- hilgers (7/5): - Airbnb was mooi, zwembaden goed onderhouden, strand was aangenaam. De conciërge van het resort wilde perse onze huwelijks akte en paspoorten, ondanks dat we die bij ons hadden was dit niet vermeld nodig te zijn.
- Zlatko (2/5): Nismo se osijećali ugodno zbog prljave posteljine i ostalog sadržaja. - Položaj blizu bazena i plaže, funkcionalnost kuhinje, zidovi bijeli i čisti. Prljava posteljina, prljavi jastuci i madraci ispod posteljine, majice smo oblačili preko jastuka i spavali u trenerkama, prljavi ručnici, potrgano sušilo za rublje, nema wi-fi (domaćica je pokušala osposobiti neki stari router, ali nije uspjela), televizor se ne može gledati jer je jedna utičnica u blizini, a treba uključiti dva uređaja (TV i receiver), malo pribora za jelo i ono što ima pribora trebalo je davno zamijeniti pošto ima vidljiva oštećenja, neke stvari od pribora ne mogu se oprati koliko su stare i istrošene, neuredno i staro kupatilo. Prilikom rezervacije nema navedenih dodatnih troškova, a kasnije kroz poruke žele vam naplatiti struju.

- Sandra (10/5): Angenehmer Aufenthalt - Der Ausblick aufs Meer und die ruhige Lage. WLAN stand immer zur Verfügung. Strand direkt bei der Unterkunft. Wenig Geschirr und Gläser und vieles war angebrochen. Es stand aber für den Gebrauch ausreichend zur Verfügung. Ich musste mich am 2. letzten Tag selbst um Strom für die Wohnung kümmern (Karte aufladen).

- Pietro (7/5): Bello ma migliorabile !!! - Rapporto Qualità/Prezzo OTTIMO tenendo presente che soggiornavo i primi giorni di marzo, spiaggia mare e panorama bello come nelle foto, zona spiaggia attrezzata in modo buono, di notte zona super tranquilla In questo momento ci sono lavori di ampliamento del resort quindi esternamente lo stabile c'è un po' di polvere (specialmente in terrazza) e qualche rumore esterno fastidioso, fortunatamente solo poche ore di giorno, chiaramente non per colpa dei gestori/proprietari, il pagamento della corrente e del WIFI è a parte, non si parla di grosse cifre ma almeno farlo presente prima della prenotazione secondo me sarebbe più corretto verso il cliente

Quelques difficultés à trouver la résidence mais bonne communication avec notre hôte qui nous a accueilli chaleureusement malgré notre arrivée tardive.Sejiu

Ademas insistian demasiado en recibir Tips... es mas no me dieron el vuelto completo del servicio de taxi que pedi y no habia papel higiénico ni jabón en el baño

- Berke (5/5): - The hotel is located in a quiet and serene area. It has its own beautiful beach. All kitchen utensils are sufficient in the in-room kitchen. It has a nice balcony. The bed and sofa were also very comfortable. The lady employee who attended to us was very polite and helpful. Even though our flight arrived very late at night, they assisted us with checking into the room. First of all, the hotel is very far from the city center, so you need to take a taxi to get to the center to go out and explore. The Wi-Fi doesn't work very well. Some of the items in the room were dirty. We just checked out of the hotel and they asked for payment for the electricity we used during our stay. It's not an expensive amount, but it's not mentioned on the website where we booked the hotel. If you're coming to Hurghada, we recommend booking your hotel in the area around Sheraton Road; it's a more central location with plenty of shops and places to shop nearby.

- Karim (10/5): Magnifique chambre d'hôtel - Très belle chambre avec une superbe vue sur la mer. Les équipements étaient complet : grand frigo, belle cuisine, fer à repasser, tele, grande table pour manger etc.. La chambre et le sanitaires étaient egalement tres propres. Enfin, la piscine et la plage etaient tres jolie egalement. Le fais que les commerces soient un peu éloigné.

- Hanan (10/5): Amazing place customer service is great - Very spacious, spotless, and located right by the beach an amazing place for a family holiday. The environment was peaceful, the rooms were well maintained, and the beach was only a short walk away. It had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay with plenty of activities for the whole family. There were additional utility charges that were not mentioned before the booking. I believe these costs should either be included in the booking price or clearly stated before payment is made.

The cleaner of the complex was smoking right in the corridor on the 2nd floor while cleaning. 5. I was charged extra $5 for the electricity usage. 6. No good restaurants and shops nearby.
- Manuela (7/5): Tolle Lage am Strand - gut ausgestattete Küche - Die Zimmer waren gut eingerichtet. Es gab in jedem Schlafzimmer einen großen Kleiderschrank und ausreichend Bettzeug. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Herd, Backofen, Friteuse, Toaster, Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine. Zusätzlich war ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck vorhanden. Auch der Ess-/Koch-Wohnraum war gemütlich eingerichtet. Neben der Küche war gleich ein großer Esstisch mit ausreichend Stühlen und gleich daneben zwei kleine Sofas und ein Sessel. In jedem Raum war eine Klimaanlage. Die Assistentin Nardeen war telefonisch gut zu erreichen - und versuchte ihr bestmögliches für die Lösung unserer Probleme, z.B. dass mehrfach das Wifi nicht funktionierte. Sie war stets ruhig und freundlich. Es gab in der ganzen Wohnung nur ein Fenster und das war der Balkon. Alle anderen Räume waren deshalb sehr dunkel. Zum Schminken gab es zwar einen Schminkspiegel aber keinen Hocker dazu. Die Wäsche konnte gewaschen werden, aber leider hat der rostige Wäschständer viele Spuren in unserer Kleidung hinterlassen. Unser Zimmer wurde mindestens 2x von fremden Personen betreten und bei unserer Abwesenheit durchwühlt - die Besitzerin versicherte uns aber, dass es nur diesen einen Schlüssel für den Raum gäbe. Eine Lösung gab es ansonsten nicht. Deshalb hatten wir Papiere und Geld stets bei uns. Zusätzlich waren wir geschockt, dass wir bei Abreise unseren Strom extra bezahlen müssten, obwohl dies mit booking so nicht vereinbart war. Die Eigentümerin ließ aber mit sich verhandeln und akzeptierte unser Nein nach langen Diskussionen. Schade ist, dass es zwar eine ausreichende Anzahl an Handtüchern gab, aber keinerlei Seife oder Spülmittel bei unserer Ankunft da war. Ebenfalls gab es keinen Föhn und die Dusche wurde nur durch einen einfachen Vorhang vom Waschbecken getrennt. Die Innenstadt ist ca. 20 Min. Fahrzeit entfernt.

- Laura (8/5): Un sogno avverato! Vivere sul mare - La casa era veramente ben strutturata, pulita, un bel terrazzo vivibile, ottima posizione, bella spiaggia, vista e tranquillità impagabili. Ottimo cibo nel risto/bar sulla spiaggia. Nella casa tutto bene. Il grosso problema è non poter entrare nella struttura per poter scaricare/caricare i bagagli (nonostante l’ampissimo spazio disponibile) e per chi come me viaggia con una persona anziana con difficoltà motorie la quale si trova praticamente segregata in casa per l’enorme difficoltà di arrivare alla propria auto parcheggiata all’esterno.

Ikke noget wc papir og strømmen skal man betale udover. Rengøring var der heller ikke noget af og mange mangler på service i køkkenet.

Batiments pas super entretenu, (murs sales, abimés), les voisins ne tenaient pas l’ascenseur propre. Il y a eu des coupures de courant embêtantes. Avant d’arriver je n’avais pas éte prevenu que j’etais limité en consommation d’électricité non plus sinon paiement en cas d’hors forfait (je n’ai pas dépassé). Mauvaise insonorisation, claquage de porte, cris d’enfants tres tard le soir. Personnel plutot poli mais j’ai vu mieux en terme d’accueil. À l’exterieur de l’immeuble, c’est une zone un peu reculée, et c’est moins beau que sur les photos. La Wifi capte tres mal par moment..

- Miriame (7/5): - Après plusieurs quiproquos concernant une réservation maximale tarifairement avec le must de la vue sur la Mer Rouge, nous sommes parvenus à obtenir l appartement réservé. Plusieurs disfonctionnements,tels les éclairages et le ballon d eau chaude disfonctionnants ont été réglés rapidement par les responsables de ce très bel établissement.. Un grand merci à l' équipe du Turtles Beach, qui est aux petits soins pour ses locataires.

En arrivant sur place, nous avons été obligé de batailler pour obtenir une parodie de location. Nous étions logé devant le parking extrêmement sale. Le canapé est taché,l intérieur du réfrigérateur est rouillé,la plaque électrique est délabrée. Nous n' avons pas d eau chaude depuis notre arrivée,il n'y a pas de vaisselle propre ni lumière dans l entrée et sur le balcon.. Sachant que nous avons payé, trois fois le prix pratiqué normalement. Ce séjour est un désastre c'est du vol caractérisé.

Climatisations fonctionnelles. Sécurité honnête et fiable : sac à main oublié retrouvé et restitué pendant le séjour. Des aspects positifs tout de même respectables malgré les inconvénients. Hôtel en chantier à l’abandon, entrée peu accueillante et visuellement peu agréable. Parking en sable, peu pratique. Accueil peu chaleureux, absence de sourire du personnel. Localisation éloignée d’Hurghada (environ 30 minutes en voiture). Connexion internet très mauvaise. Propreté moyenne. Un climatiseur de qualité inférieure (en plastique). Étendage rouillé ayant taché nos vêtements.

- Esmaeel (3/5): Niewieder - Nur meerblick hat uns gefallen Als wir angekommen sind war ein mann (kein Ahnung was er für Aufgabe hat ). er hat mir NUR die Gebäude gezeigt und sollte ich ALEIN zur Wohnung gehen ohne Schlüssel dann habe nach Schlüssel gefragt sagt er ja die tür ist offen und Schlüssel findst du in der Schublade. In der Wohnung war keine Wäscheständer wie in der Beschreibung. Den haven wir aber nach 4 Tagen bekommen. Jedes Mal wenn wir abend am Strand spazieren wollten wurden wir gefragt ob wir da wohnen. Auch Baustelle, straßenhunde laufen überalle rum. Es wäre gut wenn der/die Inhaber/ Inhaberin mehr Kontakt mit den Vermieter aufnehmen.

Al momento de llegar no habia wifi, pero al otro dia lo soluciono la persona que estaba a cargo de la estancia. Al momento de llegar habia un mal olor, el cual durante toda la estancia no mejoro pese a tener abierta constantemente la ventana (debimos ademas comprar un raid por los mosquitos, pero preferiamos eso a sentir el mal olor) además no ponen papel higienico, algo que es básico al momento de rentar una instancia.

- Marta Anna (9/5): A very nice flat , recommend also for longer stay - The flat was really nice , comfortable beds, nice view, 2 pools, a very nice beach. Air conditioner was fine and the facilities, too. The owner was very nice person and helpful with anything . Just bed linen and towels were used , however clean , could be replaced . Outside there is a building area , unpleasant entrance , but not noise or dust from it .

- Oscar (1/5): Horrible experience - The sea view from one of the apartments Everything was terrible. We initially book one night and the following weekend two nights for our group of friends and the first night got cancelled 2 days before while we were already travelling so no connection and saying that the price was a mistake (even tho we booked months in advance) so they wanted to charge us more. We had to book last minute another hotel because of that. The following weekend when we actually stayed there, we had the worst experience ever. First of all, it’s nothing at all like a “resort” but a complex of apartments which are individually rented (with resort on its name). The taxis almost always missed the entrance because it looks terrible (all in construction). We got the keys to the two apartments we rented to discover that we had no WiFi at all, after talking to the owner we got internet on one of them (and we had to manually connect the router ourselves) and the other they said they will need to buy a new router the following day(!), which we never actually got it, when I asked the day after it was hanging on the security post from the entrance but no one ever told us so in end my friend had no WiFi at all. This one apartment with no internet also had no toilet paper, something this basic. After telling the owner over WhatsApp a couple of times and the person of the security post (which spoke no English) they agreed to buy some and deliver. The shower of the other apartment was in a bad shape and had no hot water at all, even after mentioning it nothing was said. The water would go out because of the poor state of it. The AC worked but in the room after some time it would smell terrible, potentially because of dirty filters or lack of maintenance. Other aspects of the apartment left a lot to say as well (broken chairs on the terrace, broken drying rack, funky lights, the water of the sink wouldn’t go through unless the sink plug was fully removed which was also stuck).
