• Zijun (1/5): - FIND ANOTHER PLACE What a surprise to see an elevator in the living room. This is NEVER mentioned in the description! The lock of the door to balcony is not in working order. This raises a safety concern! The phones of the owners never got answered.

• Leigha (1/5): - Our stay was extremely disappointing and far below the standard advertised. The smell in the hallway and around the lift on the way to the room was unbearable, genuinely the worst thing I have ever smelt. It was so bad that we gagged every time we walked through it and had to hold our noses. The room itself was also unacceptably unclean. There were visible coffee/tea stains on the surfaces, the chairs were filthy, and the room did not appear to have been properly hoovered. It felt dirty and poorly prepared for guests. There were also maintenance issues, including a plug socket by the bed that did not work and a visible hole in the bathroom ceiling. On top of this, there was ongoing building work which meant the balcony could not be used at all. This was not disclosed prior to booking, despite the balcony being a key feature of the listing. Overall, this stay was unacceptable and misleading. I would strongly advise others to avoid booking this property.

• Thomas (1/5): Very disappointing stat and poor accommodation! - Nothing The property was dirty, didn’t have enough towels, the communal space had an awful smell, carpets in them apartment poor and ripping away, no pillow cases for the day bed and other all not what we expected for our friends birthday weekend. The quality and price did not align. Very poor experience overall.
• Gabriel (6/5): Location is great, bed is not - The location was great! I had a conference at the Star Casino, and it was less than a 10-minute walk. The smell as you enter the building (not in the apartment). The bed and mattress were horrible. The bed was too short and the mattress was hard as a rock. It's a double bed - a queen bed would be so much better for the length (I'm only 1.68cm). Luckily they had another single bed, so I ended up sleeping on it. Let's say it's not for someone precious. The rest didn't bother me, but others may need to know. - This building is designed so the lift takes you straight to your living room. - Most of the double electricity outlets - only one worked. - There's no lounge, there is a single bed instead. - The lounge room has a sheer curtain, so not so good if you like to have dark and sleep in. - There were trades of mice dropping and cockroaches. I was there only for the bed as I was out from 8 am - 10 pm - and I'm not fussy, but since the bed was also bad, it affected my whole stay.

• Baird (5/5): - Location amazing Not enough towels for 3 adults as booked said would deliver more towels never heard from them. Door to stairs didn't lock. Dirty shower bathroom tap didn't work.
• Riley (4/5): Disappointing - Location and accessibility of the property were great and exactly what we needed for our trip No lighting in the bathroom, some minor issues with doors and cabinets
• Abigail (1/5): Awful - The location Do not stay here, not only did the entire building and apartment smell but the property was in an awful state when we arrived. There was blood on the curtain, the taps came completely off their fittings when turned on and where there should have been lights in the ceiling of the bathroom were just holes and so we had to shower in the dark. The kitchen surfaces were also dirty when we arrived, so the owner had clearly not cleaned after the last tenants. There is also an elevator door in the sitting room which is not pictured and shocked us when we first walked in. When we raised these problems to the owner we were offered a late checkout and for someone to come fit lights which we found highly inappropriate to hand over our keys to a stranger with all our belongings which would only further disrupt our stay. There was no offer to come clean the apartment however.
• Simon (3/5): Too small and not value for money - The apartment is in a great location and the staff are very friendly. The unit was extremely small. It advertises a sofa bed, but this is very small and not suitable for anyone with long legs. Many of the appliances didn't work, including the lights in the bathroom, leaving it completely dark. While in a great location, this was definitely not value for money and I wouldn't go back.
• Lenkunyar (2/5): would never stay there again.... not a nice environment. - Garbage smell throughout the entire building was not good, had to make contact with owner and complain about the smell. Had to sleep with slide doors open to take smell away... Was asked to clean property before we left and take our own rubbish out.

• Sue (8/5): Very good - Good value for money, hosts were very approachable and accommodating. Apartment was comfortable and clean.
• Swann (3/5): Poor - The appartement was durty. We found Q-Tips under the bed, chewing gum on the curtains, blood on the duvet.. Fournitures in the bathrow was broken and under the microwave to. We said that to the owner but no answer and no commercial gesture.
