• Andrea (8/5): Relaxing stay in a spacious super clean apartment - Good communication with the property they were able to accommodate our late check in by kindly meeting us at the apartment. Lovely spacious apartment and very clean. Amazing view from the big balcony. In the quieter end of Benidorm but still close to restaurants and bars. Just a short walk to the old town. It was a shame the pool wasn’t open.

• Leanne (1/5): Costa Activa rentals = terrible - The property itself was lovely, very clean and modern, the pool and bar was great. We stayed during an extreme heatwave in July, the AC did not work at all, the apartment did not fall below 30 degrees throughout our stay and we all struggled to sleep, it was hotter inside than outside. Maxim at Costa Activa rentals was terrible, he ignored calls and messages, we had to make numerous trips to the office just to talk to somebody. As an alternative they offered a portable aircon unit and fans which took 2 days to install because that had “apparently” broken also (this person came during the night to install). Costa Activa rentals are shocking if you actually have a problem, they ignored calls from me and booking.com. We had 2 apartments, the second apartment was fine although they was on a meter for the the AC and it cost them a considerable amount as they kept having to top it up. Overall the place is lovely, and the facility’s are great (if working) as long as you don’t have a problem or need help for Costa Activa. You are also quite out of the way of things, if you want to get to the hustle and bustle of Benidorm it’s a long walk or €15 in a taxi.

The apartment is well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The apartment has an extremely serious problem with the sewage drainage system. Inside the apartment there is a terrible smell of sewage. Using the bathrooms is a nightmare and the pleasure of living in the apartment is completely canceled by this element.

It was spacious and had excellent facilities available on the complex. It was slightly further out from old town Benidorm than I anticipated which was fine for those of us who are very mobile but not great for my elderly parents

• Anda (7/5): Good - Very clean apartment, very close to the beach. Brian and Monica was very nice and helpful. The bed in the master bedroom was absolutely terrible. I don't know if it measures 140cm wide, mattress is very hard and uncomfortable and pillows like in this apartment I have never seen before (there were not 2 pillows, but only one like a long tube).

They were in a great location - quiet area with restaurants close by however 10 minute taxi into the strip/busy park of Benidorm. everything was perfect

The pool area was lovely with plenty of room for all the guests to relax and swim in. The lads on the bar were attentive and the drinks selection was good. There was a well kitted out kitchen area including washing machine. The lifeguards were very picky meaning you couldn’t eat an ice cream on your lounger or even have a drink from the bar. The bed in the front bedroom could have been a king instead of a double.

• Ricardo (8/5): Very pleasant! - Marina (our host) was super friendly and helpful. All things went smooth! The apartment was nice and clean and well equiped. Very good location. Guaranteed free parking spot. Sea view. Oustide pool with nice water. The AC did not work during our whole stay. With warm nights it was a bit rough to sleep. The pool lifeguards were a bit rude, but they were kids so I didnt take that into much consideration. A few other minor details that were promptly solved by our host, so no need to mention anything else.

The pools were all great and we used for many hours every day. I loved it all, but it would be nice if the bar at the pool offered more food options. It would be great to stay by the pool all day and eat there.
