Due to local laws, all guests over the age of 14 must register with a government issued identification which will be sent electronically to the local police. For stays longer than 10 nights, a contract must be signed for the rental. Price is based off of 2 guests per room. Fees for late arrivals between 20:00 - 22:00, 20€ and between 22:00 - 00:00, 40€. Additional guests not on the reservation have a 20€/night.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
