• nadir (1/5): - Dès mon arrivée dans la chambre, il était évident que je ne pourrais pas y séjourner. Une odeur insupportable d’humidité, mêlée à des relents d’égouts, imprégnait toute la pièce. Les toilettes dégageaient en plus une forte odeur d’urine. Le canapé, censé accueillir deux personnes supplémentaires, était totalement inutilisable : une simple carcasse, sans aucun confort. Mes enfants ont passé une nuit extrêmement difficile dans ces conditions inacceptables. Malgré mon arrivée tardive, j’ai fait l’effort de rester une nuit. Mais le lendemain matin, la présence de trois cafards dans la chambre a rendu la situation absolument intolérable. Face à un tel niveau d’insalubrité et de négligence, j’ai été contraint de quitter immédiatement l’établissement et de réserver un autre hôtel afin de pouvoir poursuivre mon séjour dans des conditions décentes.

Some room might have problem with cleanliness but overall are great.. the view also amazing. Some room has lots of cochroach but most of it is okay

• Ahmad (4/5): - Some of the staff were nice like the guy that checked me in but some were disgustingly rude. For example I was trying to complete my check in process and one staff member came from behind me and then he shouted saying he must pay early check-in fee even though I was just trying to check-in on time. The place was filled with small cockroaches especially the bathroom. One time I left my room and there was one crawling on the door from outside. Also the furniture was extremely uncomfortable, the bed unusable and the sofa was broken and I couldn't sit on it.

• Narinder (1/5): Disgusting - The people that served the breakfast in the morning were really kind. It was super dirty, the elevator was broken and very scary with wooden panels to stand on and the walls with plastic foam. The halls are all the same, so finding your way back to the room maybe difficult. You have to throw away your own garbage bag to not get a fine of making it dirty… but wow how dirty it was!! The soap dispensers and bathroom were super sticky, we didnt dare to walk barefoot. The dishes that were set on the bar table were dirty and still had little pieces of other peoples food in there. I checked the matress before going to sleep that one night, but luckily no bedbugs. The room was so dirty, but since we arrived at night we werent able to switch hotels and we didnt get a refund for the 6 days we didnt stay. The next morning we directly moved to another hotel. The man behind the reception kept chewing something while talking to us. We just checked out directly the next morning.

• Syed Muhammad Rizwan (10/5): It was wonderful and worth it - breakfast was not provided by the hotel, however there are a lot of food spots nearby, within 2 min walk including Khan Foods (Pakistani foods), KFC etc money exchange was just opposite side of the road grocery stores like 7-eleven, 99-Pasar and KK for all the daily groceries hotel studio room also included laundry machine which was a bliss for me as my kids are under 10 years old and daily laundry was necessary for us Rooms are clean, with good view of KL city, other amenities include gym, kids play area, swimming pool, 8 ball pool and foosball my kids loved it too. Eazy find food everywhere.. the facility was so good .. swimming pool, poll table, gym and playground so amazing The dust on the wall is so bad. Accly i came for a quick rest from my kronik asthma. But my asthma getting worse. So i ask the cleaning services to clean the dust at night. But overall i can say, im happy if i can stay there again

Das Zimmer war hervorragend – geräumig, sauber, sehr stilvoll und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Alles auf den Bildern und in der Beschreibung entsprach der Wahrheit – in Wirklichkeit war es sogar noch schöner. Ich kann das Hotel auf jeden Fall empfehlen und werde gerne wiederkommen.

Il faut obligatoirement un maillot de bain une pièce pour se baigner, j'aurais aimé le savoir avant, je n'ai donc pas pu profiter de la piscine, vraiment dommage

• Nazmul (2/5): Not recommended to stay for Fsmily - Price was low due to discount - They told to give Twin Tower view room but given a back city which not nice. - During registration they told us 2nd day give better room, high floor & nice view but that staff disappears and other staff say can’t change - 1st day found room not clean and bed sheet wasn’t change. - 2nd day ask them to change bed sheet & clean room as thee many cockroaches. - Staff attitude is wing not professional & not trained

• Muhammad Hanan (6/5): - the location is strategic, free parking the mattress is hard that u can feel the spring inside, the pillows are not comfortable, upon check in we are being 'welcome' with very stinky smell from the toilet (which needed us to call the cleaner to clean up the toilet one more time), not to mention that the floor is sticky. then we need to move to different room at different level at 10pm because the toilet in our room is clogging. its a troublesome moving around with kids and heavy luggages. so dificult to scan in and out. too many rules (such as the need to throw rubbish by ourself).
