Ребята, вы просто супер!!! Обалденные виды из окон и классный руфтоп с бассейном! То что нельзя зайти бассейн после 22:00. Полная чушь на мой взгляд. Я не разу не искупалась за 5 дней так как поздно приходила с прогулок домой. И в номере когда я заселилась был грязный пол - липкие пятна в ванной и явно плохо пропылесосили спальню. Пришлось несколько раз просить убрать снова. Это не особо улучшило ситуацию.

• Kenya (3/5): Cockroach house with excellent customer service - エアポートエクスプレスの駅でモールもあるKLセントラルから徒歩10分以内なので非常に便利な立地でした。 何かあればスタッフが素早く対応してくれます。WhatsApp(LINEみたいなアプリ)を使いました。 ゴキブリが部屋中に沸いていた点。 気候的にも多少はしかたありませんが、さすがに多すぎて眠れなかったので部屋を変えてもらいました。 変更先の部屋では1匹もおらず、部屋ガチャ重要だと思いました笑 他の口コミ通りエレベーターの待ち時間はかなり長いです。

Me pidieron un depósito en efectivo que no está detallado en Booking, te lo dicen una vez que ya reservaste y abonaste la habitación y si no lo pagas, no te dejan hacer el check in. Es un lugar muy grande, los ascensores siempre están llenos y se pierde muchísimo tiempo para entrar, salir o visitar las instalaciones.

• Assmâa (8/5): - La residence se situe dans le quartier de brickfields, qui est le little india de kuala lumpur. Il y a donc un tas de restaurants indien très bon dans les environs en plus d'être un quartier très vivant. NU sentral qui est un très grand mall se situe a une dizaine de minutes a pieds et petaling street se trouve à un arret avec la ligne 8, bukit bintang se trouve a 4-5 arrets et la residence a donc un très bon emplacement ! Pour les transports nous avons KL sentral a 10-15 minutes a pieds qui comporte toutes les ligne (il y a même le train jusqu'à l'aéroport pour 10€). L'appartement est clean dans les grands axes (les fenetres pourraient etre un peu plus soignés mais tout le reste etait bon). Et il y a une deuxième station plus proche (5 min) pour la ligne 8. La chambre comporte tout ce dont j'avais besoin. Les éspaces communs sont super super comme la piscine au 53a ainsi que la terrasse au 30e avec une pièce pour lire/ se déténdre et même l'espace coworking est très agréable, spacieux et lumineux. J'ai beaucoup aimé le systeme de check in et le fait que c'était très simple et intuitif et que je n'ai pas dû attendre un inconnu pendant 30 min pour lui payer tout en cash comme dans d'autres appartements à kuala lumpur. j'ai tellement aimé mon sejour que j'ai rallongé d'un mois. Je reste ici pour mon stage et passe donc enormement de temps dans la chambre et c'est très agréable. La télé comprends youtube, netflix et prime video, la vue depuis la chambre est très jolie. Les ustensils de cuisine, tout était fonctionnel ! J'ai beaucoup apprecié qu'il y ait assez de rangement pour toutes mes affaires malgré que la chambre soit si petite. Au moment de rallonger mon séjour l'hôte m'a aidé pour que tout se passe très facilement, et m'a même proposé un nettoyage de la chambre ! Le lit est très confortable, mais faites attention si vous etes grands car il est juste pour moi et je fais 1m70. J'ai vu beaucoup de commentaires parler de l'ascenceurs, et il est vrai qu'il m'est deja arriver d'attendre 10-15 minutes mais le reste est tellement positif que j'ai preferé avoir cet inconvenient. Il y a souvent la fille et l'attente semble d'autant plus longue comme c'est pas indiqué a quel etage se trouve les ascenceurs. Il y en a 4 petits et très souvent 1 sera en panne ou inutilisable (rendra l'attente encore plus longue). La chambre est petite, mais pour moi seule, je ne m'y suis pas sentie a l'étroit car elle comportait tout ce dont j'avais besoin. Pour ce qui est de la propreté, vous recevrez le studio très propre mais le problème est que absolument rien n'est mis dans l'appartement pour pouvoir le nettoyer, pas même un balais ou une serpière. C'est un point sur lequel il faudrait travailler car pour un sejour de 2 mois ceci etait reellement problematique. L'insonorisation des chambres n'est pas très bonne. Le matin je me suis toujours faite reveillée par les travaux à côté de ma chambre ou bien encore le personnel de ménage qui dès fois chante ou mets de la musique très fort. Soyez sûrs d'être reveillé par ça vers 8h. L'air conditionné n'est pas reglable (du moins je n'ai pas reussi a le regler) et fait enormement de bruit, je suis même tombée malade au vu de la force de celui ci.

Для неподготовленного туриста мутная схема заселения, надо пообщаться сначала в Ватсапп, для этого надо иметь Интернет, английский, наличку... Не критично, но как-то вызывает дискомфорт.

La piscine est top avec une très belle vue, c’est parfait pour profiter après une longue journée de marche. Tout était propre excepté sous le frigo... oui nous avons regardé car des cafards sortaient de partout au niveau de la cuisine... Ce n’était pas abondant mais on en trouvait tous les jours un peu partout, mais surtout dans la cuisine... dommage !

Have 7elevels and plenty of other convenient stores near by 3. If you are lucky to get the rooms facing city side, view of Petronas Towers, Merdeka 118, vivid view of Genting Highlands are amazing !! 4. Overall the property will not disappoint you for the price range it offers 1.The property ask for a caution deposit which can ONLY be paid by cash or local QR code or payment methods. They dont collect this deposits via Internationals cards like Visa or mastercard. During the time of booking, this information could have been mentioned clearly 2. Since I mentioned, rooms are not quite, I want to clarify this. Since the property is in prime area surrounded by commercial establishments and main roads, the noise mainly comes from the vehicular noise. 3. Four lifts for such a big building is horrible. During peak hrs, the wait time will be close to 10 min to catch the lift

• Eerab Akhlaq (8/5): Ideal location with rooftop pool overlooking twin towers and Merdeka tower - The roof top pool was the highlight of these apartments. However the jacuzzi was not working in the 10 days I stayed here.The view was also really nice from the window, depending which side you got the room. Little india was on walking distance so there were multiple food options nearby. There were 2 train stations within 5 min distance include Sentral station . If you dont want to spend on Grab then this is the best area to stay in. Room sizes were very small. I stayed in 2 different rooms and the first one was quite small. Lift is a major issues. No matter what time of the day it is , you would have to wait in line for the lift. As with other airbnbs or apartment, cleaning after 3 or 5 days or even once a week wasnt an option and you had to pay additional if you wanted to get your room cleaned. Be very sure before booking this place, as it has a huge cancellation fee, nearly as much as the cost of accomodation.

This booking on booking.com was a nightmare There was a problem with all 3 rooms they gave me to try. Then the maintenance entered my room without my permission. When I asked them to leave I was threatened with physical violence. I have video evidence and a police report. Despite this I still do not have a refund for this booking and no one from booking.com is replying to my messages.

• Gisela (9/5): Comoditat a prop de Little India i de l'Estació KL Sentral - Molt adequat si vols estar prop de Little India. Està a 10 minuts caminant de botigues i supermercats. Es pot anar caminant fins a KL Sentral, uns 15 minuts. La piscina a l'últim pis és fantàstica, pots veure la sortida del sol entre muntanyes i edificis. Hi ha una vista molt bonica de la ciutat. El gimnàs està prou bé, en general les instal·lacions són còmodes i les he pogut utilitzar amb tranquilitat, tot i ser un edifici amb moltíssims apartaments. A vegades havia d'esperar 10 minuts l'ascensor, sobretot a la tarda, a l'hora punta.

• Baru (10/5): - Moje první noc v KL. Blízko nádraží, kolem spousta dobrých restaurací a místních jídelen, bazén na střeše a krásný výhled na město. Čisté, plně vybavené pokoje. Milá obsluha na recepci.

Todo lo necesario para estar agusto, incluido secador de pelo, plancha para la ropa. La cocina no la utilicé pero muy limpia. La piscina en la planta 53 espectacular y también muy limpia y cuidada. Tanto al llegar como al marcharme, los chicos me atendieron en la entrada del edificio, ahí pagué el depósito en efectivo (40 euros) que me devolvieron al hacer el check out. Todas las indicaciones sobre wifi, agua caliente, luces, etc están muy bien explicadas en la habitación. La zona está muy genial, con la estación Sentral a menos de 10 minutos caminando (media hora desde el aeropuerto), al lado del barrio indio, con un centro comercial gigante.... Volveré seguro cuando pase de nuevo por KL Estaría genial que den toallas en la piscina (si las dan, no al menos cuando he estado yo). Es verdad que el ascensor a veces tarda (tal y como dicen otras reseñas) pero bueno, en mi caso nunca fue demasiado, si que es un poco rollo y hace calor pues no hay aire ni en los pasillos ni en los ascensores, pero bueno, todo lo demás hace que el lugar valga la espera de unos minutos para el ascensor.

During my trip from Kuala Lumpur to Langkawi for three days, the staff kindly kept my luggage free of charge, which I really appreciated. Das Zimmer war mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet (also keinerlei Deko oder Dinge die den Raum wohnlicher/gemütlich machen) und es wirkte alles schon nicht etwas abgewohnt. • Núria (7/5): Overall, good. Good relation quality-price. - I liked the location and the building facilities. Note that this is a 53 stories building with 20+ real state agencies managing it. Hence is not a hotel. Do not expect hotel related type of services. If ever you request for assistance, expect very young personnel whom does not speak fluent English and will have to communicate with HQ over the phone for translation. WhatsApp is the means to communicate with your agent and response is quite fast though. Cleanliness could be better; I had to deal with 5 or 6 little cockroaches which I have no idea how they reached floor 40 (maybe flew through the windows?); had to request for bug spray to solve the problem myself...

• Climia (3/5): You should choose another hotel - Positive aspects: The location is ideal, with easy access to the metro and a shopping mall nearby. I was glad to be able to benefit from this, as the hotel itself is quite outdated. The view from the room is very nice. The staff is kind Not as advertised. The bathroom was extremely small and not in line with the photos. The bedroom was not clean upon arrival. The air conditioning was very noisy, making it difficult to sleep. On top of that, sunlight comes through the blinds early in the morning — without sleep masks, sleeping properly would have been impossible. The kitchen utensils were very worn out and unusable, which prevented us from cooking as planned and resulted in unexpected additional expenses. The gym is ridiculously small considering the number of residents in the building. And the worst part: the elevators. The waiting time is extremely long — be prepared to spend a significant amount of your stay just waiting for an elevator.
