• Andrea (9/5): Toller Aufenthalt - Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen, trotzdem war es ruhig. Die Küche ist klein, aber funktional. Die Schlüsselübergabe zum Ein und Auschecken war unkompliziert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
• keyla (10/5): Excelente - Nos gustó muchísimo la ubicación, a dos pasos del metro,de la sagrada familia, de un supermercado.... mejor imposible,el apartamento estaba muy limpio y tiene todo lo necesario,nos dejaron toallas de más.... estaba todo muy muy limpio,si volvemos a barcelona nos quedaríamos en este mismo alojamiento... el personal que te atiende para el chek-in y demás es muuuy amable y pendiente e resolverte todas tus dudas y que todo esté perfecto. Nos gustó todo!!

• Katarina (8/5): Quiet neighborhood, next to the Sagrada Familia - The location is quiet, next to Sagrada Familia, which is nice. Otherwise you need to go to the center or to the coast by taxi or metro. The apartment is good for families or larger groups. It has a small balcony. The beds are very comfortable. Everything was very clean. There is an elevator in the building. It has two bathrooms, which is great. The kitchen has everything you need, including coffee, tea, salt, oil. The apartment has a bit of an unusual layout. It has a very long hallway and at one end is the master bedroom, which has its own bathroom with a window and in the bathroom and bedroom which is great. The other three rooms have a small window facing the inside of the house, you look at the wall, almost no natural light. The kitchen is next to the master bedroom and the second bathroom, the living room with a dining table is at the other end of the apartment, with the rooms in between. This layout didn't bother us, because we only slept for 3 nights, we didn't cook anything. But it would bother me if we were staying longer and were cooking inside, because you have to carry everything from one end of the apartment to the other.

• Kaprinayová (10/5): - We stayed for 3 nights as a family of 6 people. There was plenty of room for everyone, the apartment has everything you need for your stay. There was also shampoo and shower gel provided which was highly appreciated. The apartment was very clean and beds are comfortable. The location is very good, right next to Sagrada Familia with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Even though it’s in a tourist part, the neighbourhood was quiet at night time. The owner is very helpful, recommended us restaurants to try and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Nothing

• Dianne (10/5): Lovely apartment! - We had a really great experience at this apartment. We were a family of five and all had enough space with no issues. It’s directly across the street from Sagrada familia so it’s easy to grab a cab to leave anywhere. I would stay here again!
• Jaana (9/5): - Great location, everything close by. Apartment was as described, two bathrooms was really good to have. The host answered every question and request quickly. The dinnertable is small already for five people. It would be good to have a few more coffee mugs etc. There should be instructions on how to use the machines in the apartment, for example how long is the washing program in the dishwasher. It's not always so easy with international guests.

• Magdalena (9/5): Wspaniale miejsce na kilkudniowy urlop z rodziną lub znajomymi. - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja i wielkość apartamentu dla większej grupy, elastyczna dostępność miejsc do spania, jadalnia i dwie łazienki z kosmetykami, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, wygodne łóżka, bardzo dobrze zaaranżowane przechowywanie w pokojach. Brak podstawowych przypraw jak sól, była tylko jedna kostka do zmywania w zmywarce, kawa i herbata w niewystarczającej ilości dla 6 osób, szczotka i szufelka uszkodzone, brak dużego lustra np nad stołem w korytarzu

C’è una grande attenzione ai dettagli, tutto quello di cui avrete bisogno c’è, dal caffe, a shampoo e balsamo, alla lavastoviglie con le pasticche gia presenti, ulteriori asciugamani, sacchetti per il bidone, sapone per i piatti, ecc… È tutto perfettamente insonorizzato infatti non abbiamo mai avuto particolari problematiche. Ottima la possibilità di accedere con un codice dal telefono, cosicchè essendo in gruppo ognuno è libero di entrare quando vuole. La pulizia è eccellente, anche meglio di alcuni posti in Italia, e in casa c’è sempre un ottimo profumo. Aria condizionata presente nelle due stanze all’estremitá, e per tutte le altre c’è un ventilatore. L’host è sempre disponibile e premuroso. È stata veramente un’ottima esperienza, lo consiglio!
• Frans (6/5): Verblijf dicht bij de Sagrada Familia - De locatie was perfect. De douche was goed. Eigenaar heeft zich nooit voorgesteld. Dit vonden wij vreemd voor een appartement verhuur. De keuken was aan de kleine kant, evenals de 1 persoons slaapkamers. De hoeveelheid aan eetgerei was minimaal voor het aantal personen dat er kan verblijven. We vonden de matrassen relatief hard en de kussens heel dun.

• Bianca Andreea (6/5): - - Gazda primitoare - locatia foarte ok - apartamentul mare - camerele arata ca in poze - ne-am confruntat cu plosnite de pat si dupa prima noapte ne-am trezit plini de muscaturi si am fost nevoiti sa ne cautam alta cazare, ceea ce a insemnat timp pierdut din vacanta noastra si bani irositi, deoarece preturile erau diferite fata de momentul cand noi ne rezervasem cazarea aceasta. Intr-adevar gazda a fost foarta draguta (de aceea nici nu am dat un punctaj mai mic de atat) si ne-a returnat toti banii, insa a fost o experienta neplacuta deoarece acele muscaturi provocau si mancarime, ceea ce a cauzat disconfort zilele urmatoare. De asemenea, in apartament se aflau solutii pentru plosnite, ceea ce ma face sa cred ca se stia de aceasta problema - la capitolul curatenie mai este de lucrat
• Streller (10/5): Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, sauber, zentral ,sehr zu empfehlen! - Das Appartement bietet alles, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigt. Der Check-in und Check-out verliefen sehr einfach und unkompliziert. Die Unterkunft ist bestens ausgestattet, sauber, klimatisiert, ruhig und dabei sehr zentral. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist die schnelle und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit den Vermietern,alle Fragen wurden sofort beantwortet. Absolut empfehlenswert! Wir reisen öfter mit der Familie oder in größeren Gruppen und benötigen daher regelmäßig eine Unterkunft für mehrere Personen. Aus Erfahrung können wir sagen: hier stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis wirklich. Die Vermieter sind sehr zuvorkommend ,an einem Regentag haben sie uns sogar direkt freundlich informiert, dass im Appartement Regenschirme zur Verfügung stehen. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind sehr gut erreichbar, die Metrostation liegt direkt in der Nähe und auch die Busverbindungen sind ausgezeichnet. Zudem gibt es zahlreiche Möglichkeiten, in der Umgebung gut zu essen. Insgesamt eine hervorragende Unterkunft, die wir jederzeit wieder buchen würden.

• Jonanht (8/5): Nice Apartment in a Secure, Walkable Neighborhood - The apartment was lovely — clean, well-furnished, and exactly as described. Everything we needed was within walking distance: shops, restaurants, and attractions, all easily accessible. The neighborhood itself felt safe and welcoming, which made getting around on foot very convenient.

Relatively quiet in terms of outside noise for such a central location. A neat and relatively new place - overall we had a very pleasant stay and if you want something very central, it's a great option The small rooms' windows face the stairs and you hear quite some noise from neighbours walking up and down. The big room and living room - not. There is quite a difference in rooms in terms of space and view, just something to be aware of
• Louise (8/5): Friends weekend break - The location was excellent. The host was helpful. Having a lift in the building was a bonus. kitchen cupboards too high. Towels were very thin and rough. Could do with more glasses, teatowel and mirrors. maybe some tourist information for attractions, buses etc although the host was quick to respond to messages and very helpful.

It was a great place for our family of 6+ baby. The patio has a great view of the street below. The area felt safe and it was convenient to public transportation. Facilities were cleanable and they provided great and speedy answers to our questions. We would stay again! The elevator was a bit small but it was workable.

Was a little tight for 7 of us but we were grateful to find a place that could accomodate our group and in such a great location.

• Noelle (4/5): Disappointing - We were 4 friends (some over 60) meeting up in Barcelona for the weekend. This apartment, we felt, was not suitable for us as the singles rooms were so small & airless. Maybe ok for a couple with young children or a younger group of friends. The 2nd double is also in a small room & not really suitable for 2 people. The other double was a good size with en-suite bathroom. The host responded to our questions quickly & allowed us to leave our bags at the apartment before check-in.

There are shampoo, conditioner and liquid soap on both bathrooms. Excellent quality. Perfect vacations The kitchen is too far from living room and table.

The host provided pack and play and high chair for our baby. Easy access to transport. Subway was a block away but cabs are cheap and easily accessible outside the apt. • Juan (9/5): My family and I absolutely loved our time in Barcelona, and the gorgeous apartment made things very convenient and easy - The apartment owner was absolutely lovely and super helpful every step of the way. The property is perfectly located to enjoy Barcelona with the gorgeous Sagrada Familia just a few steps out of the building. One of the rooms had a slightly uncomfortable bed and a bit too much light coming from the corridor.

• Greig (9/5): Superb - The place was in a great location close to the metro, good food and the Sagrada Familia, and more than comfortable for 4 people. Everything was clean and tidy and there was everything that we could need. The AC worked well and helped kept the place cool during a hot period in Barcelona. Would definitely stay here again given the opportunity. We did have only one key which did make it difficult at times to coordinate between the four of us but this was minor.

It’s literally in the centre of the city, 10 minutes from Sagrada Familia 😍 It was super convenient!! The apartment was ideally clean and nice. We were staying in the family of 6 and there was a lot of space (btw if you are planning to cook something you’ll find everything for this in the kitchen:) We also enjoyed our hosts who was super helpful and very polite. He gave us a lot of recommendations and we went to the restaurant that he recommended and had a very good time! We would stay there again and highly recommend both the host and the apartment 😇

There is a neibougher the couple is quarrolling the whole night we could not sleep until 1am and 6am they are continueing quarralling. nothing else
