• Frank (4/5): - Die Wohnung hat einen Parkplatz und ist schön gelegen. Dreckige Töpfe und Fenster, der E-Herd und das Backblech echt übel. Die Wohnung wurde nur sehr oberflächlich sauber gemacht. Keine normale Kaffeemaschine, kein Brot-und Schälmesser.
• Yaqoobzai (10/5): - Ein sehr sauberes und gepflegtes Apartment. Wir hatten eine wirklich schöne Zeit. Vielen Dank an die Gastgeber für die gute Zusammenarbeit und Freundlichkeit. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen – wir kommen gerne wieder!
• Hans (8/5): Sehr zu empfehlen. - Gut und modern ausgestattete, großzügige Ferienwohnung mit Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine und Backofen. Nah zum Zentrum mit den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Schlüsselübergabe hat problemlos geklappt.

• David (7/5): - Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Man absolut keinen Kontakt zum Besitzer ? Ich musste meinen Aufenthalt verkürzen und habe keine Antwort erhalten. Selbst Booking hat keine Antwort erhalten. Rechnung kam bis heute noch nicht an.

• Peter (8/5): In jedem Fall eine sehr gute Alternative zu den Hotels. - In der Küche steht eine Kapselkaffeemaschine und es sind auch genügend Kapseln vorhanden für den Anfang. Es gibt drei Räume und die Küche, in der sogar eine Waschmaschine steht. Es war warm und sehr sauber. Na ja, ich hätte gerne eine ganz normale Kaffeemaschine gehabt - ich mag nämlich lieber Filterkaffee am Morgen. Ob die Zimmer ruhig sind, wenn draußen Verkehr ist oder die Eisenbahn fährt, wissen wir leider nicht - es war Feiertag.

• Jörg (10/5): - Sehr gute Lage, man erreicht in wenigen Gehminuten die Supermärkte Aldi, Lidl, dm und anderen Märkte. Auch die Innenstadt ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen.

• Alexander (8/5): Super Preis/Leistung - Gute gehobene Ausstattung. Betten sind komfortabel, das Schlafsofa leider nicht. Badezimmer und Toilette neben der Küche. Keine separate Toilette, was bei 6 Erwachsener sehr praktisch wäre
• claudia (9/5): Ruhige Unterkunft auch für längeren Aufenthalt - Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und ist gut ausgestattet. Fußläufig sind verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden, zur Altstadt und Weser ist es auch nicht weit. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Nicht gefallen ist etwas hoch gegriffen: Das Mülleimermanagement ist ungewöhnlich. Es gab keinen Korkenzieher.

• Dr (10/5): Fantastic flat, excellent level of comfort. - This was by far the best place we stayed in during this trip to Germany. Hosts were reliable in communicating the contact details and how to get in. The place was clean and well laid out. Nice and quiet (despite being near the railway tracks). The extra bonus is the level of detail and care - nice set of plates and cutlery, really nice selection of teas and Nespresso coffee available, soap for the shower, and other such little comforts that you don't always get in an accommodation of this type. The kitchen can be used for full cooking (which we didn't need). It really felt like a place you could stay in comfortably for long periods of time. Nothing really. Only suggestion for improvement is to provide access details earlier than around midday on day of arrival, but I can understand why this is done.

• Jan (10/5): Exceptional - We liked the apartment a lot. It was well equipped and of a good size. A short walk to shops and a train station. Parking was a little restricted but it seemed that additional parking spaces have been built during our stay. One could hear the neighbour walking upstairs but it was not too disruptive.

• Aideen (10/5): Great place for us - Loved the little amenities, like coffee capsules. Loves the smart tellies great for littles ones. Black out curtains are really helpful. The shower is really sensitive, and it gets hot very quickly. Can't leave children in there alone.

• Izabela (10/5): Perfectly equipped and welcoming apartment. - The apartment had everything we needed. And I say this as a travelling family (two babies and an older family member) so everything we needed was there. The kitchen was perfectly equipped with items we needed. Beds very comfy. Enough space for all. Shower and bathroom in general - all as it should be. Beautiful hand soap and shower gel, things like that I always notice. Fresh towels and bed linen. My review is very honest as I do own an apartment like this that I rent out so I assessed everything from my own perspective not only as a customer/guest.

• Szymon (10/5): Exceptional - clean and spacious - variety of small welcome gifts (chocolates, orange juice, coffee capsules, tea selection...) - equipment (up to dishwasher and washing machine) - Netflix very difficult to open the door to the apartment (turning the key in the lock required many attempts and a lot of strength) - heating system is loud (constant knocking sound from the radiator) and not very efficient
