Travelling with my father, we were woken up by extremely loud banging on the door while sleeping, which genuinely frightened us. Staff then accessed the occupied room to install curtains. Really close to the Vatican. it’s about 20-30 minutes on bus to the attractions in the center of the city. We didn’t mind this, as we prefer to stay in calmer areas that easy to access busses. Not as kind on WhatsApp but very kind in person.

Easily accessible via train station or on foot. Unfortunately, the kettle, coffee machine and hairdryer were not working in our room which was a shame although it didn’t really affect our stay overall.

Varikana yürüyerek 10 dk. Kahve çay bayat kötüydü, içilemeyecek durumdaydı. Klima bozuk E7 hatası veriyordu. Kapı zor kapanıyor. Yorgan inceydi. Dış kapının anahtarla açıldığı söylendi ama kodla açılıyormuş. Gece odaya geldik ve dış kapıyı açamadığımızı söylediğimizde çok kaba bir üslupla mesaj gönderdiler. Hem yanlış yönlendirildik hemde saygısızca konuşuldu. (Kim olduğunu bilmiyorum whatsapp üzerinden iletişim kurdular) Odada küçük bir masa olsa iyi olurdu. Eşyalarımızı koyacağımız bir alan yoktu. Duvar dibindeki yatağın prizi bozuktu, şarj aletini takınca şartel attı. Ortak kullanım alanında buzdolabı, mikro dalga , bulaşık makinası var, kahve makinesi uzun zamandır kullanılmıyor gibi görünüyordu ve pisti.

- Ines (8/5): - Das Appartement ist sehr nahe am Vatikan gelegen. Die Bushaltestelle ins Zentrum ist auf der anderen Straßenseite. An der Bahnstation (fußläufig) kann man sich ein 1-7-Tage Ticket für den Nahverkehr kaufen. Wir mussten spontan um einen Tag verlängern. Das war kein Problem. Im Bett habe ich sehr geschwitzt.

- AMPARO (8/5): Viaje en familia - Las habitaciones eran cómodas y limpias, y para mis hermanos que dormían son sus niños pequeños, tenían habitaciones estupendas. La zona de cocina con mesas para poder estar con el resto de mi familia estuvo muy bien, sobre todo con niños, ya que por la noche como acabábamos agotados, les podíamos dar de cenar cosas que comprábamos en los supermercados de alrededor. Aparte tenía la parada de taxis al lado. El personal siempre estaba dispuesto por teléfono si necesitabas algo. La ubicación para la zona del Vaticano era buenísima para ir andando, el resto no tanto pero con un taxi en poco tiempo llegabas a cualquier lugar.

- Levente Àrpád (9/5): 2 éjszakás római városnézés - A szállás(ok) egy szépen felújított több emeletes ház alsó szintjén helyezkednek el. Közös, valóban jól felszerelt konyhával, asztalokkal, automata kávégéppel. A Szent Péter tér kb. 250 méterre található, a szállástól egy sarokra egy szupermarket. Egyébként 25 méterre van a 64-es busz végállomása. Az egész szoba valamint a fürdőszoba tiszta, rendezett. Tiszta törülközőkkel, szobapapucsokkal, ès bent is volt kapszulás kávégép, csèszèk ès egy kisebb ital hűtő. Az okos tv abszolút használható. Nem volt ilyen.

- Stacey (7/5): The location was the reason we chose this property and it didn't let us down. Overall a great place. - Great sized room and bed, which was very comfortable. Lovely decor. Loved the disco light in the shower cubicle. Plenty of towels, a mini fridge, safe, hairdryer, coffee machine and kettle although teabags weren't replenished, only coffee. They very kindly allowed us to leave our bags in the reception area until it was time to leave the city on our last day. Pls give notice in advance that tourism tax needs to be paid in cash. I live cashless so this was a pain. If I'd known in advance I'd have brought it with me and left it the 1st night. Room was far too cold at night in November. There were no blankets and the aircon unit didn't run warm despite ramping up temperature to 24 to see if it would heat up. We had to sleep with our coats over the duvet (when they were dry). Towel warmer in bathroom didn't work so we had to get fresh towels every time we had a shower, therefore the notice in the bathroom asking you to consider not getting fresh towels, whilst I agree with it, it was a waste of time; you can't dry yourself on a wet towel. If 2 of you staying, be aware there's only enough hot water for 2 short showers or 1 long one, in our experience anyway.
- Lokmen (8/5): 3 days is enough for Rome and to discover all the stuff, really enjoyed it! - Very safe, very very well placed and safe neighborhood and the room was clean and everything but doesn’t really fit the pictures and the Wi Fi didn’t work at all. The room is still modern, everything is in place so you can enjoy your trip, even though I though I would have something a bit better for the price, we spent most of our time outside the room so it was enough for what we needed (little fridge, boiler, etc). Still a place that I would recommend or reuse if I had to come back. No Wi Fi, not fitting the pictures for our side of the building (the building is sperated with « Suite » and « Home » but the pictures are the same and can be confusing)

- Marzena (5/5): - Jedyne co mi się podobało w tym apartamencie, to obsługa (panowie sprzątający), lokalizacja i czystość. Ogólnie apartament znośny, ale bardzo ciemny. W ciągu dnia trzeba było świecić światło, ponieważ okno było "schowane" w kącie. Ekspres do kawy, który był w pokoju nie działał, na szczęście ten w ogólnodostępnej kuchni był sprawny. Przy rezerwacji było napisane, że apartament posiada dostęp do Netflixa i posiadał ale dla kont, do których nie dostałam haseł. Łóżko miało być jedno duże, a dostałam dwa złączone, które kilka razy w nocy się rozchodziły. Spóźniłam się z przyjazdem na miejsce o pół godziny, ponieważ samolot się spóźnił,kiedy napisałam do właściciela, że jestem (o północy i tak też zaznaczyłam, że do północy będę), to napisał mi że śpi i że nie przyjedzie. Po kilku wiadomościach whatsapp, podał mi instrukcję jak dostać się innym wejściem do budynku i do pokoju. Ale po wiadomościach wymienionych z właścicielem obiektu, było widać, że jest oburzony.

Blisko pokoju na sąsiedniej ulicy bistro Romolo, super kawa, śniadanie i słodycze. Dobre wi-fi, darmowe. Plus za kuchnię w osobnym pomieszczeniu, w pełni wyposażoną. Problem przy zameldowaniu o godz. 09.00 pm, brak osoby na recepcji, kontakt tylko zdalny poprzez komunikator. Nie można było kupić śniadania, a takie info było na booking. Pokoje są zlokalizowane na poziomie minus 1, co też nie zgadza się z info na booking.

- Nestor A (3/5): Won’t recommend this place . Don’t Waite your money - The front gate was literally locked I had to wait like an hour before I could get in- very hot as well while waiting. Have a receptionist to greet customers. They all look like custodians and very unfriendly.
- Brendan (10/5): A great room to stay in whilst in Rome. the 62 and 64 terminates across the road. Perfect! - Our room was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Air conditioning (very welcome after a 36c day in Rome), Small fridge, TV, kettle, coffee machine, hanging space for clothes, very comfortable beds. The ensuite bathroom had a bidet, toilet, nice size hand basin, good size shower, hairdryer, heated towel rails, lovely cotton towels provided. Shampoo and soap provided, plus a packaged pair of complementary slippers. The room was perfect for our short 4 day stay in Rome. There is a well stocked communal kitchen that is available to all also. Giancarlos and his team were very helpful and helped us with a free map and travel advice. Their English was very good too. They serviced the room when we were out and changed all our bedding and cleaned our room. Excellent service and great value too. The buses terminate across the road so there was always a bus waiting when we went into town. We used the 62 and 64 buses which took us into the heart of the city. When coming home once we got onto the 62 or 64 bus we knew it would take us all the way back to our hotel. Perfect! St Peters station is across the road, so if you plan extra travel by train it's perfect, plus the train took us to the 'Termini' main station in Rome to get our main train to Ciampino airport. (We used our 7 day atac Metrobus Roma pass for this journey to Termini station). A coffee table in the room would of been very helpful.

Ogólnodostępny ekspres do kawy. Słaba komunikacja z obiektem. Po dokonaniu rezerwacji dostałam potwierdzenie dwóch osobnych łóżek w pokoju. Po zameldowaniu (bez obecności obsługi) okazało sie, że w pokoju jest jedno łóżko i jedna kołdra. Po wymianie wiadomości otrzymałam informację, że tego dnia nie ma już personelu, więc zmienią ustawienie łóżek kolejnego dnia. Następnego dnia po powrocie z miasto okazało się, że nic nie zostało zmienione i w pokoju dalej było jedno łóżko, mimo że personel był, ponieważ pokój był sprzatniety. Napisałam kolejna wiadomość, która już nawet nie została odczytana. Brak wieszaków na ręczniki (poza małym kaloryferem) i półki na kosmetyki w łazience. W pokoju nie ma żadnej szafy ani szafki na ubrania, są otwarte półki i drążek tylko z 3 wieszakami.

Prices competitive Wifi quality, our mobile phones couldn't connect during the entire stay. Without internet, Tv also didn't work. (We stayed in the little room).

- Tatyana (1/5): Impresentable - Nada Todo, si quieres hacer estación de penitencia es tu sitio ideal. Me fue imposible acudir por enfermedad pero mi hija si pudo acudir. La dirección que dan no es correcta, y en el barrio no quiso quedarse ni el taxista. Después de estar mi hija buscando el alojamiento y de escribirles y escribir un WhatsApp tuvo que acabar buscándose un hotel. No ha habido contacto de la propiedad en ningún momento, aún no han contestado los WhatsApp a mi hija. Ante todo esto solicité la cancelación con reembolso, petición rechazada por el establecimiento para eso si han contestado pronto: es una vergüenza no os dejéis engañar por las fotos ni los comentarios buenos, filtrar los malos que son los más habituales que tienen! La ubicación es perfecta para rodar el vaquilla a la versión italiana. Impresentables.
- Li (6/5): Good location for public transport and Vatican City, but not really comfy stay. - Location is really good, staff is very helpful, too. Hot water system is a big problem, we stayed for 3 nights, never got enough hot water for all 5 of us for shower. No respond from owner for this issue. Also the suit is kind of under ground floor, no views at all, but just dust from the road if you have the window opened.
