelming—and definitely not worth the nearly $1300 per night we paid. First off, the name “Secrets Baby Beach” is misleading. There is no private beach area for guests, and no food or alcoholic beverage service on the beach—only soft drinks. For a luxury resort at this price point, that’s extremely disappointing. One of the main reasons we chose this property was its supposed exclusive connection to Baby Beach, but there’s nothing special provided for hotel guests. Honestly, you’re better off staying downtown and visiting Baby Beach for the day. The service overall was subpar. We travel every two months and usually find that hotel staff are flexible and helpful with early check-in or special requests. We arrived at 1:30 p.m. and kindly asked if there was any chance of getting a room before the standard 4 p.m. check-in, especially since the hotel was clearly under 50% capacity. Not only were we denied, but the staff didn’t even pretend to check or accommodate the request. There was a general sense of indifference from the staff throughout our stay. To be fair, the food was good, and drinks at the pool bar were solid—but that’s about the only positive thing we can say. All in all, this hotel was a major letdown. It’s not what it promises in its marketing, the service does not meet

No Casino as advertised ,horrible sports bar very little entertainment at night time. SO FAR AWAY from everything you would think the Hotel would offer a shelter in to town but no, just be prepared to pay out about 140.00 ever time you go into town. As previous Hotel employee far 30 years and a World Travel this was far my worst experience. I WAS SO EMBARRASSED TO HAVE WORK FAR HYATT HOTEL..I wii definitely not return to this property.
- Richard (8/5): - Overall we had a positive experience, the hotel, pools, and location are fantastic. The staff was very friendly and seemed to be very happy with their new jobs. This location has only been opened for about 3 weeks so everyone in my opinion is still learning how to do their jobs to perfection and and it shows. There were several issues with the room and with housekeeping that we brought to their attention in a constructive way. Mostly small things that were fixed almost immediately like new batteries in the safe, repair the curtain rod, sweep the floor that had crumbs all over. A major failure was the toilet was disgusting which I have no idea how the mess all over the toilet was overlooked but it was quickly cleaned. Also they somehow skipped our room one day completely and I had to call to have housekeeping come that evening to make up the room. None of these issues were going to ruin our trip and I am positive they will get better after they have been opened a little longer. Baby beach was fantastic by the way. Also I was a bit disappointed that the casino is not opened and probably won’t open until September. I wish I knew that, I still would have gone but if I knew in advance I wouldn’t have been disappointed.
