- Jannoo (6/5): Pleasant stay and great location - The location was perfect — close to everything we needed and very convenient. The swimming pool was clean and a great place to relax after a busy day. However, it closes at 8p which I think is too early. The apartment was very basic — there weren’t even paper towels in the kitchen, no towel bar in the bathroom, and no pool towels provided. At check-in, the host was unwilling to give me two keys and was hesitant to hand over the safety deposit box key — a bit unusual and uncomfortable. It was convenient to have a washer in the apartment, but it was a 2-in-1 washer-dryer. Unfortunately, the dryer took about four hours to run and ended up shrinking or damaging my clothes. On the positive side, the location was good, and having laundry access was useful despite the issues.

- Sergei (5/5): I would have been better off picking something else, but this one is good too. - Great location, convenience store by the house, fresh renovation, availability of hairdryer, iron, washing machine, towels, powder in the room. Great view from the window (but not the best) You are not staying in a hotel/hostel, you are staying in an apartment of owner, so there is no contract, no guarantee. I chose a single room, in the end he gave me a two-bedroom (nice, but it was not asked for, it is an additional responsibility). At the time of check-in I found out that a deposit is required, earlier in the announcement about it was not a word. I just gave money to a stranger in the hope that he would be honest. That's not the way it should be. Also in the room there was a TV set with a European plug, there were no adapters for Malaysian sockets. As a result, the TV just stood there turned off. And even if we could plug it in, we couldn't watch it because there was no wifi. The owner tried to give out from the neighboring room (which apparently is also his), but nothing worked. The room was dusty. The most unpleasant thing is almost complete absence of hot water in the room. Also to the minuses I can add terribly inconvenient elevators, you wait for them for a very long time.

There wasn't much facilities like hair dryer or pantry. The property was too crowded with lots of check in staffs for different units made the place horrible. Waiting for lift was such a pain due to the crowd. And the surroundings were a bit sus

- Tomiris (3/5): ATTENTION BAD BAGS - We don’t expected met the bad bags in accommodation. Came back after vacation with a lot of spots on the body. Also pool wasn’t work and were closed for our question about the pool, they said it will be open tomorrow,when I used to go up,there were information that it’s closed for maintenance work. Thanks for changing our Residence for Agile(same management) but anyway in both residence bad bags, no one clean the room, even don’t change the towels. Only view and location was perfect. Too much crowded residence with poor services.

This happened during our stay as we were given a penalty RM200 for throwing the rubbish outside the room. They should inform us earlier to throw it to a suitable room. The guests has to return a deposit earlier 2-3hrs before check out. It happened with other guests about returning deposits due to having difficulties because they called several times but they didn’t answer the phone or reply to the WhatsApp. The management has to consider not delaying the flight/journey.

- Frolicker (9/5): Great location with great view - Location! Right at bukit bintang without the noises. The infinity pool at the rooftop can get busy but the view is crazy awesome. I had a room that faces klcc and all the buildings which was quite a view at night. The lifts could take a long time to arrive due to sheer number of guest, the longest i waited was 15min in the morning! Also, no instructions on how to check in. Will need to WhatsApp the guys there as it's regarded as a Airbnb and there's no concierge.

They give me wrong room. - I like the place because is not far from everything.alots of foods around 7-11 next door.just a few minutes walk to go to famous night market and streets foods. Haha..its seem we get scam there when we arrived he give us a wrong room.for start .i book two bedrooms apartment with two 2 bedrooms 2 seperate taoilets.but its seems i got a smaller room.the staff charge us .alots .too many hidden charges.i thought booking earlier is really saves me alots but really disappointed i pay almost 3 times of the prize.super expensive stay i ever had in my travel experiencei i can get a better service in a proper hotel to that prize .i ask to the staff to give me a receipt to what i paid .its take a couples of days before he provide receipt.anyway i learn hehe

- Thanh (6/5): Amazing location but bad personnel - - Location, close to MRT station and jalan alor street food market - Apartment overall quality was good but... - The apartment was not equipped as per advertised , we specifically chose the 1 bedroom apartment for the kitchen but were missing a pan and a microwave. - Bad manners and service from the agent (Abdullah ), he promised us a "24*7 service" if we needed anything, but never answered the text when we asked to have a pan. Then for the checkout he was late, we did told him the day before we would check out at 7:30am because we had to catch a flight, but I had to call him and he was clearly still sleeping. Overall his manners were not very polite, I wouldn't say disrespectful but we didn't feel welcome and at ease either. - The wait at the elevator. Only 4 elevators.. just took forever when it's crowded at the lobby.

- Annie (2/5): Deposit was not returned, filthy - avoid ! - It's very close to Bukit Bintang and the location.is great. First of all, I booked this place because it had good reviews. I will be fair in my assessment. They were able to accommodate us in checking in early since we have a 7 month old baby with us, so that was great, and because we knew they rushed the cleaning, we didn't mind that it was not cleaned properly, not that we used the hobs and the rest of the kitchen units but it was filthy, we bought our own sponges and washing up liquid and we even scrubbed it. The air-conditioning units were dusty, they have not been maintained and cleaned and this is not because they rushed the cleaning that time but it has not been dusted since installation, you will breathe dust, if the thick dust can be seen , I can't see the air-conditioning filters being cleaned either. I wouldn't be surprised if this is what caused our baby to be ill, he started coughing in the 24 hours of our stay there, it ruined our holiday. There is also a hot iron mark on the dining bench, overall the apartment looks tired, it needs a refresh. But the most annoying part is: My deposit was not returned because when we were checking out, the apartment representative called Abdullah was not at the lobby so that I could give them their keys back in exchange for my deposit of 203 Ringgit. Even though I had informed him and made him aware the night before that we were checking out at 9:15 am.the following morning, he said he will be at the lobby anyway. On the day we were about to leave, I messaged and rang a few times but to no avail to inform him that we are now at the lobby, there was no reply to the messages and calls, since we had a plane to catch, we had to get a taxi as we had less than 2 hours to get our flight and as soon as I got in to the taxi just after 10:00 am, miraculously I received a call from him but he is still only getting a lift, that's what he said, so he's not even at the lobby at 10:00 am, what did he expect me to do, miss our flights and wait around for him?
