• Rosie (10/5): Absolutely outstanding and great communication will highly recommend to family and friends - The attention to detail was outstanding and cottage was so cozy and warm. We had everything we could possibly need .Also had a beautiful fire place . But the thing that stood out the most was all the little bits set up for us on arrival fresh fruit bottle of wine snacks and also bread and eggs milk jams cereals and even snacks . Oh and the fresh herbs and beautiful lavender arrangement we noticed every detail. The location is also perfect we had an amazing stay will book again and again Thanks you Could not fault it at all

The vintage sewing machine was one of our favourite details and we loved how it tied in with the history of the place. It is in a peaceful but central location to the town. The breakfast and snacks were delicious, and much appreciated. The owner goes the extra mile—the handwritten note and the music playing when we arrived were such lovely touches. Highly recommend for a relaxing holiday.

Great to rock up with milk in the fridge, coffee, tea (even s fresh loaf of bread)etc. Fully equipped. Excellent communication from owner. We will go again. Slightly busy road in front of property but we knew this. It was quiet at night and the bedroom is at the back. We sat on the front deck watching everything go by which was fun.

• Michele (9/5): Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this charming and comfortable private retreat. - Very generous breakfast and snack provisions in a well stocked kitchen. Excellent location on edge of town centre but still private. Beautifully and thoughtfully presented stand alone cottage with pretty front garden. Nice decor. Private rear garden area. Excellent shower and plenty of toiletries and towels. Air con works well. Wifi adequate. Enjoyed the reading material on history of the local area. Walking distance to pub, other eateries and interesting local shops. Was pleasantly surprised that property lived up to description and photos. Front door needs maintenance - Door lock loose, Screen door catcher broken and sticks badly, making opening difficult. Hence lower score. Had to contact host as could not initially open door, then we figured it out. Would have preferred off street parking given property is on the high street.

• Chestney (10/5): A very relaxing environment, with everything thought of to make the stay comfortable. - Location was perfect. Hosts were generous with the quantity of food item's, snacks and a lovely bottle of red that was left for us. It was very clean and again plenty of toiletries, good quality washing and hand creams also. We also had vases of beautiful flowers left in every room. Really there was nothing to dislike. We had issues with the iron, but when contact was made, we had a replacement very efficiently delivered to us. The host was easily contactable and very helpful

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth - it instantly felt like a cozy escape from the city. The place had the cutest atmosphere, full of charm and little touches that made it feel special. Breakfast was amazing too! Highly recommend the tailors cottage if you’re after a peaceful, charming weekend spot.

I cannot believe the amount of food supplied for breakfast and a beautiful bottle of red wine & chocolates. So much yummy fruit, cereal, eggs, bacon, jams, milk, juice and fresh bread. So much thought was given to this cute cottage. Love love love it!! Right amongst the craft shops, restaurants and the pub. Great pub to go to for dinner. Pie shop was yummy as well. N/a

• Lilly (9/5): A relaxing stay at a very cozy cottage. - This is a gorgeous little cottage very conveniently located in the Kangaroo Valley. The cottage is very cozy and we felt instantly relaxed upon arrival. The wine, breakfast food and snacks left by the host were such a special touch that we really appreciated. Also, great bathroom products - the host has really thought of everything! We found the stovetop a little bit tricky to use, but other than that the kitchen was fantastic.

• Mark (10/5): Great location, everything provided, very well thought out. - You can tell the difference between short stay holiday locations that are there to make money, and those that are genuinely interested in providing a great experience. Taylor's Cottage is easily the latter, there is so much thought put into making your stay excellent, all the way down to the mint infused water in the fridge! We didn't come across anything during our stay that caused us a problem.
• Madeline (10/5): The perfect cottage right in the heart of town. - Absolutely everything! It was a beautiful property right in the heart of town and walking distance from everything you need. The cottage is styled beautifully and they go above and beyond to provide the most comfortable stay, including breakfast, snacks, a bottle of wine, toiletries, and robes. The kitchen, bathroom and bedroom have everything you need. It is on the main road so you can hear the cars driving by, and the air-conditioning in the bedroom is incredibly loud (even on quiet mode) but aside from that it was an absolutely incredible stay and we would absolutely return.

We had a bottle of wine, chocolate, fresh flowers, and a personalised note upon our arrival, which was quite sweet. It was a quaint little cottage and was perfect for us. Bed was comfortable. I fell in love with the decor and the feng shui, the fridge and pantry was stocked with everything we needed. We honestly didn't want to leave. We absolutely loved the fireplace. Dalys, the host, was also lovely to deal with. Thank you for a memorable getaway. That we had to leave and couldn't stay longer.

• Alex (9/5): Beautiful getaway cottage with great location and close to nature - Great location, on the main strip with cafes, shops and restaurants. Cozy cottage, front porch seating nice for meals/coffee. Super safe, right across the road from a police station. The restaurants were super busy on the weekend as there was an event on so we were so glad the cottage came with snacks, fresh bread, eggs, bacon and fruit! Kitchen fully equip with everything we needed! Very thoughtful hand written note upon arrival with chocolate and wine was nice touch. Close to lots of nature trails and hikes, we loved minnamurra falls and the drawing room rocks. Plenty to do as the host leaves a plethora of suggestions. Wish the fireplace was enclosed to avoid smoke and the tv was a little bigger as it felt a bit far away from the couch. Otherwise stunning place to unwind
