• Druggan (5/5): Highlight key box is outside on the wall. - The apartment itself was a great size, beds were super comfy and lots of storage and space. Open plan living areas separate from room and bathroom which was prefect for privacy. Bright, light living area and facilities for self catering. The entrance was horrendous. Loose slabs which both myself and my daughter tripped over twice. The key safe on the wall was difficult to find despite the instructions and the ground had wet leaves in a puddle and smelled of urine which was the only way to get to the key safe. Limited contact meant waiting over an hour trying to find the correct apartment and key safe as I thought it was inside the building. The interior walls could do with freshening up, broken blinds however overall it was modern and comfortable. Outside entrance needs made safe.

• Reza (9/5): Next time we are in London we certainly try to stay here again. - Every where was throughly nice and clean , beds were comfortable The flat was equipped with everything we needed just like own home. The best thing about this property is the car park. Nothing to dislike really

• David (8/5): Clearly a property being run by a company, not a caring and dedicated host. - We had an issue on our arrival and the flat was not clean whatsoever, but the hosts quickly resolved it, offering a few alternative solutions for our first night. The hosts should be more careful and pay more attention to the property. Checking whether the apartment was cleaned after the guests before us left, and caring more for the general state and cleanliness of the property would prevent issues. The place also needs a hard clean, and it should happen frequently. Cleaning the floor between guests and changing towels and bedsheets is not enough. There are cobwebs on the window, dirt behind the sofa and a a few appliances on the living room are broken.

• Michele (6/5): Good place but it needs maintenance and a lot of touch up - Location is good The carpet outside the flat was stinky and the smell entered the rooms. The mattress is not comfortable and the sofa cannot be used as a bed

• Joanne (6/5): Modern flat has two beds. Review on upgraded flat with 3 beds - Modern Flat did not have 3 beds as stated but Hosts kindly sorted another flat in same block. Good size. Area was quiet. Had all facilities required for a comfortable stay. Good communication from hosts with clear instructions for arrival The area is a little far out to travel from main areas of interest in London. But this may have seemed longer because of underground train station closures. There are a few things that need updating within the flat ( which hosts are aware) and cleanliness could be improved

• Mariusz (10/5): Highly recommended ! - Comfort, modern, clean, quiet flat, full equipped kitchen and bathroom with all necesities and some extras like tea, coffee, sugar, even set of spices and toiletries, comfy beds, very good comunnication with the owner, very good location, bus to central London at the corner, coaches to the airports nearby - everything close and easy accessible. Nice lighting and heating, perfect place to relax ! No opportunity left to disslike :) Our fourth stay in London - pity to find this place so late :)
• Katrin (8/5): Very good - The host tried to help us whenever we needed it; we liked it very much to stay in this nice surroundings of Golders Green; it’s easy to take the tube to London; but it’s a nice and calm area;

Communication with the host was also fab The flat requires quite a number of updates (as it’s newly refurbished) and a deep clean but the host is addressing this before the next guest.
