• Alfa (5/5): Wish I never stayed in that place. - Bedsheets and towels were stained. SUPER NOISY PEOPLE KEPT ME UP AT NIGHT. They played music next room and kept going in and out of the room. I’ve seen similar reviews about the loud people. I’d take this highly into consideration especially if you’re a light sleeper. Overall, I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

This time very noisy down stairs room Black boys night and day same.alsi upstairs dining place was not clean and last day busy that place .shared washroom 1 family earlier morning start noisy and they're sitting inside washroom.i wait until 6 am to 9 am.after I go to tell I need washroom place then there's moved.itz not good for .other roommates. I go to deferent places there are more security and conditions. For night time noisy .

• Shakia (1/5): Wouldn’t recommend - The over head light was bright The room was very cold, so reached out to the manger and they didn’t respond back to me also the outlet wasn’t working at all. Really didn’t feel like at home it was a very bad experience.

• Dionne (1/5): It was very scary, and traumatizing👎🏽 - Liked that it was immediately available. Didn’t like that there was absolutely no tvs . I wouldn’t have killed them to provide a tv for the residents. I had to call the police because another resident in the facility got very violent towards his gf and then myself for intervening. I requested a refund out of my 377.27 and was only offered a lousy 37.00 I find that very insulting, considering the place became a whole SIU investigation scene. They only provided a roll of toilet paper a day for all to share. I actually ran out at some point. The cleaning staff is a nice old couple, however it was my first booking. Com and my very last to say the least. Avoid shared accommodations people, you never know who you’ll be sharing the facilities with.

• Moema (1/5): In any aspect evaluated, it is not worth the amount charged. - Tidy Private Rooms is like an hostel, with the rooms sharing the kitchen. And the all accommodation is in the basement. And the ceiling is very, very low: a tall person must take care of own head! The worst problem was the ceiling height.

Recommended if you need a place for a short stay and you have a car to go around - The owner accepted that we checked in one hour before the normal time, what allowed us to be ready for an event in the evening, Access to the place was easy , as we were told my message. The room , with washroom inside, was very clean and neat. It was good to be able to use the kitchen , nice and clean, with all the utensils we needed. Another guest decided to park in a very wrong manner, occupying two spots and letting us in a awkward situation when we came back after 11pm. Our advice: plan ahead with the owner ( who was very receptive when we messaged him about the issue) before you go out especially at night.
• Dimitrios (2/5): Never again - Only the bed. Was very comfortable The bathroom also had good shower 1. At night is very difficault to find the house as is very dark outside without any light. Nobody is there to help you and you must follow instructions and photos which if you come at night is huge problem ro find the house and the entrance. 2. The wc is for short people. If you are more than 1.60 cm you crash your head. 3. The room is under the road with a small window. 3. The upflore is from wood and you can hear clearly and loudly every time somebidy change position at his bed or walking even slowly. It is sounds like is in same room. 4. No store for clothes.

• Emily (8/5): Pretty good for the price, extremely clean. Just very small and your other guest make or break the experience. - We got lucky with the room. It was the one that had the bathroom with the room instead of sharing. That definitely improved our experience. It’s very cute. Small but extremely clean. And I liked they were nice enough to have amenities. The swans are adorable It’s very small. A little claustrophobic feeling with the low ceiling and not very wide rooms and hallways. The type of people you have rooming with you also play a huge part of the experience and can really make it or break it.

• Kateryna (9/5): Superb - very good location- close to stores and bus stop, but at the moment very calm place. Big and white room, comfortable bed, clean white sheets the light in the room constantly switched on. you can change brightness to low, but u cant switch off , its broken. The room locking on 6 number code, and it locks automatically, if u leave your room without smartphone, or the number in your head- u cant enter the room, should call for owner
