• W. Koomen (10/5): Piramides - De vriendelijkheid van het personeel. Niets was ze teveel en stonden altijd voor je klaar. De omgeving van het hotel vond ik wat minder. Wel weer fijne restaurants in de buurt.

L’hôtel a eu la gentillesse de me changer de chambre mais la seule disponible sentait très fort le tabac froid. Les chambres ne sont pas insonorisées on entend la rue et les va-et-vient des chambres voisines.

• Modather Elkhalifa (1/5): Very bad experience - The hotel was a floor in a residential building, rooms were just around the reception, also when they opened the room a street cat came out from it 😳, they said the visitors used to feed it ,that is why it goes inside the room, and they didn't saw her when it enters the room. I had to cancel my booking and now it has been more than a week and I didn't get my money back

What made our stay even more special was the exceptional hospitality. Ali, in particular, was always ready to help us with anything and answer every question with great dedication. He was even willing to accompany us whenever we needed, which we truly appreciated. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that we would highly recommend!

• Hossam (1/5): This is not a hotel - Nothing This is not a hotel. This is a floor inside building has been converted to rooms. Smoking smell everywhere. No security outside the building. I have left after 4 hours from checking in.

• Ashutosh (7/5): Walkable distance to Grand museum and very humble staff - Very good location, walkable distance to grand museum, room were good , I love the shower powerful and hot, rooms were clean, Staff especially Reception Miss Noor was really humble and helpful, she even ordered food for us from app from her personal phone. Next she got breakfast too for us She arranged taxi and another room for us to refresh. Thanks to mr Mobus her assistant who’s helped to carry all our luggage to first floor and down later as elevator was not working. Both elevators were not working, management please take note , it’s not acceptable fix it. Towels were short. Everything else is good

• Bejoy (10/5): Very Nice hotel with friendly staffs - I had stayed for two days and these two days they treated me and wife with great care...all that I asked- they were able to provide....be it guide, tour packages, drop off to Airport - all was arranged ...So i want to thank the manager for being very friendly, Noora and George for the support throughout and last but not the least- our guide - Ameera who had a wealth of knowledge and stayed with us until the end of our tour ...also she took extra time and explained everything....She provided all information precisely and gave us more details about the history of egypt ....overall everybody gave us a good experience and will definitely come back to this Hotel No negative comments

The rooms are well-appointed. It is near the Pyramids and the Grand Museum, and just a short walk to a lively area with restaurants and shops. The staff are very friendly. Nour has been very helpful. I recommend this hotel. Everything is fine.

The hotel seemed to be fairly new, or newly decorated. We didn’t have time to watch television, but there were many international channels. The room also had a safe and other useful amenities. It was all pretty good.

The breakfast is pretty tasty, the bedroom clean and well furnished and Georges and aly (the two receptionists) are really friendly, kind and willing to help you in any possibile way. From the early night to 11pm the discoteque next to the building could be annoying for some customers.

The staff, breakfast,the room was way smalledlr then was shown in the photo, the staff was horrible (no help with the bags) or move out. Force us to take toir packages at higher rate and keep bothering for payments. Its not a hotel just a one floor apartment with 10 rooms 5 each side.

• Belkhaouel (1/5): - Ma réservation commencait à 00h00 le 21/07/2025, on nous a fait payé une nuit parce que pour eux ma réservation n'avait pas encore débuté alors que je suis arrivé le 21/07/2025 à 5h00, en plus quant j'ai fait la réservation, les fenêtres des chambres devaient avoir vue sur les pyramides de gisa, on nous a mis au premier étage les fenêtres donnaient sur la rue, et en plus nous étions à côté d'une salle des fêtes (aatention établissement accolé à une salle des fêtes), , c'est l'été, ils y a beaucoup de mariages pendant deux nuits il était difficile de trouver le sommeil avant minuit..

It’s clean, cozy, and the Wi-Fi is super fast and reliable - a rare find in Egypt! What truly sets this place apart is the team’s honesty, warmth, and genuine care. The hotel manager Ali listens carefully to your needs and ensures the whole team provides the highest level of service. From the moment I arrived, I felt truly at home. They go above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable, and nothing is ever too much to ask. Even when I had a special request, staff did everything they could to help. They are very fair, not charging for extra assistance, which again is rare in Egypt and I really appreciated it. Guests even receive little gifts upon departure - beautiful bookmarks with Egyptian symbols of success. Highly recommend this hotel!

• Al (10/5): Try and i promise you'll be back - This is my best stay ever. Their humanity, their kindness has no limit. The first time I stepped in I felt so comfortable with Ali who helped me settle even though they were full booked. I felt like i am with siblings. From the manager, Ali who help with anything you need in Egypt, his son who is always willing to help, the smily George who was always up to ask if I need anything and Noor who will always take care of anything you want. I spent 16 days and I will be back for sure. Rooms are so clean and the breakfast is tasty. It's worth the price. Thank you the team.

• Dita (10/5): Exceptional Experience – Highly Recommend! - I had an amazing stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and happy. Their service is truly exceptional – they will do everything they can to make sure you have the best possible stay. The location is fantastic, just a short distance from the Pyramids. The internet was super fast and stable – no interruptions at all, which is perfect for remote work or streaming. The shower was also excellent, with strong water pressure and hot water available at all times, which is rare in Egypt. You can tell the staff genuinely care about their guests and take pride in what they do. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cairo – it’s a great place to relax, explore, and feel completely taken care of!

• Liam (9/5): Great value hotel - It's a good hotel. The staff is super friendly. It's clean . The ac is really good and working. Overall I can't complain. The hotel is really worth it especially if you are looking for a great value place. Next to the hotel is a kiosk where you can buy bottled water, snacks and cigarettes. Keep in mind that the location isn't close to most attractions because they are in Cairo. This isn't the fault of the hotel but make sure that you know this when you are booking.
• Dr. (10/5): Exceptional - Very good value for the money. Rooms a little bit small. But good enough for 2 people.

The Smile face yung lady nour , the amazing breakfast lady belall mother - The price is great, the location to close to the new museum and pyramids. From Giza sphinx airport to easy access. I hope soon they can make it more affordable Room to come with more people.

They are always there to help. Rooms were new and spotless clean. Breakfast on the balcony is perfect. Super close to pyramids. They have many options for tours & transport but aren’t pushy - just genuine, kind & helpful. Highly recommend. Wished we could stay longer!❤️❤️
