• Luca (7/5): - The house offered all the needed accomodations and came with a fully equipped kitchen. The interior design was thought trough, and the house was very spacious with a big, light filled living room and room for privacy. We especially enjoyed our stay in the big living room. The bathroom connected to the master bedroom emmitted a horrbile stench of sewer drains. The neighbourhood is full of dogs which are left out for the entire night and barking, which made sleeping difficult. The owner was able to contact the immediate neighbour to adress this issue, which helped at least for the nighttime.

Μένουν απο κάτω οι ιδιοκτήτες κάτι το οποίο δεν το γνωρίζαμε .Το ένα διπλό κρεβάτι ήταν σπασμένο δεν κοιμηθηκαμε καθόλου καλά.Η καθαριότητα ήταν πολύ μέτρια.Η πρίζα του μπάνιου είναι παλιά και δεν μπορεί να υποστηρίξει πιο συγχρονες συσκευές όπως ένα σεσουάρ.Το ένα υπνοδωμάτιο δεν είχε λάμπα οροφής παρα μόνο πορτατιφ.Το πάτωμα τρίζει αρκετά.

• SPILIOS TEMPONERAS (5/5): Stylish villa, but uncomfortable stay - Big and spacious villa in a great location and neighborhood. The house has a very strong smell of moldy or damp wood that makes it quite uncomfortable to stay inside for long. Several pieces of furniture are old and worn out, with visible marks and stains in different areas. Many of the window blinds don’t work properly, so it’s hard to control light or privacy. Overall, the villa has a nice design and potential, but it clearly needs maintenance and renovation before it can match the pictures or recommend it to any future guests.

It’s not just a stay — it’s an experience that carries history and soul Nothing major. Just be aware it’s a character home, not a sterile modern hotel — but that’s precisely what makes it so special.

• Nick (7/5): Pleasant but not great. - House is a marvelous example of mid-century architecture and design. Although the place is a little worn out the design details and frescoes were fasciniating. Host was acommodating although did not appreciate our predicament and need for early check in House is not truly a seaside house, it was a 15 minute walk to the beach, requiring crossing a busy 4 street. Locartion is incovenient to shops and restauranct requiring either a long walk or taxi ride. A car is absolutely necessary if you plan on doing anything outside of the prorperty.

Pleasant in its spaciousness. The check-in instructions were very clear. The host was responsive. Just a great experience.

• Lkind (10/5): Beautiful, classic property and a terrific value in Voula - This is a very large property with a beautiful large living room with an enormous flat screen smart TV. Wifi was great. Has a nice large kitchen with coffee makers and other useful items, 2 large bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. This property is a great value for the money. It is located on a quiet street in Voula with plenty of street parking. It is just a short drive down the hill to restaurants, shops and the beach. Has a nice terrace which is perfect for morning coffee. It is an older property and eventually could do with some updates but we found it to be clean, comfortable, well-appointed and a wonderful place to spend some time in this part of Greece. We highly recommend this place and would book it again when we are back in the area.

• Dganit (7/5): Good - The location was great for our needs. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The place was super clean which was nice. The mattress in the master bedroom was very soft and uncomfortable. There was a strong wind on our first night at the place and the tree at the yard fell on our bedroom window in the middle of the night, which was scary and unsafe. Other than that everything was fine.

• Mihaela (9/5): Beautiful and extremely big house - The villa is very beautiful and extremely big. Great hospitality and helplful person. Very much light. The heating was not on our taste.
• Mary (9/5): Superb - The house was stunning. Very bright and lovely artwork. Owner gave us a nice bottle of red wine made by his family winery. The neighborhood is very nice. There are no shops or restaurants within close walking distance you will need a taxi if you don't have a car.

• Momadkour (9/5): Great location near the beaches of Voula - The location was great if you have a car to get around the area. The space was clean with a big living room and plenty of room to host guests in the house if you wish to bring some friends over for a small gathering. The only inconveniences is that one of the showers was not functioning properly, but was good enough for a decent shower. The place is on a steep hill if you wish to walk around the neighborhood, but that was okay for us.

• Krisztián (10/5): the most beautiful, spacious apartment we have ever rented - Property is very well designed with large spaces with ideal common spaces as it can bee seen on the pictures. Air conditioning, wifi, television with youtube, netflix etc. work well. Wifi has enough signal on the terrace also. I loved working there in the early morning hours and is suitable for a family breakfast together or e.g. to eat a melon afternoon. The property is located on a hillside. Those who like to walk on the hill, between houses with gardens, do not need a car to get to the coast. But on this coast there are kilometers of beaches in the direction of Vari, it is worth driving along. It is common in booking.com ads to show a jacuzzi in the pictures, but it doesn't actually work. Here you can see an out-of-tune piano that is "mostly for decoration" like a recorder, telephone, etc. This would be the best apartment ever if the piano could be used. But this is the best among apartments without a piano... The kitchen lacks a microwave oven, although it is well equipped. The armchairs around the table are more just beautiful than comfortable or practical. The parking lots around the nearby beaches are full if you don't get up on time. Our teenage children missed the bustle at night. This is a very calm area but Athen is 40minutes by car. It is separated from the sea by a multi-lane road. There is a Traffic Light pedestrian crossing with a small detour that is suitable for crossing.
