A tampa da privada estava solta. Os armários tem marcas de dedos engordurados. Mas a pior parte são os vizinhos que não tem noção, fiz diversas reclamações para a recepção, pois os vizinhos estavam brigando, gritando alto, em horários bem tarde interrompendo descanso.

- Marcelo Jose (6/5): - Para passar poucos dias o local é muito confortável, mas para mais de quatro dias, achei desconfortável e tive alguns problemas. a cama é bastante confortável, mas o lençol não parece ser dela e fica saindo. o chuveiro é muito bom. o controle da televisão está ruim, funcionando muito mal. a máquina de café não funciona, é possível fazer o café, mas ele fica frio. a internet não estava funcionando. liguei e fui instruído a usar internet de outro imóvel. funcionou assim, mas o sinal nunca ficava 100%. tentei reiniciar o modem algumas vezes, mas a internet do ap mesmo nunca funcionou.

- Ana (1/5): Appalling service, total lack of consideration. - The property is very well located. The studio itself was well equipped. The building has excellent security. A beautiful pool, small gym and sauna. On arrival the studio was well presented and clean, however the bathroom shower tiles are covered in mould. The black bacteria is all the more visible in between the white tiles. It's a disgusting sight to look at. The bathroom sink was also leaking into the shelves where you are supposed to leave your toiletries. Worse of all was the faulty air conditioning. The studio was boiling hot (39 C outside), the air con wasn't working, and despite my immediate complaint, and the promise of a technician who never materialized, the issue was never resolved, nor a different unit offered for me to move into, not a pleasant experience specially considering my 6 night stay. Appalling service, total lack of consideration.

Sou alérgica e no apartamento o tempo todo é borrifado no ar um perfume, fato esse que me fez ficar medicada o tempo todo. Dá para desligar o local de saída do borrifador? Não! Ele é estrutural e solta automaticamente, não tendo um botão liga / desliga indicado nas paredes. Fora isso (que é para mim que sou alérgica), o apartamento é simplesmente sensacional.

The room was SUPER cold, the heater was not working and there were no extra blankets. Both TVs weren’t working as well…

- Eduardo (3/5): Good location, bad comfort (dirty and bad AC) - Great location in the center of Itaim Bibi, many nearby restaurants and also offices. App support from Tabas is good, and quick response. Check in was easy. This building has many different rooms listed under the same booking page. So ratings here make no sense as each room has its own features in a way. I got unit #10 as listed on booking. It has a decent size but if you look closely it is a poor experience: the room was not tidy, I could see dust on the furniture. Furniture had signs of wear and was dirty (couch). The bed lines had stains. Shower box had a corner that needs maintenance, this part looked dirty and needs maintenance. The worst thing was that AC didn't work well, and it is on the living room far from the bed. Customer service wanted to repair it but it was a short stay and I had no time to waste for getting maintenance team. If you value location only then this might work for you. Felt like a safe building but had a coldness to it (plain walls and the building doorman behind a glass that we can't see who we are speaking to). But it is not good comfort due to dirty and bad AC.

- Talyta (2/5): This appartment is with moldy. - The location is fantastic, the parking is nice and was very easy to arrive already having the door's password shared by the host in advance. Unfortunately the apartment is not with proper maintenance, few items are broken, one of the TVs did not work and the other did not connect on internet and the most critical is that the entire apartment is with moldy and it was smelling bad.
- Gustavo (7/5): Good - Really easy to get in the room. For some reason, the air conditioner was not fully working. Sometimes it stucked and the environment got hot from nowhere. Then, it started working again, but it was not a nice feeling do not knowing when it would be nice and well.

I arrived at 3am and I checked in seamlessly without any issues. You have basic amenities such as a microwave and coffee machine, which make it much better than a hotel I would definitely stay again my next time in SP Nothing

- Victor (2/5): Complete chaos and stress - The building's facilities were good. The room has big windows that provide great illumination and it doesn't feel like a prision. So, if you get lucky and absolutely nothing goes wrong, you'll have a great time. If you have one little problem an require assistance, good luck, you're in for a ride. My air conditioning didn't work and it was a pain to get maintenance or a new room. Tabas would say it's the building's responsibility to take care of that, while the building would point to Tabas, and I was the one who had to do the midfield between the two. After a whole day of arguments, I had to fight with Tabas support to provide me another room, which they didn't want to. After midnight, I was granted a room in another building of theirs.

I could not turn on TV. The bathroom had a smoker smell when I would get home each day. This place might be good for long-term but definitely not for six days.

- Jonathan (6/5): Definitely handy location wise but wouldn’t stay there again as would pay the bit extra for clean hotel. - The location of the property is perfect. Anytime we visit the city we always stay in and around Vila Olimpía so we decided instead of a hotel we would go with an apartment instead. The security was a little strange as we were waiting outside trying to get in for ages. Turns out you have to call the security bell but that was never made clear and they would have seen us waiting but never bothered to ask if we needed assistance. When you enter your faced with glass mirrored wall and talk them them behind it. They can see but you can’t see them so it’s a little strange. Room would have been perfect aside from it not being cleaned properly, broken window that could not be opened, one of the blinds was broken which affected the view and there was mold in the bathroom and stains on the floor which looked like coffee or something.
- Frank (2/5): DO NOT GO THERE! - The location in Itaim Bib is ok and the gym was ok. Many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. There was a plague of ants in the apartment. It was extremely loud in the apartment. Wifi did not work (!). It was very difficult to get into the apartment, due to incorrect instructions. The indoor pool was dirty, partially closed and the water is not deep enough to swim there properly. Communication with the landlord was very difficult and they were not helpful at all. There was no toaster, no furniture on the balcony and also other furnishing/equipment pieces were missing.

- Vitor (4/5): TABAS NEVER MORE - No breakfast t all! Complicated- supposedly an app code would let me in. The code did not gave me access, there was no one to talk to, only whatsapp which was a lousy conversation with some artificial stupidity! When I finally succeeded in talking with someone (and it was only 7 pm, but the app informed me wrongly that they closed at 7!) he told me I should close and reopen the app for a new code. Only then I could get in! Never more on this property or network (TABAS NEVER MORE).
