Hotel is a little on the pricy side but you get what you pay for Minor feedback, I was told I would be able to check in at 11:30 but I had to wait until 13:30. They let me use the pool for an hour while I waited though which was great

• leah (8/5): Recent;y stayed for 4 nights . The location was central , all the tourist sites were either an easy walk or quick light - The central location and the friendly helpful staff .

• Fem7 (7/5): Just OK - Location close to Petaling street. The outside and lobby of the hotel look nice. Staff seemed friendly. Check-in was strange. There was a long line, and they let the local tourists go ahead of me in line. The person at reception also had to keep going back between a check-in machine in the lobby and the check-in reception to check me in, which didn't help the line. This hotel does not seem designed with western tourists in mind. There was almost no western breakfast, no eggs etc, and my friend and I were the only two westerners at breakfast. I was pushed and shoved at the buffet, and came back from the buffet line to find people sitting at the table where we had put our things down 2 minutes before. Rooms are hit or miss, I've stayed here twice, and the first time the room smelled and was super small, but the second time, I received a clean and spacious room.

• Shaun (10/5): - The location is great, next to Chinatown with plenty choices for shopping, eating and drinking. Lively but much quieter walking the streets than Bukit Bintang (the centre). The hotel was very clean and provided water, tea and coffee when the rooms were cleaned daily. The bathroom and shower were very good with toiletries provided.

• Marliana Wati (8/5): - I really appreciate the service from the female receptionist at the registration counter. She was very warm, friendly, and welcoming. It made the check-in process very pleasant. However, during Ramadan the sahur menu was not very worth it as the food choices were quite limited. Even omelet was not available. On the other hand, the iftar menu was excellent with a good variety of food. I hope the hotel can improve the sahur menu in the future.

• M (7/5): Central location and comfortable stay. - Great location 2 mins walk from Chinatown, 15 mins walk to Burkit Bintag and mosque. Lovely view of the skyscrapers and even the petronas towers and KL tower from our room. During our time, the Ramadan buffet was tasty and nice to try local cuisine. Bathroom outdated but fit for purpose. Very picky but lights switches too far away from bed!

• Mei Chuen (9/5): Comfortable Downtown Stay - 1.Smooth check-in process, friendly staff - Ms Rosie - who explained parking charges = rm10/stay; charged on first exit. 2.Room was acceptable clean in general. = dustbin had liners =comfortable bed = cold a/c = fridge well cleaned this time = hand soap/shower gel/shampoo+conditioner provided = blackout curtains worked very well! 3.Decent selection of bfast = local/western/vegetarian 4.Poolside bfast menu selection is limited; dining under umbrella by poolside table setting. 5.Convenience store corner in Lobby was a nice touch. 6.Lobby, when not at peak check-in/out is very relaxing = ample space to relax/chill. 7.Good location = Petaling St/Central Market/Mydin/Puduraya. 8.Very good hot shower. 1.Bathroom door had loud squeaking noise. Don't know if previous guest complained. Fixed it myself with baby oil on the hydraulic door hinge. 2.NO TV RECEPTION!!! ERROR MSG = AERIAL CABLE: NO SIGNAL Maintenance technician never showed up. Did not matter, as TV channels limited to local stations - NO cable TV channels at all... PLS BRING ALONG YOUR OWN MOVIE ENTERTAINMENT DEVICES WHEN YOU STAY HERE. 3.Still using water bottles. 4.Not sufficient HANGERS - Only 4 provided. BRING YOUR OWN HANGERS! 5.Drawers in study table dusty and had debris. 6.Not all dishes at bfast buffet are labelled, esp cakes and pastries - don't know what you're eating. 7.A lot of tables are Reserved for other hotel guests from bulk/corp bookings. 8.Staff in the restaurant are LOUD! 9.There's no sanitiser in the gym, no cloth provided to wipe down equipment. 10.Parking area needs more lights. Looks dingy, feels unsafe.

• Uwe Karsten Wilhelm (8/5): Es war mal gut und wird's nie mehr zu - Die nähe zu Chinatown,die Aussicht wenn man das richtige Zimmer bekommt Es gibt keine Bar mehr,meine Frau hatte nach dem Pool besuch grüne Haare,und das zu Silvester, Manager wollte als kleine Entschädigung Flasche Champagner aufs Zimmer schicken, leider nie angekommen, einfach eine rücksichtslose verlogene Bande,ohne jegliches Verantwortungs Gefühl,zu Sylvester hätte man die Restaurant Terrasse oder den Pool außen Bereich öffnen können das die Leute besser das Feuerwerk schauen können und vielleicht durch Getränke verkauf ein bisschen Geld verdient und seine Gäste glücklich gemacht,aber da besteht 0 Interesse vielleicht auch weil die meisten Gäste Muslime waren, rücksichtslos und unfreundlich, Fahrstuhl gab's auch offt Probleme bis zu 15 Minuten warten, Dusche auch schwer regulierbar und lebensgefährlich durch verbrühungen
