• Achim (8/5): - Check-in war super. Wir hatten vorher angefragt, ob wir 4 Stunden vorher einchecken können, was auch geklappt hat. Innenstadt ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Ansonsten ist die Metro Station um die Ecke. Der Supermarkt gegenüber hat rund um die Uhr geöffnet. Das Publikum unter unserem Balkon bzw. auf dem Platz war gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber zu ertragen. Die Sauberkeit der Dusche hätte besser ein können. Es waren noch die Haare der Vormieter vorhanden!

• Göksu (8/5): - Lokasyon fiyat/performans yönünden iyiydi. Kahve, çay, banyo malzemeleri vb. Fazlasıyla düşünülmüştü Tüm radyatörleri bir arada çalıştırınca elektrik kesintisi oldu, soğuk havalarda tercih etmem. Sıcak su da cok kısıtlıydı ısınması uzun sürüyordu

• De Angelis (10/5): mi sono trovato benissimo, se dovessi tornare a madrid riprenoterei - l’arredamento, di classe e funzionale. La posizione, sopra a una stazione della metro, ma i principali punti di interesse sono tutti vicini e raggiungibili a piedi . Lo staff molto dipendente

• Geraldine (8/5): Un endroit idéal pour découvrir Madrid à pied - Un bel appartement propre , confortable et idéalement situé par rapport aux visites ( 15 min à pied de tout ) avec magasins alimentaires tout autour ;très bonne réactivité de l’hôte . La place en bas de l’appartement est assez mal fréquentée . Mais cela ne doit pas être un frein à la location car on ne fait qu’y passer ..

• Thomas (7/5): Zweckmäßig ausgestattet, recht laute Umgebung. - Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung war zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Das Umfeld vor der Wohnung ist laut bis tief in die Nacht und schmutzig. An Schlaf in der Wohnung war kaum zu denken, entweder laute Musik mit kräftigen Bässen oder die Nachbarn der Wohnung darüber fingen um 23 Uhr bis 2 Uhr morgens an, Möbel zu verschieben und die Waschmaschine anzuschalten. Wir würden die Wohnung nicht wieder mieten.
• Hrvoje (9/5): Beautiful and very central apartment - Spacious and very clean apartment, very well equipped with everything typical need for your stay in Madrid. Super centrally located , close to Metro station, huge 24h Carrefour supermarket right across, close to museums/bars/restaurants… Communication with owner Enrique very uncomplicated and very friendly, as was the check in with Joaquin! Be aware that Lavapiés is a very lively neighbourhood, which was totally fine for us, that’s why we wanted to be there. Still: the Plaza de Lavapies in particular can be a bit „challenging“ for sensitive souls who are not familiar with the real life and its challenges in big cities. We never felt uncomfortable or unsafe, but some of the guys hanging out there were questionable 😅
• Melanie (9/5): Ein sehr angenehmer und komfortabler Aufenthalt in zentraler Lage – ich komme gerne wieder zu Enrique! - Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Madrid. Eine neue Klimaanlage war in allen Zimmern vorhanden, die Kommunikation war hervorragend (schnell & freundlich), es war alles super sauber. Es gab viele Handtücher, was besonders für Frauen mit langen Haaren sehr angenehm war. Der große Kühlschrank war praktisch und die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral in einer multikulturellen Umgebung. Es gab nichts Wesentliches zu bemängeln. Alles war zu unserer Zufriedenheit.
• Guang (9/5): the apartment is located in old town, close to most interesting places. we walk to most sightseeing in 15-20 minutes whi - the agent and host are very friendly and helpful. Our flight arrives early in the morning. They tried very hard to let us move in earlier which saved us sitting in the street with luggages. We would like to say thank you again. We would like to recommend to friends and stay again.
