• Veljko (10/5): - We had a very pleasant stay at San Isidoro Olehousing in Seville. The location was excellent, right in the city center and within walking distance of the main attractions, restaurants, and shops. Communication with the host was smooth, quick, and very helpful throughout the stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything needed for a short or longer visit. It had all the necessary appliances and small details that made the stay easy and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Seville. The only small issue was that the door lock was a little difficult to unlock at times, but it was nothing that could spoil the overall impression of the stay.
• Rehab (1/5): EXPERIENCE HORRIBLE...FUYEZ- HOTE QUI N'HONORE PAS SES ENGAGEMENTS. - Mon experience etait tres decevante mais ce qui est appréciable c'est l'emplacement géographique et le calme de la rue! Expérience horrible – à fuir absolument Je partage rarement des avis négatifs, mais cette expérience a été particulièrement choquante. 1-Manquement grave aux engagements de l’hôte Le point le plus important : j’avais expressément demandé une assistance pour l’arrivée, car je voyageais de nuit avec ma mère âgée et malade. Deux jours avant, l’hôte m’a confirmé qu’une personne serait présente sur place moyennant 40€, ce que j’ai accepté. Or, une fois arrivée à l’aéroport de Séville à 1h du matin, on m’annonce par message que personne ne viendra. On me demande d’aller récupérer les clés à 10 minutes à pied, sous la pluie, avec nos bagages, alors que le taxi ne pouvait pas nous déposer à cet endroit. J’ai donc dû marcher de nuit avec ma mère malade dans ces conditions, ce qui est totalement inacceptable!!! À notre arrivée à l’immeuble, aucune instruction claire pour trouver l’appartement. Impossible de joindre qui que ce soit : nous sommes restées 40 minutes dehors en pleine nuit avant d’obtenir une réponse. 2-Équipements inadmissibles L’état des équipements est déplorable : Bouilloire dans un état horrifiant (impossible à utiliser) Chauffage non fonctionnel Très mauvaise surprise : présence d’une caméra dans la cuisine!!!! Conclusion : Entre le non-respect des engagements, les conditions d’arrivée dangereuses et le manque total de professionnalisme, je déconseille fortement ce logement.

• Maria Jose (2/5): Mala experiencia - Nada. Solo la buena ubicación Me duché con agua fría en pleno invierno porque el calentador se acabó en una ducha. Es de muy poca litros. La dueña me recomendó un parking que estaba a más de 15 minutos andando cuando había uno a 3 minutos del apartamento y encima estaba lloviendo así que nos pusimos empapados. No volveré a reservar este apartamento

Хозяйка приветливая и отзывчивая, дала рекомендации по ресторанам (которые кстати очень вкусные), помогла забронировать билет на шоу фламенко (это стоит того, сходите обязательно!)

• Jon (9/5): Lovely large apartment with fast internet in a great neighborhood 10 minutes from the cathedral. - A very nice large apartment in a great neighborhood and only a 10 minute walk to the cathedral. There is a well stocked grocery store very close by as well as a lovely plaza with lots of restaurants just around the corner. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen, a large smart TV and fast internet. I would stay here again when visiting Seville! Nothing

• Taras (10/5): Сам центр Севильи все в пеший доступности - Локация супер в самом центре Севильи квартира на 4 человека заходим в салон и с него попадаем в спальню и со спальни в ванную, есть кухня, кондиционер, вайфай фай хороший Вход в ванную только через спальню и сложно найти паркинг

Aircon efficient Well equipped kitchen Spacious bathroom Helpful staff Lack of dishwasher Microwave from previous century, just old but clean and works Due to ground level apartment it has less natural light insight. Couch in main room needs to be replaced, artificial leather is damaged and looks bad.
• Dagmara (4/5): Not recommending a stay there, too many issues, hosts should first solve them. - Location was good, close to main attractions, shops and restaurants. The bathroom was nice and spacious. There were ants in the kitchen. The washing machine is smelly and dirty. The fridge button is broken, so the fridge beeps randomly sometimes for 30 minutes, very loud noise even in the middle of the night waking me up. There are security cameras, I was not informed about, also the people managing the apartment were surprised about them. The AC in the bedroom is smelly of mold, so I did not use it. The apartment is on the ground floor. The contact with the hosts was not very good.
• Slađana (6/5): Pleasant - Good location in city center. The apartment is on the ground floor of the facility but in the inner part without noise. We only had one key. No hairdryer in the apartment. The washing machine was unusable because of the bad smell.
