Highly recommend! - The apartment is located in the heart of Granada, everything is in a walking distance. The building is old, chic and classic. The apartment is perfect for three families or 7-8 people. The kitchen had necessary appliances. I loved every minute spent in the apartment. The view from the balcony was amazing. I highly recommend this property. It was a bit tricky to collect the keys, modern technologies :) but manageable.

• José Antonio (3/5): Anfitrión desentendido - La casa está bien, es grande y moderna, tiene tres habitaciones, comedor, cocina y dos baños El primer día, cuando llegamos, tuvimos problemas para abrir la puerta principal ( suele dar problemas). Llamé al dueño y no contestó ni me devolvió la llamada en toda la estancia, nos sentimos abandonados en la calle y si no fuera por una amable vecina, no hubiéramos podido entrar. Por otra parte, es una zona muy céntrica imposible de aparcar.

• Maj (9/5): Fab city centre apartment - Fabulous apartment, right in the centre. Comfortable beds, everything you need for a family of 5. You have to register every person staying, a lot of details including passport numbers, it was very time consuming. Little info on how to get there if driving, it’s on a street you cannot drive down, it would have been nice to have clear details of how to get there.

Small kitchen with basic facilities for preparing breakfast or small meals. Washing machine but no dishwasher. All in all the perfect apartment for exploring Granada and with plenty of restaurants, tapas bars and cafes in walking distance. No parking at the apartment. It’s recommended to park in a parking garage nearby.

• Helen (10/5): Gorgeous Gran Via Boutique in Granada! - This is one of the best properties that I have stayed in and exceeded my expectations! The decor was gorgeous and the views from the Juliet balconies and windows were amazing! I felt like I was in a romantic movie! The apartment was very comfortable, relaxing and well equipped. Great central location too. Do not hesitate to book this place! :) The water for the bath could have been hotter, it was lukewarm. The showers were hot though :)

• Karla (8/5): Lindo piso, excelente ubicacion pero puede mejorar la atencion al cliente - Un piso muy lindo y muy cómodo con excelente ubicación. La decoración es Linda y elegante y en general el espacio bastante amplio, y cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estancia corta. Los baños tienen un problema de humedad, tal ves una fuga porque el agua se tramina por las paredes; aun así nuestra estancia fue muy cómoda pero recomiendo que pongan atención a esto para evitar moho mas adelante. Con respecto a la entrada a la puerta del piso, aunque es con còdigo, batallamos varias veces para entrar, asumo hay algún problemita con el mecanismo de la chapa eléctrica y cuando tratamos de contactar al numero de atencion, jamas contestaron, ni por tel o whats :(

• Elia (1/5): No tiene AC y el trato ha sido muy irrespetuoso - El alojamiento anuncia aire acondicionado, pero en realidad es un sistema de climatización que solo el personal puede controlar de forma remota y que, según nos dijeron, tarda horas en arrancar. Durante toda nuestra estancia nunca funcionó, a pesar de seguir todas las instrucciones que nos dieron por teléfono. La falta de un servicio tan básico hizo la experiencia muy incómoda, especialmente viajando con bebés y en pleno verano en Granada. Al final tuvimos que irnos y buscar otro alojamiento, con el gasto e inconvenientes que eso supuso. Muy decepcionante.

El TF de contacto no me respondió ni a llamadas ni a wasap. La climatización no la podía controlar ya q no teníamos el control de la temperatura. La insonorización es regular.

• Cabrera (9/5): Excellent! - Loved the property. Great location. Big apartment with 3 bedrooms, high ceilings, large and comfortable beds and bathrooms. Kitchen was the only small room, but we didnt plan to use the kitchen. Absolute ideal location for all sites. The door code was very complicated to use. a few times we had to spend 5-10 mins trying to get in. A bit annoying

• Hug (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful apartment. Within walking distance of city center and restaurants. The door lock was temperamental. We suspected the proprietor gave us the wrong door code. This resulted in spending 90 Euros for locker storage until the door lock could be fixed. After the proprietor told us it was fixed, it still didn’t work. Finally, he gave us a different code that worked. I suggest using a keypad rather than the current locking system. Also, there were no instructions for the apartment. We did not know how to adjust the hot water, so all our showers were lukewarm. Also restaurant recommendations are always appreciated. With better instructions and better locking system this apartment would have been stellar. It really was beautiful.
