• Lucia (6/5): Algumas falhas - O apartamento é conforme as fotos, as camas sao confortáveis , estava limpo e tinha o necessário. A localização é boa, transportes junto, tem muito comercio na zona, restaurantes, uma otima padaria/pastelaria no prédio ao lado . Tive problemas com o check in, a aplicação demora, nao conseguia fazer o pagamento das taxas, e por isso nao davam acesso, o que nao acho correto, quando já tinhamos pago a totalidade da estadia quando reservamos, pelo que estivemos mais de 1,30h á porta para entrar. Á noite demos conta que o esquentador estava avariado, no dia seguinte reportamos e vieram arranjar, mas estas coisas devem ser verificadas antes dos hóspedes entrarem, nao devem ser os hóspedes a comunicar a falta de agua quente, que é um bem essencial . A agua nos duches corre muito pouco e nao dá para tomar banho nas duas wc em simultâneo e é fria ou escaldante. A porta da sala nao fecha toda, nem tranca, e ouve se mt barulho da rua. As paredes mereciam uma pintura.

• Vladimir (7/5): Overall it was a good experience. Apartment was good for our stay, but having in mind that there is 150€ cleaning fee, i - Good location. Close to the metro station. Place was very spacious. It had mostly everything we needed for 5 days stay with small kids. Although it was cold, radiators were not working. Air conditioners were sometimes working and sometimes not. Water in the tub varies from hot to cold all the time so it was hard to have shower without constantly be on alert. Bathrooms could have been cleaner, we needed to clean the bath tub just in case before we used it.

• Grega (5/5): Bearly passable stay. We don’t recommend for families with small kids / infants. - The apartment is big and comfortable. The location is also very good, close to the metro station, bakeries and grocery stores. The management supplied the baby cot, which was nice. The living room was dirty, hair on the floor, carpet full of dust - not cleaned for ages. Bathrooms were also quite fast and superficially cleaned. The bathrooms are quite old and need some renovation, also the walls in the living area. Quite expensive for this kind of property.
