Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs.

Due to the ongoing energy crisis, the following rules apply to all properties in Italy:
Guests are obliged by Italian law to follow the rules regarding rubbish collection and recycling. The schedule is different for each city, and guests can find written instructions on the property.

The condominium (central) heating will work on a schedule, as imposed by Italian law, and heating cannot be adjusted. The schedule will operate as follows: 6 AM to 9 AM, 12 PM to 2 PM, and 8 PM to 11 PM.
The highest temperature allowed by Italian law for the residential sector is 19 degrees Celsius for all thermostats, both central and autonomous heating.
Please do not use more than one appliance at once. Otherwise, you may experience power outages. If this happens, guests will need to reset the fuse box. Please do not use more than one appliance at once.
Please note that if the type of check-in of the property you have booked is "Greeter", there will be extra Late Check-in Fees (note that late check-in has surcharges, payable via card/payment link before your arrival:) for check-in after 7 pm.

- Danise (1/5): Not Pleasant - The location of the property is perfect. The poor service and horrible experience that I and my family went through whilst we stayed at the place was appalling.
In addition to the property being in disrepair. One of the bathrooms is so tiny that it was practically not useable to use. We ended up using one bathroom.
On the third night of our stay, all the electricity in the property went off. We had just arrived from the town and were preparing our meals, which we couldn't and kids couldn't eat as there was no electricity to use the oven or to light the gas. We ended up eating takeaway at 11 pm which was an extra cost we did not plan. We had a non-refundable train tickets to go to Venice the following day. With no electricity, we could not wash and prepare food to go.
Also, due to the excess heet and no electricity in the flat due to power cut to flat, one of our children had a nose bleed and we did not sleep all night.
We reported the electricity cut to your customer service team. I was advised to go down to access a switch room where the electricity fusebox, which I could not even open with the keys.
We were told that no electricity engineer was available until the next day. We had to make several calls to the customer service before the electricity was fixed the next day afternoon.
The power cut happened again the next day. The property owner needs to look into providing a main switch fuse board in the house for localise switching because it is wrong for a visitor to be sent on an errand looking for switch to turn power on.
- Ruslan (5/5): Passable - The location is very convenient and close to the Duomo. Kitchen equipped with everything you need. There was enough toilet paper for three days for six people. There are air conditioners in two rooms - living room and one of the bedrooms. There is a working washing machines and more. The cleanliness of the apartment is reasonable. Terrible service. There is no one to talk to! When someone finally answers the phone or WhatsApp, they only make promises and don't deliver!
Air conditioner in the living room barely works, wifi does not work, no batteries in TV remotes, only one remote for the air conditioners works, toilet seat is completely broken, shower doors are broken. And most importantly, there were no duvet covers to cover yourself with at night! For four nights we slept without blankets at all, because the blankets in the closet were dirty and wintery. No one helped us with any problem! As if we rented the apartment from a ghost! I do not recommend coming to this place, despite the positive things I mentioned before. Our experience is completely negative from this place.
