• Berta (10/5): - Todo lo que nos dejó el anfitrión: cápsulas de café, infusiones, azúcar, sacarina y hasta leche entera. La limpieza y comodidad del apartamento. El detalle del comedero para nuestra perrita. Que hubo cero ruidos. El detalle de, al no entrar nadie el día de nuestra salida, podernos quedar hasta que lo necesitamos, y poder dejar el equipaje hasta la hora de nuestra marcha de Gijón. Nada.

• Erika (10/5): Como en casa - La estancia ha sido de diez. Gijón es siempre una buena opción para escaparse unos días y en este alojamiento nos hemos encontrado como en casa. El apartamento tiene de todo, no le falta ningun detalle ni comodidad. Además, nos surgieron algunas dudas y Javier nos ayudó en lo que necesitamos. Nada que decir

• Sandra (10/5): This is a spacious and comfortable apartment with views of the sea and docks. - The location was in a quieter part of the old town. The apartment was light, bright and airy with a lovely bathroom and comfortable beds. Javier was very thoughtful in what he provided for us, and quick to respond to messages. Nothing comes to mind.
• ANGEL (10/5): Apartamento muy bonito, muy limpio y muy bien ubicado. - Está todo igual o mejor que en las fotos. Muy limpio. Lleno de detalles. Todo el equipamiento es nuevo y de calidad. Javier te explica todo con mucho detalle. En el apartamento hay explicaciones clarísimas de uso de cualquier cosa. Nos ofreció una plaza de garaje que está a 10' andando a buen precio Todo bien.
• Alvaro.... (9/5): Muy buen lugar para disfrutar de un fin de semana. - Lo céntrico que estaba, como habían cuidado cada detalle del apartamento. Destacar también la atención del dueño que fue exquisita, aconsejandonos además sobre donde comer por la zona. Si vais con perrete como en nuestro caso, es una zona estupenda donde alojarse, porque según sales del portal hay un parque enorme con muchísimo verde, donde tu mascota podrá disfrutar un montón. Se encargó de dejarnos unas botellas de agua de cortesía, amenities del baño, cápsulas de café y varias cosas más, que no en todas partes te encuentras y que se agradecen. El apartamento además está equipado con absolutamente todo lo necesario. Es como estar en tu propia casa y por supuesto, decir también que estaba muy muy limpio. Por poner una pega, olía muchísimo a ambientador. Era demasiado y llegaba a agobiar un poco, sobretodo cuando entras por la puerta del apartamento. Hay unos cuantos repartidos por toda la casa y el olor era exagerado para un piso tirando a pequeño... El resto todo estuvo perfecto. También decir que si buscáis oscuridad por la mañana no lo recomiendo ya que no tiene persianas. En nuestro caso con las cortinas fue suficiente, y en la habitación principal además hay también unas contraventanas de madera. Javier aún así nos informó de todo y no hubo jamás ningún intento de engaño por su parte. Fue claro como el agua mucho antes de ir, para que pudiésemos cancelar sino nos parecía bien. El tema del aparcamiento está también fastidiado, ya que al ser casco histórico no se puede acceder con el coche, pero eso no es culpa de él, sino de la normativa vigente. Él os ofrecerá una plaza que está a unos 10 minutos andando por un módico precio extra.

Espectacular la cantidad de pequeños detalles que ofrece el anfitrión (desde café leche, colacao, agua, aceite..... y accesorios para la mascota). Javier un 10!!!! Para poner algo....la habitación secundaria estaría mejor con corredera y en la ventana del baño poner algo para mayor privacidad
• Vilarjc (10/5): Se merece el top 1 de Cimadevilla - En respuesta a la pregunta sobre mis preferencias, resulta complicado destacar un aspecto específico, ya que la experiencia general fue sumamente satisfactoria. La ubicación fue ideal, el apartamento, estéticamente agradable y completamente equipado, cubriendo todas mis necesidades, y el propietario demostró ser excepcionalmente atento, prestando especial cuidado a los detalles. El apartamento no dispone de garaje. Sin embargo, el propietario les ofrecerá la posibilidad de alquilar uno a pocos minutos a pie, o bien, tienen la opción de reservar una plaza en el aparcamiento público, situado a 5 minutos a pie (personalmente, opté por esta última alternativa porque tienen cargador para coche eléctrico). Si viajan en coche, les sugiero considerar un gasto adicional de aproximadamente 15 € por día.

• Hooter (10/5): Fantastic comfortable 'Home from Home', in a perfect location - This apartment is fantastic in every way. It's located in a quite area, that is literally 2 minutes walk from the beautiful Old Town of Gijon, this area has great architecture, lovely restaurants and bars. The apartment is also very close to many tourist attractions and beautiful views. There are views of the sea and marina from the apartment windows. The apartment is like a home from home, the host (Javier) has thought of all the things you might need to make your stay comfortable, and he has provided them. The apartment is large, well decorated, bright clean and airy. Prior to our arrival the Host contacted us and provided lots of details about check-in and the local area, his English is perfect and he responds to messages straight away. His customer service skills are impeccable, he really cares that his guest have a great stay. The apartment is within walking distance of the bus and train stations (10 -12 minutes). I would highly recommend staying at this apartment, I'll defiantly be staying here again when I next visit the beautiful city of Gijon. There is nothing not to like about this apartment, everything is great.

• Mick (9/5): Great apartment in a good location that is seriously good value for money with a great host. - Fot a host I never actually met in person, Javier was one of the most attentaive and accomodating hosts I've (almost) met. Instructions before I arrived were extensive and accurate making everything very easy. At the very last minute, I opted to use the car parking they made available and it was all arranged in minutes. Incredibly attentive. The location of the apartment is ideal to explore the city as it is between the two beaches and adjecnt to the city centre. It's a short walk to some great restaurants and bars but far enough away that you can't hear them at night. The city centre is a short walk, and so are both beaches. The apartment itself is immaculate, with a lot of touches that make it feel far more homely than many other places I have stayed. We were only a couple staying so there was lots of spcce and the kitchen is well equiped. The view over the park and adjacent skateboard park is lovely. there was always some life and activity as it's a well used and peaceful part of the city. The view from the shower is the best. While Javier says you can't see in, my wife opted to cover the window, but I trusted Javier that no one could see in while I showered to a view of an amazing sunset. Leaving
• Normah (10/5): Absolutely brilliant apartment to be in. - The property was absolutely spotless when we stepped in. The decor was contemporary and very pleasing. The bathtub is huge. Our host,Javier, kept in touch the whole time we were there and was super helpful with information. Location was perfect and the apartment has everything you need. In fact, more than everything. So happy. Not a thing.
