- wei (1/5): - 本次入住是一次非常糟糕、令人失望的住宿经历，全程服务混乱、推诿责任，毫无服务意识。 我当天生病发烧，提前与酒店确认上午 11 点进行客房打扫，下午 4 点返回房间时，完全未做任何清理。联系前台后，对方不解决问题，反而全程推卸责任，称是与保洁阿姨沟通有误、旺季繁忙等理由搪塞。 我提出合理诉求：升级房型或适当补偿，均被直接拒绝。工作人员多次强调 “我们是央企，不能赔偿”，态度强硬且敷衍，最后强行塞给我不想要的早餐券了事。 作为生病需要休息的客人，不仅没有得到基本服务与关怀，反而被推诿、冷处理，投诉无门，体验感极差。 卫生服务不达标、管理混乱、态度恶劣，同等价位有太多更好选择，绝不会再入住，也不推荐任何人入住。

The apartments are super spacious and clean with amazing views from the balcony. Fantastic facilities with everything you need for a super comfortable stay. Staff is very helpful as well and went out of their way to help with our requests. We will definitely be back. I didn’t find a phone in the apartment to call reception - that would’ve been useful.
- Lisha (9/5): Superb - i used to stay in the same apartment before it was renovated so it was a pleasant surprise to see how the look of the rooms have been 'updated and upgraded'. the stay was super comfy, apartment was clean, housekeeping service was perfect. definitely will book again. the location is abit of a walking distance from Sea World so not so ideal if it is pouring. suggest to provide more information on the drop off location of the apartment since the banner to direct traffic to the drop off area is not very prominent.

We are grateful to them for organizing the Christmas party and preparing the Christmas gifts for the guests.
